Where are you come from? The average price for each ethereum token in this time was around $440 that means there is a lot of gap with your price. may be you are seeing it on the speculation thread.

Sorry, but why can this POS system make the price of ethereum that high? I can only see one reason like, because of this POS system, more people wiould like to hold this altcoin making the price to rise. But if that's so, it should be happening now.

As more ICO's are coming and having good tactics out there to lure other investors to buy their alternate coins I've doubt that price will be having an increase as high as 1,000 USD by the end of 2017, I mean its possible for the year 2018. Right now its price is still uncomparable to bitcoin.

ethereum is the most logical choice for long-term investments but I do not think Ethereum will be $ 1000 in January. 600$-700$

I agree with you that the price of the Etherium will be $ 10,000. But most likely the Etherium will not reach this mark in 2018.
