We do not require KYC any of the players if the player does not violate the rules, we can request KYC if the player is suspected of cheating , betting on contractual matches, multi-accounting
though gamblers have the responsibility to read the casino's ToS, it would still be better to clarify the KYC rule from the start. I've seen gamblers complain about being asked about KYC usually when the gamblers try to withdraw when the gambling site states "NO KYC".
Yes we are sure of it, the amount does not matter, violation the rules is the only case when we can request it
Though a bit late, but I believe it's never too late to say welcome to the bitcointalk forum, hope you find success with this project on this forum like several others have.
To comment on the kyc discussion, I personally would never believe any casino that comes out to say they are a no kyc casino, i see this as a marketing strategy to win customers since majority of gamblers hate going through the kyc process on casinos for several reasons, many casinos in time past, started as a no kyc casino but in the long run, they started enforcing kyc on their customers after they have gained alot of users.
Secondly, my honest advice and suggestions is.. Since you are new, you need alot of marketing and exposure, this are both something you can get on this forum for some little amount of money, depending on how long you want your campaign to run, I am suggesting a signature ad campaign for this new business, let the forum users help spread your arrival to all crook and crannies of this forum through their signatures.
