I’m not sure what trap this is that you are referring to.
False and misleading claim to have a Curaçao license!
False and misleading claim there is a regulator in Curaçao while there is none!
We operate a gaming business that has a Curacao licence which you dispute is true.
Yes, committing the criminal offense of fraud by false representation with claiming to operate under the 8048/JAZ license while showing the 1668/JAZ license seal highly indicates that you have none!
You are obligated to show a functioning 8048/JAZ license, why do not you show it while you are so concerned about regulations and rules?
I’m happy for you to contact the regulator at Curacao to verify this and report back with your findings.
There is no regulator in Curaçao and why not simply show the required 8048/JAZ functioning license seal on your website or post the link to the 8048/JAZ license validation page here?
There are a limited number of master licences in Curacao and nearly every operation runs as a sub-licence to a master licence holder. This has been the case for a substantial period of time.
Only because the 1668 or 365 or 5536 or 8048/JAZ license exists does not confirm that your show operates under one of them!
The confirmation is the license validation page or the license agreement between the license holder and your show!
I assume as you offer services on regulatory compliance you are familiar with this structure. If not, and you would like to speak to our compliance manager then please feel free to PM me. We’re always interested in speaking with subject matter experts, or those who are keen to learn.
Yes, I am familiar with the
Curacao license scam 1668/JAZ, 365/JAZ, 5536/JAZ and 8048/JAZ and that is why I inform the online gambling community about it to avoid damage!
You have suggested that we are running a dubious operation and, confusingly, that we are blocking too many countries. I’m sure you’re aware illegal operations tend not to have restrictions on where they take customers, so we wouldn’t be doing a very good job if that was the case. The countries we elect to not take business from are due to : licensing regulations, supplier requests, and our own business strategy. As I’ve mentioned previously we will look to add further countries over time.
Claiming to operate under the 8048/JAZ license while showing the 1668/JAZ license seal is the criminal offense of fraud by false representation!
Having a ton of restricted countries while the 8048/JAZ license prohibits only 5 countries, additionally indicates that you have none!
I’m always happy to talk with customers, however from the outset it has become apparent your default setting is to defame and make unsubstantiated claims. It’s hard to have a conversation on those terms. If you ever gain any evidence that we’ve done everything wrong then please feel free to pop back.
If you are so happy to communicate, then simply show your license?
