We do not require KYC if the player does not violate the rules, we can request KYC if the player is suspected of cheating , betting on contractual matches, multi-accounting

According to your Terms and Conditions, you give yourself the right to request KYC from players who are using your service in one way or another, this means you can request KYC from any player. Trying to promote yourself as a "NO KYC" casino when you are doing exactly the same as any other casino that implements KYC procedures is dishonest and misleading.

Secondly, you have no right to collect and process the user's personal information if you don't clearly indicate who (which company) is responsible for the processing and security of such data. This is illegal because it violates the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your announcement is already 4 pages but there's so much discussion in your NO KYC in your title but you will eventually ask for KYC under some condition, you may think it's a big, not a big deal but players looked at it as misleading and something some players may overlook and get them in trouble later, it's up to you to keep it but as you have it in your title, some players will question it, and this may backfire at you in the long run.

op you said no need kyc for your casino site . this sound is really cool but i seen many details talking about KYC and AML policy on your terms of service . what do you mean actually about this ? i don’t know why your site keep kyc and AML policy on  terms of service but you ask no kyc on this topic headline ?

in this case you should remove the "NO KYC" in the title of your ANN Thread, because at the end of the day your casino asks for KYC in case someone is considered suspicious. so that means you ask for KYC. The most important thing is to be sincere and honest with people and tell them that they should be aware that in your casino anyone you consider suspicious will KYC. the problem with that is that you have a lot of power, you are the one who will decide who pays and who doesn't, you just need to use your TOS and consider that the person is suspicious and force him to do KYC and as most people are afraid KYC, they prefer to give up the money and the casino will keep the money.

is your casino licensed?

Hello OP good day and welcome to the bitcointalk forum. This is one of a great announcement threads created by newcomers here in the community because you do some effort and buy a copper membership in order to post images to become more professional in looking. Promoting your casino here in forum is a good option because here there are a lot of gamblers and for sure if your services is okay then you will be gain more customers. Good luck OP and to your casino.
The ann thread is simple and easy to understand. Key features are there, highlighted and most especially copper membership is already availed and the banner is well presented so I think I can agree on what you said there. It's not that this forum has a lot of gamblers but many people here are interested in crypto and those people might also be curious on other crypto service including crypto gambling.

I don't know if having an ann thread in this board can be considered already as a promotion but for me promotion is when your brand is being exposed in different places and it can be done through bounty campaigns, signature campaigns, and lastly forum advertisement.

Just like the rest. They have the same or identical terms and conditions which they would really be asking for some verification whenever they do see suspicious activity on a certain user which is something not that shocking and any platforms that we do have today could really asked out those verifications if ever they do see those things. Its not misleading just like on what others been saying
because majority of platforms that we do have in the market doesn't ask out verifications before you can play. You could directly play without sending out various informations
but on the case where there are things which arent right then they do have the full rights on doing so.

I think it very much is misleading and honestly false advertising as well. If a casino says that they do not do KYC then thats that. No KYC. Saying "We do not do KYC" but then saying "Surprise! Do KYC or we will not give you your funds back" is very much misleading. Personally, I would not trust any online gambling casino that advertises like that. It does not seem like a serious casino to me. More like a copy/paste casino with misleading advertisments.

I would rather have a KYC casino than a dishonest casino.

Just to drop my view on the KYC issues that have triggered a discussion on this thread, I think that a gambler should read through the terms and conditions of the casino before creating an account on the casino to avoid any confusion when the site demand KYC later on.

Most casinos ask for KYC from gamblers especially when there is a suspension of abuse of any kind.

though gamblers have the responsibility to read the casino's ToS, it would still be better to clarify the KYC rule from the start. I've seen gamblers complain about being asked about KYC usually when the gamblers try to withdraw when the gambling site states "NO KYC".

Yes we are sure of it, the amount does not matter, violation the rules is the only case when we can request it
Though a bit late, but I believe it's never too late to say welcome to the bitcointalk forum, hope you find success with this project on this forum like several others have.

To comment on the kyc discussion, I personally would never believe any casino that comes out to say they are a no kyc casino, i see this as a marketing strategy to win customers since majority of gamblers hate going through the kyc process on casinos for several reasons, many casinos in time past, started as a no kyc casino but in the long run, they started enforcing kyc on their customers after they have gained alot of users.

Secondly, my honest advice and suggestions is.. Since you are new, you need alot of marketing and exposure, this are both something you can get on this forum for some little amount of money, depending on how long you want your campaign to run, I am suggesting a signature ad campaign for this new business, let the forum users help spread your arrival to all crook and crannies of this forum through their signatures.

Do you have any plans to add more type of games in the next coming months/years, like live games and slots? Currently, I am only seeing sports and eSports betting on your site. I couldn't find the roulette, isn't it launched yet?
For your design, I would suggest to add a drop-down feature which can view less and view more.

CS:GO type of roulette with having some different design on its tiles which is understandble but not all people would really be that preferring this kind of type.People do really love to see those add-ons considering
that most of popular sites now does have that particular trait or offering in terms of games available or just simply they could play various games in one go.If you dont have any plans then so be it but
do expect that people wont really be that become too interested on trying out games which arent really giving that much changes or something interesting but well lets
see on how you would really be handling out your marketing strategies and promotions inside this forum.Good luck!

Your site has a simple appearance, making it easier for users to have no trouble, the wagering prize promo is also not bad for a new site. At there already roulette but is it fair? No KYC does not same with the policies listed on your site, which the community has highlighted about it, so that for now also doubts to me. But anyway welcome to the forum euphoriabet !

In the near future, we will provide you with evidence of the fairness of roulette

I agree with you on that, having a great ANN thread goes a long way to show the site's capability and what to expect in terms of graphics and other content on the site.

Most reputable casinos started with a copper member account and we're able to post whatever content their want to promote the platform. I will wish to see the team is committed to serving the customers in the best possible ways.

Checked your ANN which looks decent while the site itself could use more work since it seems unorganised. I could find sports markets pretty easily, but I couldn't find some of the games that some of the posters above discussed.

I couldn't find an FAQ section either which should answer basic queries like minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal, house edge etc.

Also, the whole KYC debate makes sense since so many crypto gambling sites took advantage of it to screw some of their gamblers. More clarification is required in this case.

Are there countries from which we are not allowed to play? I did not find this information on your site. Do you plan to organize competitions or a signature campaign here in the forum?

We accept all countries

Op Is very lazy in answering the questions of the members, it seems that he did not want to be here in the forum free will, op you could kindly spend your time and answer all questions the members are asking? Remembering that they are future customers, so treat customers well Is something fundamental to the success of a business. repeating the two questions that OP did not answer:

1 - Do you plan to make any promotion?
2 - Do you have a short or medium or long term plan to run signature campaign on this forum?

1 - Does your casino have license?
2 - There are sanctioned countries and other countries like the US who have harsh laws and so most casinos do not accept people from these countries, how are you accepting people from these countries knowing it? Aren't you afraid of being sanctioned?

It's same like 99% of casinos in this forum that have mandatory KYC, this mean your casino and the other doesn't have something different. If you're want to say your casino is really 100% No KYC you should check Freebitco and Anonibet, visit their terms of service and find the word "KYC" on their pages.

The bonus doesn't interesting, moreover this casino have mandatory KYC while they don't have any gambling license, need to be careful.

With the way of the look, this casino is likely to make much difference in gambling services provided that it maintain it standard to be KYC free casino inwhich most gamblers are on the look after for privacy, then it will also do good if their target at least for the start now is quality service delivery that will best suit the interest of gamblers for a try, and lastly, they should maintain working on their site to ensure zero attack from gamblers on their site.
