You are absolutely right. That's because we  going to make an ecosystem with wide functionality and couple of tightly integrated services with ability to make new.

About scaling - adding new items (nodes) to the data-cluster, yes, that is not a problem if basic architecture allows that. But we talking about consolidated and almost proprietary solution - in this case you have to believe to the ex mgmt. In our case (and as you mentioned above) we talking about truly distributed ecosystem, based on the cloud/fog computing. And scaling is not a problem at all. That is on the one hand. On the other - of course we are thinking about support unit, but we thinking in the AI-added way. So, first support line will be AI-enabled virtual support engineers, and may be second line too (later), but the third line - of course there will be real support engineers with strong problem solving skills.

Thanks for taking the time to address these issues of scaling - it's often dismissed as a natural and inevitable problem simply because it seems to be every business's issue, eventually, but outside of decentralised exchanges, even 5 years of history learning from the biggest hasn't taught exchanges to cope with it. They all start out with lightning-quick execution and then sputter as traffic increases, but as I said, even those aren't as important as Customer Support! Crypto is on the cusp of mainstream adoption, yet the majority of easily useable platforms are already overloaded.

Let's hope your AI-aided solution will be good enough for an exchange... I've not been impressed by what I've seen so far. Good luck!

Well, thank you for your valuable thoughts. Truly appreciate that.
So, manual approvement is the temporary solution - we going to simplify registration process.

Concerning scaling - we know how and almost ready for that. Technically we can move to the load balancing cloud. More over in near future all of "our" services will be of distributed nature (exchange too). So, there will be no "owner" of any service in the GRAVIO network (or ecosystem).

Like I said, the more the merrier, and the healthier the wider ecosystem of exchanges. With more competition, exchanges will be forced to improve and outdo each other, and the Bitcoin user will be the one to benefit. Good that you'll move away from manual approval, though I can understand the need to do that for fair distribution (interesting airdrop concept, by the way).

Scaling on hardware/network is not really the problem. The human aspect, particularly customer support, is the scaling that none of the largest exchangers have ever tackled well. From Coinbase to Poloniex, they can easily upgrade servers but they have never been able to keep up with human aspects of customer support. So your distributed plans would bring Graviex closer to that of a dex, but you still need to think of tech support.

How could you call it a fee free exchange when you are paying the fee with your home made tokens.
It's no different from etherdelta as that too uses only ethereum as fees. (etherdelta is decentralised though)

What do you mean? Fee free only applies to gio pairs. And it's not at all similiar to etherdelta or ethereum anyways so i don't see a reason to compare them.

Guess we should say welcome to the latest exchange to hit our screens. For me, as long as Bitcoin is the number 1 choice market on your platform, you already got things going for you.

I'm in favour of as many exchanges as possible, although my extreme preference would be for DEXs. Graviex: don't you think the time for centralised exchanges are coming to an end? For example, you now have to manually approve all accounts. 150, for now, you say, but if you really take off the way you wish, do you really have time to manually approve thousands of accounts daily?

One comment, it's fine you want to use this method of promoting your coin - it's actually a lot better than airdrops. You get two birds with one stone, someone who wants to use your product and signs up for it, and someone who's likely going to immediately use in on the exchange. That's probably going to ensure wider and faster distribution. So you essentially create a market when there is none. But beyond that, and in relation to my first comment, are you prepared for new users? I've seen so many exchanges just get crippled under the weight of a growing userbase.

" Who we are?

Hi cryptocommunity!
We proud to present a brand new GRAVIO Ecosystem Service - GRAVIEX Exchange (http://graviex.net). The main goal of this service - is to bring to our clients and community members fast, free of charge and secure service. "

This was a very strange presentation.

I have a question:

Where is the headquarters of your company or where will your office be?

Concept look nice but 1000 coin per block is quite big considering that you guy have only mined 10% of total supply and still 90% mineable.
When you gonna start ICO for the coin or it is like contact you guys via email and we can buy some tokens directly at fix prices.

Like asked above, what is the main benefit of this tokens in exchange.

Also what is the price of one token for investors.

EDIT : Verification (complete verification) required to just make crypto trades, WHAT? When clicked on funds verification message is popping up.

Hi!
Block reward, total coins amount and network settings is resonable for the ecosystems goal. So, we need (at least):
(1) fast payment system and payment instrument (GIO is the coin, not token),
(2) fuel for the ecosystems' services (fuel cannot not be expensive at all, at least not now)
(3) 1k, 2k... - simple arithmetic for the ordinal user, who is almost not immersed in cryptoworld (1e-8 is good, but for the crypto-heroes)

... and see prev answers.

If you asking how to invest - we have another option, that will be available soon. We going to emit GRAVIO Utility Tokens (that will be separate blockchain). That tokens will represent some shares of our company. So, you will be able to buy them and got dividends on a mid-term future, i guess.

Tnx.

PS. What did you meant "Verification (complete verification) required to just make crypto trades"? All of you need to start trading is: (1) register, (2) turn on 2FA and (3) get an approval from our manager (now we approving all accounts without any validation)

PPS. For now all accounts approved (about 150 accounts).

Can you buy Gravio utility tokens with gio? What about people who participated to Gravio ico? Wilk they get the tokens or can they swap their gio to some fixed price?

Yes, that is will be possible.

Without fee, what do you get from operating this exchange? How are you suppose to maintain the exchange? Huh

Hi!
On the first stage - yes. We just started. But we plan (see ann) to start trading direct pairs BTC/ETH, BTC/LTC. So, that trades will be charged by reasonable fee. Btw, GIO/* pairs will still be fee-free.
Tnx.

So what's the use for GIO in the exchange? How would that grow or hold value?

Hi!
GIO - is the payment system and payment instrument of the entire future ecosystem. Each new user, who had registered will get his own gio-address and very limited amount of GIO. GIO is absolutely needed for living in ecosystem. Strictly speaking - some of GRAVIO services like GRAVIO.MAIL need a fuel to work. That fuel is GIO. So, you can make GIOs in several ways: you can mine, you can buy on exchange, you can earn.
GRAVIO Exchange - is one of such ways.

Tnx.
