Its all pretty much emotional now.
Nobody really knows what will happen until technology hits some real world use cases. Retail for example.
Bitcoin is pretty much beats any money transfer system. So anybody who wants to get in into some crazy ICO , have to exchange Bitcoin at some point.
And gambling is never getting old.
Ethereum is good value. Still can be future Netscape or Yahoo.

Yes, definitely. I would really prefer etherium for long term rather than short term. The price of etherium is moving up and down. It reached above $380 plus and then go down again at $200 plus. That would be bad for short term gain. But the long term goal of ETH is 4 figures in dollars.

Ethereum was my first coin to hodl and I think Will rival bitcoin in the future as has s many applications to it, I see massive growth for ETH! With any crypto though is always a risk but I feel it holds value on its own alongside real world use that has no bounds.
It just needs adoption by the masses but I see a bright future for it!

That being said its going to be interesting to see what happens when RSK + Lightning network go live on most of the bitcoin chain. Then ETHs function wont be unique to ETH anymore.
Well, not necessarily. I do think they're relatively safe for the short and mid term because of their name (brand) value....That being said its going to be interesting to see what happens when RSK + Lightning network go live on most of the bitcoin chain. It's at a decent price right now where you could buy a small amount speculatively
just in case. Like around the time BTC was at $100, you know? There's risk in any
investment activity, but I think this is a pretty good bet, barring some huge and
fundamental change to the entire ecosystem. And buying $100 of BTC when it
was $100 got a damn good ROI.

Yeah it does look very stable for now and can be considered while making the long term investment. Ethereum is widely used in the ICO projects for buying the ERC20 standard token which ultimately makes the user to buy the ether and then buy the tokens. This is so amazing that indirectly ethereum is being pumped everytime great ICO launches itself. The altcoin is king of all for now and have shown the possibility of rising in the crypto market. It could even be next bitcoin or at least halfway around it. The prices will pump no matter what but it's just about the time that we need to look after. As they say patience is the key answer it gets paid in terms of sweet fruit. ;-)

If we consider the history of cryptocurrency then there is no doubt that ethereum is the best cryptocurrency for long-term holders because Etherium is going to be reach a four-digit value in dollars in the coming months, especially in the coming 2018.

all altcoins are best investment in long term all of this in the future has become valuable coins, but i agree with you also for me ethereum have a reputation in altcoin as a 2nd coins in the bitcoin. but all of this is good investment as my opinion.

Well ETH can also be a long term investment just like Bitcoin. Well all you have to do is hold it just what you did in Bitcoin. It is true that there lot of tokens that are forked to ETH and those tokens have helped it grow more, value-wise. And gained its reputation to reach in the second spot of all the cryptos.a lots of tokens build on ETH maybe not good for ETH .

we do not know about what will happen in the future but whatever happens later I believe bitcoin will always exist as long as there are still users who make transactions with bitcoin, so is Ethereal which always accompanies bitcoin development even though the price of Ethereal is currently downhill but of course it will get better in the coming months and investment in Eth will be a good alternative

Yeah you have to keep your Ethereum coins in your wallet for the next hard fork. There will be a snapshot in october, you dont have to link you wallet for that! You need a minimum of 0.01 ETH in receive the Xenon coins!

For me it is, knowing that their value is groeing but not a little bit faster than bitcoins àre but still they grow and their price was not a joke. They have the potential to be one step behind of bitcoins. And I know someday they will be like bitcoins who will grow that big kike almost 4000$ but we all know that when that happens bitcoins worth much expensive than ethereum as always. But if you are looking for a much cheaper investment and goes for a long time ethereum is a good one for you .

Yes true Ethereum is for long term investment. Many tokens that use ETH network I think one day ETH will reach the highest price. Please share your valuable opinion.
ETH is good for now but I think PoS is dangerous with regards to value and inflation, because it makes the rich richer and the poor poorer.
