I myself can at least see from the second quality of the coin it deserves to occupy the top two positions, Bitcoin as king of Crypto because it is the first and most powerful coin while Ethereum is the king of ICO with many platforms using Ethereum and until now Bitcoin has no one can rival it. Strongly agree as of now. Currently all the bounty campaign I have joined offers tokens in exchange for Ethereum. Its rarely to see BTC as a reward. Maybe in future they might change tothe depending on the demand.

I agree with you , Ethereum is ICO king right now , but this may change in the future due to Ethereum's poor reputation. i agree with you, most ico's are running from ethereum platform. i think thats the strategy of eth team to stabilize and make it pump the price. because it is easy to use and so many wallet are supported multiple tokens.
