ANNOUNCING NEW PARTNERSHIP AND GOLD/SILVER TRADE

As i mentioned already on Twitter
I had today a meeting with https://www.victoreanum.com. They are the only ones out of two trade unions in Germany,
who are licensed to run a taxfree GOLD / SILVER depot in an stateless area near Zuerich airport.
We have been able to agree on a wide range of cooperations:

1) establishing another Financecloud Tokenchain, to move registered and numbered Goldbars and Silver deposited near Zurich

2) facilitate trading of Gold 1g/token and Silver 1oz/token via FINANCECLOUD API and on exchanges

3) Starting trade of Europecoin versus Gold, Silver, Tokens and vice versa in the new year

Gold / Silver Sale, Deposit Service and more for Europecoin will start immediately in January,
as soon, as they have integrated it into their webshop.

more informations to come
have fun
Matthias

yes we are flying under the radar since quite some time. (and are doing well since two years, as we started at 7 satoshi)
We feel, advertising, that would make us surpass natural growth, would not serve us in the long term.
Who finds us, before we start beating the drums, should have a lucky outcome as a first mover.

Very nice. If I were you, I would put them in term deposit for a few month to earn interests and see the value of the coin grow. Cool

Hi , one question , how many europecoins would I earn if I deposit 10.000 erc in one month. I don't understand the termdeposit system yet. Thanks .

When you deposit 10000 ERC for one month, you get ~3% interest p.a. So after one month you will get round about 10025 ERC back, I think.

Does it mean interest= 0.25% per month ? don't you think it too low  Cheesy lower than bank interest .

In my country bank interests are around 0.1% per year and around 3-5% per year for loans. So I think that time deposit is really better option.

Isn't there value of maturation before the final confirmation for deposit?

no, maturation would make no sense at that point.
Maturation is just the chosen period of deposit, of course.

for everybody new to the discussion:

What is the Termdeposit option of the EuropeCoin Wallet?
With the deposit option, you can receive interest on the the amount EuropeCoins,
you have in your wallet.
With this system you can ‘lock’ amounts for a specific time period.
Depending this time period, you receive interest.

The interest rates you will receive:
Term % of Total APR
1 month ~ 3% p.a.
2 month ~ 3,4% p.a.
3 month ~ 4 % p.a.
6 month ~ 4,5% p.a.
1 year ~ 5 % p.a.

In contrast to "Staking" this is
- more secure (locked coins can't be stolen),
- it consumes ZERO energy and computer resources
- does not overload the Blockchain with thousands of transactions

1) its not lower than bank interest. Bank interest is lower than  3% per year ours is 3-5 % per year (depending on deposit length).

2) look around you and see all the "high interest paying" coins fightig for survival.
It looked fine for them in the first year and they though to have nice trick for "marketing", instead of having to build stuff, that makes sense.
But at some point they all start suffering from runaway inflation, because they did not learn from the mistakes of central banks:

They underestimated the power of interest on interest

[Those coins are playing a short game, tricking their users, by pouring coins on them,
that will make them feel nice, but will fall in price when the interest starts to explode, sooner or later.]

Europecoin has a low supply of 9,5 million and it needs nearly 15 years, to reach max supply of 36 milliuon.
With 5% percent interest a year it makes you earn coins, that will be increasing in value.

We are running this configuration for over a year now and it has proven, to be perfectly
finetuned, being profitable and providing longterm stability at the same time.

Just in difficult times, like the last BTC run, Europecoin has been able to prove this concept.

3) [Many coins are changing their configuration on a regular base. Every time, they are preventing yet another
self created catastrophy, they are selling this to their users as "progress".  But in fact they are in a treadmill.]

We are not very much discussing our price, we are not messing around with our configuration.
Instead we have used the experience of up to 4 years as cryptocurrency activist to make a good decision and
then stick with it. We instead, use our time to advance this wallet base
(next major release with fresh core, new features, but same configuration at end of March)
and to build stuff, that is strengthening our position and contributing to the crypto movement as a whole.

I hope i was able to show some of the advantages of our, in crypto-terms, "conservative" approach.
