If bitcoin price cannot break $10k, ethereum price will hard to increase higher, and maybe the price will turn into $210-$230. Ethereum needs to wait for bitcoin to rise, and maybe ethereum price will have a chance to break the higher price after bitcoin price halving finish. Maybe at the end of this month, ethereum will start a rally to the higher price, but we don't know how high ethereum price can increase. So lets we wait for that time, and we can prepare to have more ethereum from now on.

yes of course the rise in bitcoin prices will have a lot of influence on altcoin price movements including ethereum prices which can still potentially rise despite having to break through a very thick selling wall but I'm sure when ethereum support is very strong then it will be easy to break through.

According to this article it’s showing all the signs of crossing the $250 levels soon, and hence I feel that we should hold on to our Ethereum coins, and not rush into selling them. Furthermore when do you’ll think will Ethereum prices cross the $250 levels mark, pre or post the halving event?.

there was a milestone for a three month test before initial launch of ETH2.0 phase 0, and this test is started already, you can follow on beacon.etherscan.io their chain progress, and almost 30k validators are active in the network, which means that almost a 1 million ETH is locked in test network, i think that we did not crossed first month of testing so far

For me, i think one thing that should not be done by an investor or trader in the crypto currency sphere is buying tokens based on hope.
Don't misquote me, there is nothing wrong with hoping, but you need to have further information unseen by many; that will drive your courage up as regards ethereum.
As for me, i am of the believe that if bitcoin goes 10 place up, etherum goes 100 places up.

Now that ETH is at $ 210, it will surely reach $ 250 soon because Bitcoin is being pumped heavily. And the price of ETH will go up shortly thereafter, quickly filling the bag before the price goes too high

Well, you are so close now, bitcoin is still bullish so ETH will definitely do the same trend. $250 is very close, the pump has pause for a while but when market has a bullish sentiment, we can expect that we will witness more bullish movement this year.
ETH is due for a pump, it's been 2 years already (more or less) that is has been struggling, and hopefully people will get hype on the upcoming release of update of ETH 2.0 which is scheduled to launch this year.

No doubt that ethereum could reach $250 even for the next month. Ethereum is capable to increase even for long term that's why it is a good coin to invest because it is good in long term investment. Not even for $250, surely it can exceed with the good market in the near future.
In my opinion, Ethereum is in a very strong position, just after Bitcoin. Therefore, the rise of Ethereum is not surprising. Currently, in the Bitcoin halving phase I hope Ethereum will hit $ 250, then $ 300 is not too far away. Ethereum still following Bitcoin, so the price of Ethereum increases or decreases depending on the price of Bitcoin. And I think Bitcoin will increase in the near future, namely, it will hit $10000.

I think due to BTC halving all top 10 altcoins start moving upward and the very first coin which start moving is Ethereum. Ethereum is in very strong position hope it will break its current resistance soon and will continue flow upward.
