This it's totally not working and pretty much looks like a scam. Be aware and try to use a proper trading platform. I use this cryptocurrency platforms guide to find more information about what platform I should choose.

At Bituary, they are posing as a legit exchange and intentionally makes their price higher than the market, so unsuspecting users will think it's a good arbitrage opportunity. Their staff manage several Telegram channels to advertise the arbitrage possibilities (e.g. Binance-Bituary). You can place the amount on your Bituary account, do some arbitrage cycles, when you finally think, it is working and you increase the amount, they set your withdrawal status as pending, and you lost your money. They create some incorrect and ridiculous reasons, why they stopped your account. Usually it is not possible to reach any admin to receive answer for your questions. They have a team with several members, but they use also artificially created "users" who can reports some successful arbitrage results. It is a scam, do not sign in!

I sent coins, but I didn't do anything.  Then I wanted a refund and of course they did not send my money.  Returns seem to hang constantly.  They want additional money to send coins.
It's some kind of theft. 😠

Same thing happened to me. I guess there is nothing we can do.

You should have checked their trust here before sending anything to them. It seems that this exchange has already signed up their obituary because of those negative trusts received and the scam accusations thrown to them. I would never send my coins if I see those red flags.

They are a scam exchange, there is probably no real exchange tool involved. It is designed just to give an address to receive funds and then steal them.

Please stay away from them.

They locked my funds, and are asking for more deposits to release them.

Same with me. I cannot withdraw my funds unless i deposit more. Who do we report this to to recover our funds?

I am sorry to read about your loss. I requested in the other thread, please post screenshots after hiding your personal information.

This exchange was highlighted as a scam, it should not be used by anybody.

This exchange doesn't give me trust, looks like is using Peatio open source code and was modified by someone on fiverr for a few bucks, then probably paid someone on fiverr to pump this threat with fake accounts, and then accusing anyone who comment here and say the exchange looks shady because the company is register in the UK, something that cost 20$ to do.

So i say to anyone who want to deposit coins on this exchange to be extra careful, and in my opinion i will say that even yobit seem more legit than oBituary exchange

When newbies and sock-puppets pump a thread it usually means there is a scam involved somewhere. The OP is so desperate to have the thread pumped it means something is just not right.

A quick check showed the "company" is not worth the paper it is written on:

- It has just a £1 share capital: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/12206002/filing-history

- It was incorporated on 13th September 2019

- Uses a London based mailing address which allows the website owner to show it to give the impression they are based there

- There is no "office", no "team", there is nothing except probably just the one person running the website

- The phone number listed on the website is dead: +44 20 2895 1425

- The live chat support unsurprisingly is offline as their "team of operators" does not exist: https://bituary.com/support/live

- Cheap paid shills and sock-puppets from Fiverr are hired to pump this useless trash thread

- A new exchange doing trade 24 hour volumes of 433.67 BTC is very hard to believe

Of the 14 currents posts the OP had made since joining this forum only three are in this thread where should be promoting his business and 11 are in the scam accusation thread where he has been exposed as a scammer.

There are far too many red flags here and on top of that the proof of selective scamming: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.52879186

We was not desperated as much as you to go for personal swearings.

-Share capital doesn't mean anything, since scam companies may
i.e. 0.0001 GBP at Coinbase UK - https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09083955/filing-history?page=2
i.e. 100 GBP at Huobi Limited - https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11242536/filing-history
-We can operate with full legal status even without registration (look more into Crypto exchanges registered in Offshores where you can't track owner)
-Sorry? Which address we should use? Our homes?
-If there is none on the phone - try going to live support or fill a ticket or mail us at [email protected]
-Users are free to chat here, none is not welcome here.
-We have solution to boost liquidity&volume on our exchange at the same time providing legit data that anyone will be able to check.

We was amazed by fake scam accusation of user that never actually used(except registration and few actions) our exchange and made fake screenshot with typos in his fake code element "proofs"

Yet Bituary is not built, we are working at making it better&faster&safer and when this kind of things happens on the exchange that don't yet full legit operating.

Any scam accusation with really bad and obvios fake evidence of "selective scam" by people like you will ruin any new exchange once it posts announcement on this forum.

Wow.. I guess we have another scam thread here, that is actively bumped by paid shills, that are posting same BS over and over. I will take a closer look at this project lately.

I agree, there is still work to do, a very crude project. Forgiven only that a beginner, we will wait for innovations)
Yes, but this is a very long way, there are a lot of open questions that cannot be resolved in one day, you need to sweat a lot and try to find experienced specialists who will help to implement this "green" exchange))

Blockchain guarantees maximum protection, it is a fact, that is why it is attractive.

I have heard about blockchain hacks more than once, so you need to constantly work on it, somehow improve it.

I have a few question. Is the platform of Bituary is completely safe?

Nothing can be completely safe, there will always be certain risks.

You say that the exchange has great potential, than it is proved?

The question is somehow incorrectly posed. What are you specifically talking about? Are you talking about the totality of all the possibilities ?? Relevance?
