I really enjoyed the first half, a very electrifying game, even with disadvantages the Spanish didn't give up and went after the result.

I believe that the opponent will be the Netherlands... England have a very remote chance of winning this game due to the football they currently play.

This was the tournament I thought maybe Turkiye would go far though I did not believe they would replicate what Greece did by not only getting to but also winning the final all those years ago. In both cases, both teams were clearly underdogs. What Greece did when they beat Portugal in the Euro final in 2004 shows how difficult it is to win the tournament.

Even after Netherlands scored those two goals just six minutes apart, Turkiye were fighting to try to get an equaliser. In my opinion they deserved a 2-2 draw at the full-time whistle.

As for England, they have been playing atrociously bad in the tournament yet are in the semi-final. If they made it to the final they would have to be the most undeserving team to have done so. Alongside them, France also have been playing bad, they did not manage a single goal from open play all tournament yet are in the semi-final.

I am still expecting Spain to play Netherlands in the final.

I wonder why everyone (especially bookmakers) rate the probability of a 1-1 draw significantly better than a 0-0 draw? Seeing how the games are going (for example, the French national team), it seems to me that if you bet, it’s better on a 0-0 draw. In the England-Netherlands pair, it seems to me that England will be the “brake” of the game, and in the France-Spain pair, both teams can choose a “reliable” game and repeat the Portugal-France game.

I expected Spain and Portugal to be in the semi-final but France put an end to that Grin

Sometimes I just look at the Netherland team and I'm happy for how far they've come in this tournament, they are one of the teams to have qualified as one of the best losers from group stage to knockout stage. Looking back, I just noticed how far they've come, I really wasn't happy about the fact that they might not have qualified for the knockout stage given the position they where on their group, however they where a team I knew had a lot of potentials, so seeing them go out on group stage was something I wouldn't have been happy about, but thank goodness they qualified.

Netherland Vs England is more like the clash of the titans for me, the intensity and how intrigue the match will be, is going to be more than that of France vs Spain game. I will place both England and Netherland on the same pedestrian, because both teams throughout the competition are not too aggressive but they are a bit technical and attacking minded with individual players that can help change the game for their countries at any slightest opportunity given.

Spain have played far better than Spain throughout the tournament and deserve their place in the semi-final. Don't rule out Spain yet. I've seen this pattern happen time and time again in football where the best team in a tournament gets eliminated while an underperforming team goes on to win it. It has been the case for both France and England in this tournament. Both teams have underperformed over the course of the euros but yet, they're going to be participants in the tournament.

I want to see Spain win because they play really good and attractive football but I've accepted the fact that in life, we can't always get what we want. Ready to accept any outcome from both semi final games.

Thank you very much bro, this is exactly what I have thinking in this exact game and if we look at the current sequence to almost how all the games are ending then you would find out that a lot of them are actually ending in full-time draw and if the case is to be furthered then penalty shoot out which ofcourse everybody knows it's a no man's game @luck base. France is a good team but as of now Spain is far better so also does football has different endings to games like this as a surprise package can always be at the end of the 90mins and extra time.

Why not. England and France are no stronger than the Netherlands, Spain is the strongest. It turns out that in order for us to see the final between Spain and the Netherlands, there must be a logical outcome in the form of a victory for Spain over France and a random (50 to 50) outcome in the form of a victory for the Netherlands. The defeat of England, in my opinion, will be both logical and fair - they are in the easiest part of the tournament bracket and were not eliminated twice thanks to luck.

I don't want to jinx it but there's a high chance that England and France might make it through to the finals so we'll have a boring final. Some of the best teams in the tournament have already been eliminated by teams that have been mediocre since the start of the tournament like France and England. That's why I won't be surprised if Spain, (currently the best team still in the tourney) ends up losing their spot in the finals to France. This is football and sometimes, the best teams don't win.

My money is on Spain vs Netherlands though.
