There is no doubt about Etherum very good coins. But Bitcoin is more trusted cryptocurrency then that of Ethereum. The potential of bitcoin is still at the peak and also ethereum is still below bitcoin. Bitcoin is higher in popularity and also more users than ethereum. Ethereum is of course a good coin and I think that it will grow in price and perhaps even more than Bitcoin, but Ethereum is not better than Bitcoin and Ethereum will not be able to bypass the capitalization in the coming years.
Those who think that Ethereum is better are because they believe in technology more and believe in what they can see in front of them. People who believe in Bitcoin are because they see Bitcoin being widely used and highly recognized!

Bitcoin is also accepted in many country in comparison to Ethereum and it has also larger community and user number then that of Ethereum. Bitcoin market price is also higher then that of Ethereum. Ethereum is more stable then that of bitcoin and for this many people use it for long term investment. Ethereum also provide better money transaction facility then that of bitcoin.

Bitcoin and ETH are not the same. I do think that Ethereum is better in technology when compared to Bitcoin but Bitcoin's reputation is more prominent. So I would place my bets on both the coins and wouldn't want to miss any chances on both of them.

I'm still inclined to think that ethereum is really better than bitcoin. Ethereum performs a lot of useful functions, and bitcoin is even a currency, it's hard to call money. Just a speculative means of accumulating value without any functions. There is much to be said about ethereum. And look what's good about bitcoin: it's the first crypto currency, it's the king and so on. A specific information - almost zero.
Ethereum possibly can take the leading place because it`s more usefull than bitcoin, transactions are cheaper also.
I think that the ethereum is better than bitcoin but ultimately bitcoin takes the first position in the market because you need to occupy a niche as bitcoin did it and there are now many coins that are much better than bitcoin... 
Well I have always liked ETH from my time of having the knowledge of cryptocurrency. I know that Bitcoin is like their father but it terms of comparison both are good and are good to be invested on. I cannot say ETH is better or BTC is better but I like ETh though. I cannot actually give any professional advice on that because I see both of them as one making choice of what to invest on.

Bitcoin is way more popular than ethereum, btc was the first cryptocurrency ever, ethereum on the other hand, was the first alternative to bitcoin, which is a great archievement, ethereum is better in terms of technology, it's platform is widely used by ICO projects actually but bitcoin still has the best profits and it still keeps bringing them so it's popularity keeps rising day by day.
In my opinion, Bitcoin is better than Ethereum. Bitcoin is the most valuable cryptocurrency in the market, it has excellent strength. Bitcoin is very popular, most investors are holding Bitcoin. I know that Ethereum has many advantages over Bitcoin, such as Ethereum has faster speed, cheaper cost. However, Ethereum will need a lot of time to overcome Bitcoin. I believe that investing in Both will bring a lot of profit to us.
Personally, I'm inclined to think that the Ethereum has much more prospects for development and improvement of work.

Ethereum is not better than bitcoin in terms of technology, it is true that ethereum makes easier to create smart contracts and you can create new coins over the ethereum network very easily, but is it really a good thing? Not at all, ETH is only better than BTC in some fields. For example, transaction speed of ETH is faster, transaction is lower, blockchain of ETH can be used to develop new token for new ICO project. But at the moment BTC is still the king because of it high price and it's the first cryptocurrency
