Longer term we would prefer this entire process to be conducted by a third party KYC provider that works exclusively with blockchain customers. We are watching with interest the progress of the verification companies who raised funds through an ICO last year.
We have no interest in customer data, as if you’re familiar with GDPR, and similar policies, you will know it creates a number of organizational headaches.
We have authority to request further details from our customers, it is in our terms and conditions which is part of our sign-up process. I’d be surprised if this type of term is not in every single sportsbooks terms as it is a licensing requirement.

We KYC customers when they make a withdrawal above a certain threshold, or have activity on their account that requires further checking.
