These are keep moving from place to place for company registration and necessary paper works which put the development on hold or slower down at least this is what looks from available information and sources. This project could go much better if they were delivering their services to business as was planned. Anyway time is not good for none of the project may be team make come back suddenly and surprise us all.
Registration has nothing to do with development. Development is going full force right now, we are recruiting new devs and we are still in the right pace to release finished product (including mobile app) this year.
Also, we are working with real businesses. We have two partnerships signed and we are working on signing more in the future.

Guys, You are talking about mysterious 1 or 3% bonuses. On my opinion, this is insignificant gains to talk about. From the beginning of ETT ICO, investors lost hundreds percent of the profits, just leaving money in ETH, one can multiply money 3 or 5 times.
