But still that price also we did not achieve it in the marketplace. I believe in coming days when Bitcoin reaches 20k USD that time we can find ethereum value at 1000 USD or near to that.
before that we are expecting such values not reasonable since the smart contract business seems so dull now.

$500 isn't too high but we are still quite far to that speculated price. $1000 is high and we may see it again but I think it will take a lot of time again before reaching that price unless this year goes full bull just like 2017 where it has reached $1400. A chance of hitting higher than $1000 is also there.

If you don't have trust on ETH, you would give up when it was trading at 80 usd as it was trading before around $1300 which was its ATH.

It's a big disappointment seeing that low price, but because we have faith on ETH, we are still here holding and and will never leave until our goal is achieved which is obviously higher than its previous success.

I believe even if bitcoin goes to 10k BTC that time you can see ethereum at 400 to 500 USD maximum.

The increase is good as that gives us a chance to be profitable again, but this is not the only increase we like to see.
For people who bought at dip, they already enjoy a good profit right now, but there are people who bough at above $500 or higher, they are surely waiting for ETH to bounce big so it will reach to a new level, like a new ATH.

It's a wild dream, but it's possible, patience is just what we need as ETH is not a shit coin where will just die easily after the pump, it's here to stay and will even grow more, but of course at the right time.

Be mindful of the stability else you burn when you think you are safe. Historical, Ethereum is the most volatile coin amidst the top 20 coins and shouldnt be traded with levity.

Good that it's stable, but bad if it will be stable at that price only.
I needs to pump like the other altcoins are doing, it was a price that we don't like to see when selling, we need to take profit this year
and take advantage on the bull market, if ETH will not rise this year, I doubt it's future.

My expectation is that people are just waiting for bitcoin to rise more, like breaching close to its high, or maybe a price like $10K to $15K will already ignite the big investors to capitalize on the ETH's price and pump will happen.

ETH was outperformed by BCH which now close to $400.

A nice table that integrates the old one posted to the first post of this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.39658862 in which I predicted an Ethereum descent, due to the liquidation that they would have made the different ICOs after the abundant collection and with the arrival of the first financial problems.

As you can see from the new table it seems that the bleeding is over, so all that remains is to wait and see the evolution of the price, at the peak of the triangle posted before.

We are almost at the showdown of the long descending channel that has been going on for almost 2 years (June 2017), with a market in strong overbought in the short / medium term (see Bitcoin) and the approach of a season (2nd half of May / June / July) not really favorable to cryptocurrencies.
We will see how the Ethereum price will react in the short term; there will be a clear and strong reaction ..... fasten your seatbelts!
