A House in Germany Is Being Sold as an NFT
"The house in Kransberg is being auctioned on NFT marketplace OpenSea, with a starting price of $74,000. But it has no bidders so far.
In brief
A house in Germany is being sold as a non-fungible token (NFT).
The buyer of the NFT will be able to access unlockable content that comes with it, enabling them to contact the seller and organize the formal sale."
Interesting, but so far it is only a good option to use NFTs for auctions. When it comes to all the documentation stuff once a sale is finalized you will still need to have all the communication with relevant authorities. It will still need quite some time until you can freely and quickly houses or parts of houses on the blockchain.

For now I guess it is more suitable for artwork and so on.
I do agree with this. Houses are not easy to sell and you can't just buy NFT of that house and expect the other side to agree on the terms, they can tell you "anyone who buys this NFT will get the house" and if they decline? What are you going to do, sue them because of the NFT purchase? Which court would really care about that? This is why I think it is obvious that we should not be focusing on anything that has physical value that is sold on digital platform, we are not buying some items on amazon here, we are talking about something as big as a house.

Obviously the regular expectation for NFT is artwork, painting, digital arts, gifs, sounds, tweets, instagram posts, videos and the such, that way you know what you are getting and there is no extra steps needed. It is not a bad method, way too overpriced but at least it works like how it suppose to work.

Sometimes I wonder why people want to spend money only on pictures that are not very good in my opinion, not mean to offend, hmm but I think they already have too much money and try to spend to buy whatever they want, but there are also some people making it as an investment.
And the last thing I saw on Nasdaily was a bitcoin billionaire from India who bought nft worth 69 million $, imagine that money could be made to make new projects or other things, but he said he bought the nft for investment and he is sure the nft market will develop in the future, yes even though he lost the money he still has a lot of money in bitcoin.

here the link for the picture, i have seen the video but i forget

Thank you for this trip I have been doing some research on any of the project recently when I found out that a lot of them have been doing good especially in terms of price at the moment but I still haven't been able to come up with a existing real life use cases and if there is one I will like you to kindly link me with the topic.
I really hope that nft is not just a flash in the pan like a lot of other crypto projects  that claim to revolutionize a certain industry but after years of development nothing has come out of it.

give me back my 2008
Many believe that this is an ordinary art that can easily be sold for a high price. But beginners need to be upset, unfortunately this is not an ordinary art - this is a tokenized valuable asset of some kind, so to speak, the same art made is backed up by something, so with each NFT token, I hope I explained it clearly

Create NFTs with the Avalanche Wallet
https://docs.avax.network/build/tutorials/smart-digital-assets/wallet-nft-studio
"Besides the native AVAX token, Avalanche platform natively supports the creation of other types of digital assets: fixed-cap assets, variable-cap assets, and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
As opposed to regular tokens, which are interchangeable (fungible), meaning that each one is the same, each non-fungible token is unique on the network, with a distinct ID making it different from any other. This enables many use cases that would be impossible with interchangeable tokens, like proof of ownership of a unique asset."

The main difference is that NTF tokens can be created very cheaply!

I still find it quite interesting because there are some really nice pieces of art out there (and not talking about over-hyped speculation NFTs).

I say, if you like something, you should buy it (if you are having enough ETH) because it makes you happy (that's the main difference to my crypto balance or bank account balance which not makes me happy).

I recently bought a few pieces for little money just for my personal pleasure and not expecting any big growth, but also created an own series for fun and the technical aspect (check out https://opensea.io/collection/cryptosheep-v2 if you're interested)

we must not underestimate this type of market even if these nft look like only stickers for kids, in reality there are some that can be worth as much as this one for example CryptoKitties' Founder Cat # 18 which was sold for more than 250 eth

Is there a place where I can sell (with high probability of selling) regular cards? Like binance nft cards, or the nft cards that can be easily obtained. I understand that the price will be rediculously low, but at least it will be sold.
Like cs:go cheap skins (that cost just few cents), they are useless, but still someone buys it. Because with nft, all I see that either something very-very rare is sold, either is a chance to sell all other thousand card.
