Do you use the Add2PSU, or just jump the the PSU pins?

Add2PSU.

Other methods will work as well, I just like solutions that I know will definitely work Smiley

Did you have to tweak any of the bios settings like "above 4g decoding", "PCIE speed", etc.
You can shoot me a PM if you like as well Cheesy

Yes, above 4GB decoding needs to be set, I don't remember changing too much else.

Hi, kjs
can I ask you what PSU's are you using?

The rig in the photos has 4 x Seasonic PRIME Gold 1200W PSU's.

I actually moved all of the GPU's to another nearly identical unit which has 2 x EVGA 1300 G2 PSU's and 1 x EVGA 1200 P2 PSU.

You need to allow up to 300W for each 1080 Ti multiplied by the number of GPU's, plus CPU and system draw, divided by the PSU efficiency under load to work out your total power requirements.

Do you use the Add2PSU, or just jump the the PSU pins?

Nice work!! I've got one of those and an X10 version to play with as well Smiley

Are you using 100% TDP?
PD: Amazing temperatures

Yes.

Code:
kjs@WOPR:~$ cat ./apply-nvidia-settings-zecminer.bash
nvidia-smi -pm 1
nvidia-smi -acp 0
nvidia-smi -pl 300
nvidia-settings -a GPUPowerMizerMode=1
nvidia-settings -a GPUFanControlState=1
nvidia-settings -a GPUTargetFanSpeed=100
nvidia-settings -a GPUGraphicsClockOffset[3]=100

What frame do you have there? Looks stable and really neat.

This is a custom case that I had made specifically for this board by Spotswood Computer Cases.

I'm very impressed with that setup kjs.. It would also make an awesome hashcat machine as well when your not mining..

Indeed Smiley

How to write correctly information in  .bat file for mining Zcash? Videocard: Asus Geforce 4Gb
i have account on suprnova with name Paskuda, worker with name 1, with password 1234

It is right? :

miner --server stratum+tcp://zec-eu.suprnova.cc --user Paskuda.1 --pass 1234 --port 2142

Drop the "stratum+tcp://".. Most of the other mining software needs that in front of the url but not this one...

miner --server zec-eu.suprnova.cc --user Paskuda.1 --pass 1234 --port 2142

Thank you very much

Huh

Got my gear today, set up a fresh copy of win10 and got the msvcr120.dll error. DL'd visual studio c++ redist to fix it, but now when I execute start.bat I get nothing, just a quick flash of the cmd prompt and nada..

As a side note, I haven't installed the GTX 1080ti's yet, but I wanted to run ewbf first to see what the deal is..

GEAR:
ASRock Z270 K6
8GB HyperX
2x GTX 1080ti
Windows 10
Celery processor

The command line, under it places this command

Pause

So before closing you can see the error that tells the console.

If you get any errors you wont see them as the cmd window closes but with the pause you can see WTF is happening..

miner --server asia1-zcash.flypool.org --user t1QZDMaV2VTqrjhZMMu9by8kt3BpF5ja6fs.1080 --pass z --port 3333 --pec

Thank you! Looks like the NVML is not loaded, obviously because I'm a ding dong and haven't installed my cards yet (but just wanted to test ewbf). Once I'm at no risk of starting a fire I'll put the cards in (sitting on books ATM).
