Make your KYC policies clear. So that we know what type of documents are needed with respect to different countries. Either you say that you do not need KYC documents at all or you demand them right at the moment of signup (before user's first bet).
Nowadays it is a common trap which crypto-casinos using to avoid big payouts.
Don't give us bullshit like 'whenever you feel security compromise you need document verification otherwise not'.
MAKE IT CLEAR, YOU NEED DOCUMENTS OR NOT !!! and if you are bold enough to admit that you need documents (as per rules), publish the list of documents with respect to countries.

It’s Game 5 of the NLCS (17:05 EST) and the series is currently tied 2-2. The Dodgers will be keen to win to build a lead as this will be their last chance to have home advantage. Last night’s titanic win in the 13th innings should have the Dodgers buoyed up for tonight’s encounter

It’s also Game 4 of the ALCS and the series stands 2-1 in Boston’s favour. The Red Sox thumped the Astros in Game 3 and in front of a vocal crowd at Fenway Park will be looking to put themselves  pole position in the race to reach the World Series.

The NBA season is now underway and the Miami Heat travel to the Orlando Magic (19:00 EST) for a Florida shootout in what looks like it will be a very close battle. Later on (20:00 EST) the Toronto Raptors host the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Raptors are a well fancied team this season and start as heavy favourites over the Cavs.

There are three MLS games we’re keeping an eye on this evening. Firstly, DC United take on Toronto FC (19:30 EST). DC United will be looking to take 3 points here as they attempt to hold on to the final play-off berth in the Eastern Conference. Secondly, Orlando City welcome the Seattle Sounders (19:30 EST) as the MLS regular season begins to draw to a close. Orlando have had a very poor season but will be keen to give their fans something to finally cheer about, and Seattle have been hugely inconsistent away from home. Lastly, Vancouver Whitecaps take on Sporting Kansas City (22:00 EST). Although Vancouver currently sit outside of the play-offs if they can win their game in hand they will find themselves with all to play for.

The last few matches of this round of the UEFA Nations League football are due to be played today. The two fixtures we have an eye on are France v Germany and Ukraine v Czech Republic (both 14:45 EST). The current World Champions, France, will be looking to heap further misery on the Germans, who were well beaten by the Netherlands last time out. The Ukraine and Czech Republic are fairly evenly matched, and the Czechs will be looking to exact revenge after losing the last time the two countries played.

Away from the Nations League, Belgium take on the Netherlands (19:45 EST). The Belgians have been in excellent form and the Netherlands’ confidence is sky high after putting three goals past Germany last time. The Belgians will be keen to assert themselves as one of Europe’s premier international teams by beating the Dutch at home.

The baseball post season is back tonight with the Houston Astros at the Boston Red Sox (17:09 EST). The series is tied 1-1 and the Boston Red Sox will be looking to push their home advantage. The Milwaukee Brewers are on the road at the LA Dodgers (21:09 EST), with the score in their series also currently 1-1. Tonight’s two encounters will push us one step closer to determining who will be on their way to the World Series.

The main event of the night is the return of the NBA. We start with the Philadelphia 76ers at the Boston Celtics. The Celtics are tipped to have a strong season and will be keen to get off to a quick start. In the later game (22:30 EST), the Oklahoma City Thunder travel to face the NBA Championship holders Golden State Warriors. The Warriors were sensational last season and many expect them to hit similar heights this year. Can the Thunder create a huge upset at the start of the season?

The Detroit Red Wings travel to the Montreal Canadiens (00:30 EST) for Monday evening hockey action. Detroit have started the season poorly and come into the game on a two-game losing streak. Montreal have got off to a better start, but have found goals hard to come by and tonight’s game could be a low scoring affair.

It’s Game 3 of the NLCS as the Milwaukee Brewers travel to the LA Dodgers (00:39 EST). The series is tied 1-1 with the next three games being played at Dodgers Stadium. Will home advantage prove crucial tonight? We round things off with NFL action as the San Francisco 49ers are on the road against the Green Bay Packers (01:15 EST). The 49ers have had several lean seasons and this campaign is also proving difficult. The Packers have struggled away from Lambeau field, but at home they are a different proposition and the 49ers will do well to take anything from this game.

I thought I’d take this chance to address some of the questions that have been posted in this thread.

Why don’t you accept registrations from my country?

We are obviously keen to accept players from as many jurisdictions as possible. However, we have sought legal advice on this matter and the list of countries we currently accept is what we, and our partners, are comfortable with.

We will constantly monitor and review the country list and hope to be adding several further countries shortly.

I can place bets with one of your rivals, but not you. Why?

We are clear with which countries we currently accept bets from. If an alternative provider serves you then I would suggest that is due to them having a different operating strategy than us.

Won’t you lose players because of your restrictions on allowed countries?

Yes, that is an inevitable consequence of having regulations and restrictions. We aren’t looking to take shortcuts and have invested a great deal of time and finance into building what we consider to be an outstanding bitcoin betting product.

Do you require KYC verification for withdrawals?

As per our terms and conditions we reserve the right to perform a KYC check. This is no different than many of the major crypto betting providers. We, like many other operators, adhere to anti money laundering policies.

Do you have a gaming license?

Yes, we have a Curacao gaming license.

We are very keen to act in an honest and transparent manner. All of our team have multiple years of experience in the gaming industry and none of us wish to jeopardise that by operating without a license in place.

You have a Curacao license, why do you not accept players from Curacao?

It is one of the stipulations of having a Curacao license that we are not allowed to offer our services to local residents.

Are you linked with Desporto24?

No, we have no link whatsoever with this company and in fact have not even heard of them.

We are keen to have an open communication policy with our customers. We will be releasing details of a product update later this week. Thanks.

There’s no need for the Monday blues as we have several great sporting events lined up for today at everybet.io.

The UEFA Nations League has two encounters later today that have caught our eye. Firstly, England travel to Seville to face Spain (19:45 BST). The Spanish had a disappointing World Cup campaign but have bounced back in style, with a win away against England and by dismantling Croatia 6-0 at home. With thousands of fans turning up to watch the Spanish team train yesterday afternoon, it looks as though England will have a tough task in Seville.

Kicking off at the same time in Reykjavik, Iceland host Switzerland. With the Belgians running away with the group, both Iceland and Switzerland will be keen to take three points and ensure a safer qualification passage to Euro 2020. Switzerland demolished Iceland at home 6-0 and start the game as heavy favourites and Iceland know anything other than a win will see them relegated from the group.

You could have done these at the beginning of your post. You allow people to raise issues on your post and now you're ignoring. That's not a good tactics in my humble opinion
Ignoring is exactly the tactic shady operators use!

It’s an NFL Sunday at everybet.io as the season enters Week 6.

There seems to be drama surrounding every game the Cleveland Browns are involved in and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see today’s game (18:00 BST) playing out similarly. The 5-0 LA Rams visit Mile High Stadium (21:05 BST) to face the Denver Broncos. In the late game (01:20 BST), the unbeaten Kansas City Chiefs face their toughest challenge so far when they travel to the New England Patriots.

There are a couple of UEFA Nations League football matches that have also caught our eye. Firstly (17:00 BST), Russia take on Turkey. When these teams played in Turkey last month the Russians ran out 2-1 winners, even though the Turks dominated possession and chances. Later on (19:45 BST) Poland host Italy. The Italians are a team in transition, desperate to regain some semblance of form, and the Poles will be keen to apply the pressure on the Azzurri.

It’s Game 2 (00:09 BST) of the American League Championship Series, with the Red Sox trailing 1-0 to the Houston Astros. Although the Astros won Game 1, by a score of 7-2, the game was keenly balanced going in to the ninth innings when the Astros pulled away. The Red Sox will know that they will have a mountain to climb if they are unable to level the series this evening.

It’s a blockbuster Saturday evening of stateside action at everybet.io, with big matches in baseball, hockey, football and college football.

First up its college football, with the number two ranked Georgia team travelling to the thirteenth ranked LSU (20:30 BST). This will be Georgia’s biggest test so far this season, whilst LSU will be aiming to bounce back from last week’s loss to Florida. Georgia have been sensational on offensive this season, averaging more than 30 points a game, whilst LSU will be looking to rediscover the form that saw them beat Miami and Auburn earlier in the season.

The baseball play-offs are in full swing and its Game 2 between the LA Dodgers and Milwaukee Bucks (21:09 BST). The Bucks won the first game and they will be looking to continue to push their home advantage tonight. Later on, the Houston Astros travel to face the Boston Red Sox (01:09 BST). The Red Sox were at their very best in their series win over the New York Yankees and the Astros will face a stern test in Game 1 of the series.

We then switch our focus to ice hockey, with three games featuring Canadian teams. First up the Pittsburgh Penguins face the Montreal Canadiens (00:00 BST). We make Pittsburgh favourites, but Montreal will be keen to register their first home win of the season.

Over in Florida, the Panthers welcome the Vancouver Canucks (00:00 BST). The Panthers have started the campaign slowly but had a vastly superior record than the Canucks last season. The Panthers will be targeting this game as the type of encounter that they should win. After that the Calgary Flames travel to Colorado Avalanche (03:00 BST). Colorado sit atop of their league after registering three wins in their opening four games and are worthy favourites.

We also have MLS action as the New England Revolution take on Orlando City (00:30 BST). Both sides have had poor seasons and have registered just 15 wins between the clubs over the course of the season. We make New England clear favourites, but with both of these clubs’ inconsistent form could Orland spring a surprise at the Gillette stadium?

It’s a busy Saturday at everybet.io and we start the day with three football encounters.

First up its China v India (12:35 BST). The two most populated countries in the world take each other on in with what will surely be sky high TV viewing figures. On paper this should be a straight forward victory for the Chinese but they have struggled recently with form.

Next up Ireland take on Denmark (19:45 BST) in the UEFA Nations League. The Irish are missing several key players (Coleman, Walters, Brady and Ward) but that is overshadowed by the Danes who are missing Christian Erkisen. Without Eriksen pulling the strings in midfield the Danes may well struggle to break down the Irish in Dublin

One of international football’s biggest rivalries, Netherlands v Germany, takes place this evening (19:45 BST). This game has produced many memorable encounters over the years, and the Netherlands will be desperate to begin the path to re-establishing themselves as a European football powerhouse after several lean years. Will tonight’s fixture in Amsterdam finally give their orange army something to cheer?

It’s another night of UEFA Nations League football today.

The hugely talented Belgian side face Switzerland (19:45 BST). After the disappointment of losing in the World Cup semi-final the Belgians will be keen to bounce back and put on a show in front of their home crowd in Brussels. The Belgians have lost just once in their last 28 games and will be a tough opponent for the Swiss.

England are away to Croatia (19:45 BST) who knocked them out of the World Cup at the semi-final stage. Although the Croatians have home advantage they will be playing this game behind closed doors, and without their home support this game may well have a surreal feel. England will be keen to get revenge, whilst the Croatians will look to bounce back from a drubbing at the hands of Spain.

Another interesting encounter takes place in Tallinn, when Estonia play host to Finland (19:45 BST). The Finnish have won their opening two games in the UEFA Nations League whilst Estonia have suffered two defeats and have yet to score. In fact, only 1 game for Estonia in the last 10 has seen 3 or more goals be scored. Will tonight be another low scoring affair between these near neighbours?

The National League Championship starts later in the evening (01:09 BST) as the LA Dodgers travel to the Milwaukee Brewers. The Dodgers won the NLCS last season and start as favourites tonight. It’s a best of seven encounter and both sides will be keen to get off to a flying start.

The UEFA Nations League is back today with seven encounters taking place. There are three games in particular we’re keeping an eye on at everybet.io.

Firstly, Lithuania take on Romania (19:45 BST). Both sides have made poor starts to the Nations League, with the Romanians picking up two draws whilst Lithuania have lost both their games. Romania simply have to pick up the points here if they are to progress in the competition.

Kicking off at the same time (19:45 BST), Poland take on Portugal. The Portuguese beat the Italians last time out but travel to Chorzów without their talisman Ronaldo. The Polish are a tough team to beat, particularly on home soil, and this could go either way.

The third game (20:45 BST) sees Russia host Sweden. The Russians were somewhat of a surprise package during the World Cup, particularly when eliminating Spain. The Russians are unbeaten against the Swedes since 1994 and the Swedes have won just once in their last seven road trips. Will it be more pain for Janne Andersson’s men tonight?

After all that football we switch to Thursday night NFL action, which sees the New York Giants host the Philadelphia Eagles (01:20 BST). Both teams currently have losing records, Giants (1-4), Eagles (2-3), and will be keen to try and get their seasons moving in the right direction. We make the current Superbowl holders, the Eagles, favourites for the clash but will this be a night where the sleeping Giants finally awake?

We’re switching our attention to the NHL today at everybet.io

Although the season has only just got started, the games are already coming thick and fast. We start (00:30 BST) with the Ottawa Senators hosting the Philadelphia Flyers. This is quickly followed by the Washington Capitals welcoming the Vegas Golden Knights (01:00 BST). We make both the Capitals and the Knights realistic challengers for the Stanley Cup and it will make for an interesting encounter.

We round off the hockey action with the Arizona Coyotes on the road at the Anaheim Ducks. The Ducks should have too much for the Coyotes, who look like they may be in for a long season.

There’s also one notable football encounter as Italy play Ukraine (19:45 BST). The Italians failed to make the World Cup and there will be a great deal of focus on the rebuilding of their team. This should prove an indication of where the Azzurri are currently at. The Ukrainians come in to the game in good form having dispatched Slovakia and the Czech Republic in their last two games. Will they continue this winning streak in Genoa tonight?

Our big match of the day at everybet.io is Boston Red Sox taking on the New York Yankees. Just 24 hours after suffering the biggest post-season defeat by an away side the New York Yankees need to pick themselves back up. The series is 2-1 in Boston's favour, and it's do or die for the Yankees tonight. Can they turn it around?

Baseball takes centre stage this Monday at everybet.io with three post-season games to choose from.

First up (18:30 BST) is the Houston Astros trip to face the Cleveland Indians. The Astros lead the series 2-0 and have restricted the Indians to just 6 hits in the first two games.

Next (21:30 BST) is the LA Dodgers at the Atlanta Braves. The Dodgers have a 2-1 lead going in to Game 4, and Atlanta have it all to do in their quest to win their first postseason series since 2001.

We round off the action with the Boston Red Sox travelling to the New York Yankees (00:40 BST). With the series tied 1-1 the Yankees will be looking to win the next two games at Yankee stadium to close the series out.

A bet on the Indians, Dodgers and Yankees all to win currently pays out slightly over 4/1 and will provide an interest in all three games.

Week 5 of the NFL campaign and already there are only two teams with a 100% record.

First up (18:00 BST) are the unbeaten Kansas City Chiefs who take on the Jacksonville Jaguars at Arrowhead Stadium. The Jaguars have picked up three wins so far and this should be a tight contest.

The second of the unbeaten sides, the LA Rams, are on the road this week at the Seattle Seahawks. We currently make the Rams the team to beat and have them as favourites to lift the Vince Lombardi trophy on the 3rd February. That said, the Seahawks will be no push over and will be keen to put a dent in the Rams 100% record.

In the late game the Dallas Cowboys travel to the Houston Texans. The Texans won the pre-season battle between the sides and beat the Colts last time out. Can they begin to put a winning sequence together by beating the Cowboys at the NRG stadium?

A 2 mBTC bet on the Ravens, Packers, Titans and Rams to win currently pays 10.8 mBTC. Good luck to everyone placing a bet in today’s games.

After the post-fight chaos in Las Vegas a few hours ago, today’s football begins with a London derby as Arsenal travel to Fulham (12:00 BST). Arsenal come in with great form, whilst it’s been a difficult start back in the Premier League for Fulham. That said, Fulham have shown glimpses of the level they’re capable of playing at and maybe today will be the match that kickstarts their campaign.

Next up is Chelsea’s trip to Southampton (14:15 BST). The Blues were able to rest several key players midweek and arguably have the most in-form player in world football, Eden Hazard, back in their starting ranks. Chelsea have conceded a solitary goal away from home in the league this season and so Southampton’s attack face an uphill task.

The main event in the Premier League follows when Manchester City make the short trip to take on Liverpool (16:30 BST) in what promises to be a season defining match. Both clubs currently sit tied at the top of the table and many expect the league winner to come from one of these two clubs. Manchester City have won just once at Anfield in the league since 1981 and will be desperate to put on a display worthy of their tag of league favourites.

The evening game in Spain sees Valancia take on Barcelona (19:45 BST). Valencia return from their draw away at Manchester United in the Champions League desperate to begin to address their league form. Wins have been hard to come by for Valencia with five draws from their opening seven games. Barcelona looked at their very best midweek in London against Tottenham Hotspur, with Lionel Messi producing another age defying performance. If the Catalans play anywhere near that standard, surely it will be too much for Valencia.

We will be back for NFL action later on today where we will be running a promotion for all first time NFL bettors.

After a rollercoaster of an afternoon in the football, where Mourinho may have saved his job (for a while) and Bayern Munich fell to a shocking three goal defeat at home, we will now be switching our attention to tonight’s UFC action.

There are several great fights, but by a distance the fight that has people talking is Nurmagomedov v McGregor. ‘The Notorious’ and his travelling army of fans are sure to lift the roof off the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas in just a few hours’ time.

Nurmagomedov has a perfect 26-0 record but has been taken the distance in his last two outings. With McGregor ring rusty will Nurmagomedov try and take him the distance and wear his man down?

It’s a fight where everyone has an opinion and we can’t all be right. Not that it matters tonight at everybet.io, whether you back Nurmagomedov or McGregor we will give you a free bet up to 4mBTC if your pick loses. So even if your fighter loses, you still win.
