I see an "Unscheduled Maintenance" message on the site today, every time that I visit it. Ofc it's not the first time but all the previous unscheduled maintenances didn't last more than 1-2 hours tops.

Mining Dutch mining pool was mining GIO. Disabled for months with next to no updates? There has been considerable mining happening for months even though the wallet has been disabled. That means that a group of people, or an entity, are mining for no profit. It makes me think that you guy are doing something shady behind the scenes.
"Swap execution" doesn't take more than a few hours... something stinks...
