Wallet still stuck on the same block, when can we expect some news?

Matthias any news about fixing windows wallet?

Yes we offered a fast upgrade, but it didn't do the job,
we will have to to some more homework, having
now two more top developers looking at our code.
The good: it will probably benefit our code even more,
then just one bugfix

ROKOS yes we are among the permanent, just like DMD (a Club on a Box).
I am very optimistic about the joined effects. As i am already working with some
friends around concepts of hardware connectors to interconnect DAP's  VIA  ioT
to the real world environment and their sensors. Given the ioT capability of ROKOS,
other fellow permanent Coins will do similar actions.
Each of our achievements will benefit the capabilities, the interconnectibility and the
compatibility of EVERY coin on the BOX.
Somehow a Hardware based Glue for Coin Community efforts

we get a fixed windows wallet inside the stake boost timeframe to be able claim our POS rewards in time?

its good to see u placed ERC inside ROKOS Flavors too
this way i will be able stake DMD and ERC in same box
with easy to maintain GUI

@psychofractor Yes don't worry, Its not my usual policy, posting an untested update and claiming a fix.
It was a misunderstanding though a time gap in my slack client, it made me miss the part of the conversation,
that would have clearly told me, the test had not succeeded on metamoprphins computer, sorry for the confusion.
Also yes,  its a windows wallet  problem, and the picture we can read here,
clearly outlines, no Bootstrap,  Blockchain will do a workaround, .... fixing does ....

I apologize for my wrong spelled words. It seems, we located now the issue. All issues only comes from Winwallets. So we hardly work now on a new winwallet!

plenty has answered a lot of questions asked. that was not fair! And yes seems like all (atleast the ones that has answered in this thread are using windows. x32 or x64 ) myself win 7 ultimate x64. 

No one answered our question: Do you all use winwallets?

A couple of things that seem clear to me:

• The wallet keep getting stuck but at different blocks, so the wallet it self is failing
• There is no bootstrap solution to the problem
• The bypass is not working because the wallet is broken
• Presenting the bypass as "sync checkpoint" BUGFIX on Twitter before it is tested will only disappoint and alienate people

Are you sure this is not f***ing up somehow by not closing properly?

Here is my advice:

• Remove the wallet and the bootstrap from the OP and everywhere else
• Update the OP with the techincal problems, saying that ERC is down for maintenance
• Don't tweet giving the impression that everything is ok
• Fix the wallet. Really. Properly. However long it takes.

I hope we can soon get out of this situation. And now I will be gone for a while, really, quite sure...

A told you what to do, you need to erase log file in folder database and then start europecoin, but still i can`t sync.

Oh man, I said I'll be gone for a while, but here I am again, hoping...

Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit, 8 Gb RAM.

Deleted the database file, then i synced up to 856,095 and stopped, just like everyone else.

It`s the same as #wildduck windows 7 32bit i did it what he said and got wallet started but it can`t sync it.

interesting, but  you have been able to use the chain without the error, @psychofractor has reported?
Can you tell us witch operating system you are using and witch archtecture?  (32/64bit)

I saw this also not every node on same block height.

Mate i have 32bit windows if you are having the same do this.
Go to C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\EuropeCoin\database and delet log file in this folder and than start europecoin.

But now Mathhias my wallet started with your upload but it can`t sync to the end it stoped on block number 856095 

Is this a 64 bit computer or a 32 bit?  I was quite sure i have all ready used a Linux datafolder in a Windows environment.
I have only two possible reasons in mind:

1) wrong archtecture (32bit/64bit)
2) wrong libary version (for Berkley BD)

if you are having a 64bit computer, this should be fine.
For Berkley DB i am not sure if its upgradable in the same manner, but  if you
find out how to do this i can find  out, witch version i have, so we can try to match them up.
Berkley is a bitch, no backwards compatibility ...

what a pity, i hope i does work at least for someone ...
