at this point, no it is not a good altcoin and you should stay away. and stay out as long as this shitstorm ends and we can see some real stability in it which i don't think can happen soon.
It's overpriced, we are still in the all time high phase.
The perpetrators of a sickening heist are hopefully to be denied their ill gotten gains. As a hard assed businesswoman I'd be encouraged by how the community have pulled together to right a disgusting wrong.
and what happens when there are hundreds of millions of contracts operating and the biggest of all requests a hard fork? or maybe ten or fifteen request hard forks?
would you consider entrusting your mountain of business to something that can be swayed by the emotions and requirements of a certain number of users?
that goes to show it's amateur hour still. something that aspires to run the world should not be so easily influenced.
obviously it's good that something like this happens now, but it also undermines what the whole thing's supposed to be about.

The Ethereum Foundation and the developers are listening to the request of the community and developed the hard fork.

That is right. We shall observe for the next few weeks at least to see the direction of the Etheruem price trend.
Yeah, it is better to wait a few weeks more so that we find that what actually will happen with bitcoin and what will be the future decided by the developers, and if you want to do short term trade then you can go there for that.
I would recommend the miners who do not support the hard fork can mine at some pools which do not support the hard fork.

But in the gibhub, the release is still 16 days ago.

There will be a hard fork in the next few days. So we do not have to wait for long to see the effects of forking.
