dude only 5% of ICO now is a real deal, if you got a shitcoin from the Airdrop sell that coin as soon as possible while that coin still have a price or value, I've been there, and based on my experience almost all coins now in the market are shitcoins and airdrop is free so just grab the money ASAP than losing it
Don't rush your tokens to exchange maybe you will enjoy it or regrets your stupidity decision. Make sure that it is not shitcoin to be worth of holding but if not don't bother yourself to sell it while you can earn.

I dont believe on any airdrops, I can rarely seen an airdrop token to rise, I think 1 out of 1000 airdrop tokens has a possibility to increase, like TRON, but other than airdrop token, I dont see any token that has the same situation.
The decision varies on every individual. Personally, I would hold some of the projects which I think will be utilized in the future by looking at their roadmap, their whitepaper, the behavior of the community involved, the investors' interest, and the dev team's commitment to the project.

I usually research about the project of the coin, if they are active enough and have a good project, I will hold it because I think as long as it's free we will not lose if in the end, the coin has no value. but sometimes I also immediately sell it if I think it has great value.

Better to research first about the team behind those token and not to regret once it rise to the moon. Holding it for 6 to 12 months will be advantage on your side that you can get good price.

For me, i will hold token or coin rewards that i got from airdrops once i got it because if i exchange it immediately literally it was like nothing happened, low gain from the rewards that i got but if i hold it for long term it will surely rise up until it get so very expensive and it can give you a lot of profit. It depends on the value of the coin to be earn. If the value is still low, then hold it. Better to wait for the price to rise up and that's the you can sell it. If your goal is to get the exchange for your coin and have money then it is your decision to make when to exchange them or just hold it for a while.
better you put some research about that token. if you looked up that token and you think it's a promising one try to hold it at the moment no good no good it will rise to the moon and you will regret why did you sell your token with an smaller price. but if think that token is lack something and probably will turned to an scam coin sell it immediate once it has an value in the market.
