ethereum is the platform that mostly used by the majority of icos. ethereum was providing a simple manufacture that easy to be used by a lot of icos.
it's not the king of ico and i don't know about what's the meaning of that words. But afaik it has a very simple blockchain that easy to be combined with anything.

You are correct but Ethereum should not be complacent because other ICO platform are doing what they can to stay in the game and to over run Ethereum. It is not a secret that lately majority of scam ICO are made from Ethereum platform. I hope they can address the problem that their platform would not be use in an ICO scam.

Yes, Ethereum is king of ICOs and best for it. It's very good to have all ICOs at one standard and I like ERC20 to be number one. I addition I hope ETH will stay standard for ICO, because it's good to use and very safe and approved.
