Hello,

I've make a deposit of 0.033 ETH and then saw a message that мinimal amount for deposit is 0.05 ETH and smaller deposits will be credited once they total this amount.

So I make second deposit of 0.05 ETH.
But my balance became 0.05 ETH, and my smaller deposit not credited.

I've created a ticked #12254 3 days ago but still there is no answer.

It happened with me also.
I have got solution to this now.

After opening liqui let it load fully before clicking the login link.

Quick update, after 23 days, I got the response from Liqui and they solved my problem. Hopefully, they'll improve their response time Smiley

I just logged-in without any problems. Does the pop up page for verification appeared? If not and you're still in the page where you input your email and password, you won't receive an email yet afaik. Maybe you should wait some time and try again. Oh and by the way, I experienced that in the past and I waited for few hours before it went through.

Why would you want to be listed on this exchange? Didn't you hear that I have not received any response for 22 days from the support. And I'm definitely not the only one.

Same here, need to restore account but no support in more than 20 days. Luckily I don't have a lot there but this behaviour is scammish as fuck.

i not recomend you write something else on trollbox, you will bann there is, i had the same problem some times ago and trued ask on trollbox and got bann

i repeat again the liqui is scam exchange, selective scam

I bought DECENT with Liqui exchange, but I still can't withdraw and it's almost 2 months already.

The support person, doesn't solve the issue.

Any chance that liqui will consider to lower ETH withdrawal fees?

Currently it is 0.01 ETH which is higher than most other exchanges. Even bittrex which charges high withdrawal fees only charge 0.005 ETH, due to the Ethereum price rising over the past few months they've changed it.

I'm hoping that liqui can do something similar. Also any chance that XMR will be listed?

Just now log into my Liqui account and all are fine.I can smoothly log into my account.But a lot of people saying they are facing log in issue/2FA problem with their account.I think DEV should take necessary steps about it.Its very bad news for liqui platform. as a member of this platform i requested to the Dev please solve those issue asap.

Being Processed since 17 days 9 hours
#9176 Can't withdraw (never receive an email)

So 17 days without a response. I tried everything just to get their attention, but they stay ignorant. And I can't withdraw anything from there because I don't RECEIVE AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM THE WITHDRAWAL. I created another ticket just asking to change my email and nothing. This is beyond words.

I'm afraid I'd have to say that while Liqui normally works fine, if you ever have a problem (deposit not arrived, withdrawal "sent" but no transaction visible, etc), it's impossible to get them to do anything about it.

I'm still waiting on 1 btc to be credited 9 days after I sent it (appears on blockchain). No reply from support in that time (ticket #10728). To be honest, that is pretty unacceptable and in my experience I haven't had the same issues with the likes of Kraken, Polo or Bitfinex. How many days do you wait before it becomes theft?

I think Avast and Antivirus / firewall programs may have been a little sensitive to something, as the site is now working again, for me at least.

Might have been some advert or some new website code that antivirus programs didn't like etc.

Hi I have used this exchange some time ago, (During the launch) , so I don't know why and what are the really problem actually.
BTW I have tried to login from my laptop just to check if ... there are some alert ... and all went fine.
Did you have already this problem trying accessing? This could be even a problem of your computer...
Try another access, maybe you can access again without issues.
