Your personal objectives and situation may lead you to sell quickly, but I don´t think that is the best way of managing airdrops. They may have greater value in the future.
it all depends on the project you've earned these tokens on. most often, I try to wait for the project to be more famous and its tokens will increase in price. but if I got a token and the price on it gets me tired I can sell it right away
if the amount of coin is a lot then I will hold it if its a little bit I will sell, but clay situation used to its usual whether there is a possibility coin price will rise or continue to decrease or no increase at all, if there is a possibility of its price rising then I hold

The coin from the airdrop usually has very little chance of listing on the exchange sites, if it can, it is a potential coin. You should hold until their prices grow. Because you get it for free, so even if it loses value you still have nothing to lose.
I will choose to sell it immediately, because selling it immediately will bring me benefits, but if you continue it may not have any benefit, so selling will be a better choice, and the number of coins that can grow is very small.
You might, but the main isssue is that, you can only hold it if you feel that in the nearest future the price wlll high and you can also sell if you think the price might fall anytime
It depends on the coins/tokens I have. I usually research and study it before selling it. But I do hold most of my tokens/coins for longterm.

When the value rises up, then it is time to sell around half or 75% of the holding. The price will definitely go down once everyone see the high price and started selling again. So better be ready or line up your token for selling when the price is achieved and when the demand has spiked.
For me, I will check if it is a good project, if it is a good project then I will hold it for a longer time, but if it is a hyped project, i will sell it and buy it again when the price goes down. That's just a strategy I implore in my trades
You received coin from airdrop project is depend of price coin it self, when you are seing token price was high you can sell it but when price too low you can hold it. Never waiting for holding long time if you see your coin from airdrop was high price, because when price was low it difficult to see again on highest price. I have more disappointed because holding altcoin received from airdrop in long time.
when i got token from airdrops, i often trade it, because the value is decrease in the first trade, then buy back so i got profit. i think you have to do this, "buy some, sell some, and hold some".

if there is exchange, I immediately sell normally. usually airdrop coins will be listing in the market for a long time after we get the coin.

Most of airdrop project don't have a real team behind it and i am sure they are not planning to do what they write in the roadmap so there's very little chance that the price can go up so it's definitely better to sell the token immediately if it has value at that time rather than waiting for a little while and get nothing. 
It needs to be done upon the necessity of the person as well upon the market situation. Here too one cannot come to a conclusion that price will increase or decrease. With some projects we can predict that the price will grow, and with those it is good to hold for some time period and then sell.
Ya you can hold if coin and project is it's very Norma if you hold 5 to 6 months for rises value of coin but if you feel coin and the concept of project is not strong you can exit.

i'd now not advise you to concentrate to someone else's opinion, and to start analyzing this subject matter. for example, i can endorse you one coin (tokens) And i will make a mistake. or for example, you had been advocated interesting tokens, and you underestimated them and did not buy them, and they shot. conditions are very special. it's far very tough to say
depending on how the coin is, usually altcoin is long term, I will exchange it when the coin has reached more than ICO price, if not reach, then holding it is a best option and it takes several months to hold it.
It is already in July, and it has been falling for half a year this year. It is really not a good time to sell it now. The price is too low. You can get too little, so it is still held for a long time. I hope that there will be a turnaround in the second half of the year.
Holding or selling airdrops on my part depends on my interest on the project, after due diligence, if the airdrop is from a project that i will invest on a good day then i will definitely hold else i sell off and move on.
