CryptoPunk Owner Explains Why IP Dispute Led to $10M Ethereum NFT Sale
"Discontent swirls around Larva Labs’ leading NFT avatar collection as one prominent holder bows out with an eight-figure sale.

Some CryptoPunks NFT holders are frustrated with Larva Labs over a lack of communication, licensing guidance, and community engagement.
One notable owner, Punk4156, sold his namesake CryptoPunk for over $10.25 million worth of ETH yesterday."

There are already many blockchains with low fees out there, but they are not as popular as the Ethereum ecosystem.
Whatever it is that they are, most of them are quite funny. I see some NFTs that are looking so funny, but the owners sell when they are very popular figures, you will see them being able to sell it at a high rate easily because there would be lots of people who would want to buy the NFT from them and the auction will keep going until they reach a really high number and it becomes owned by the highest bidder.

Although I have seen quite a few of them that are really cool and I would say that they are worth that. Saw an artist once on Twitter that made really cool paintings and selling them as NFTs through Twitter. He never had much followings, but due to how good his work his, he was able to get retweets and lots of bidding on the artwork until he arrived at a high price.

The main question is, why are these NTF tokens so expensive?
I tried to figure out the pricing.

1. If you bought a token or was presented with it, then to sell it you only need to pay a commission for creating a new smart contract on the NFT token market.

2. If you want to create your own tokens and sell it or donate it, then I will write the approximate prices on the rarible project.
You will need to pay for several smart contracts that will create a collection, create a title for you, and so on.
For the first token, you will need to pay 0.6 ETH.

Further, the production of tokens will be cheaper.

Due to such a price for az, many bypass such projects, because at the moment not everyone can pay 0.6 Ether. If I'm not mistaken, there are now a couple of blockchains that already serve these tokens with a minimum gas price, for example, Radix? In general, I am now very surprised at this project, because the prices there are really cheap for gas.

Recently the WSOP brand that represents the most important series of tournaments in the world related to poker as a commemoration of the most significant winners(Main Event) in its history, became associated with Wax Digital.

Gallery of Champions – Most Limited Edition NFT’s Celebrating WSOP’s Iconic Main Event Winners
Quote
To launch the WSOP NFT program there will be 6 1/1 NFTs featuring poker’s most memorable World Champions. Auctions are every Monday and Wednesday at 1pm ET. Additional WSOP NFT packs to be announced featuring “Bracelet Chaser” and “Hall of Famer” series items. Bidding starts at 100 WAXP and increases in 10 percent bid increments.
Source:https://wdny.io/wsop/

The first is referred to what is known as the "boom" of modern poker and is a video from 2003 that has been marked with the title:
Chris Moneymaker - The win that shocked the world
WSOP Gallery of Champion Moments
series1:https://wdny.io/wsop/
Active/ now live.

It is a very significant video or moment because according to experts it is attributed to the entire "boom" that online poker had in the first decade (XXI) and part of the second.

The remaining five will begin to be auctioned between November 22 and December 6.

The 6 moments are actually very significant for the history of poker and especially the WSOP brand, but I never really thought remotely that they would become part of the whole this NFT party.

The same source highlights something somesomething that must always be taken into account before bidding:

NFT is currently very tempting, many people earn a lot of money from selling NFT. The layman may be confused about this NFT, but this thread can provide an explanation that will make it easier to understand NFT.  I think it deserves merit.

Actually, I can't say that there are many people who earn a lot on NFTs. There are sooner lucky units of those who really earn anything. I also believe in this sphere, but now we take NFTs as entertainment in form of digital art and different objects in NFT-games, but they can carry much more benefit to this market and people if we start using them in different spheres of business in the future.

NFT is a great investment, and the hype is continues, because there are a lot of NFT games nowadays that has a lot of potential to stay for a long time. Play-and-Earn - it is a great concept, isn't it? For example, one of them is Duelist King. The team is from Vietnam. The same goes to CryptoBlades, Axies Infinity...  I hope you know what does that mean? The Moon is just a matter of time.
Hype is very close to this crypto community because without this we have nothing, but right now due to NFT games we have some better potential and long term use case of this NFT. In recent time we have some good number of games which are providing NFT and price are on rise due to some good demand as this technology will go we will have some better features which can give this more attraction and better use case with more profit and better ROI for investors.

I am still not sure, I have been in crypto for 2 years but still, I don't have much knowledge about the NFTs but today I found your post full of knowledge about the NFTs. It is quite helpful to those who don't have much idea about the NFTs. Better you should use your experience.

Oddly enough, but NFTs are in demand. A lot of them are purchased for a fortune (especially, works of art). On second thought, owning NFT means nothing but record in blockchain that you have bought smth and are its owner but you have no rights on it. It sounds for me like: person buy unique beautiful smartphone but the whole world use it to call. Moreover, whereas investors can sell this unique token there is no guarantees that in case they need their ETH back immediately someone would like to buy their NFT ever.

https://decrypt.co/66173/a-house-in-germany-is-being-sold-as-an-nft
A House in Germany Is Being Sold as an NFT
"The house in Kransberg is being auctioned on NFT marketplace OpenSea, with a starting price of $74,000. But it has no bidders so far.
In brief
A house in Germany is being sold as a non-fungible token (NFT).
The buyer of the NFT will be able to access unlockable content that comes with it, enabling them to contact the seller and organize the formal sale."
I still can't believe that there is a good chance that NFT's will become the next meme and this is the path memes took when first starting. NFT became something like "get rich quick" and we all know that is not possible. If you spend like 1000 dollars on Axie then you could make close to 150-200 SLP per day, let’s assume even at the bottom you make 50 SLP per day, you can make so much more but let’s assume it is only 50 slp per day.

At 0.$12 per token that is 6$ per day 180 dollars per month, in less than 6 months you are breaking even and then you still keep making profit AND you still have the NFT which may have increased in price by that time as well. So long story short, the money made in NFT world doesn't make sense at all, it is way too much and these all fish things and all that is the proof of that, people are trying to make money somehow, doesn't matter with what.
