price drop after coin hit exchange so the best exit would be selling it right away. you can buy it again at the lowest price but of course you won't know the lowest. also invest again and sell because that is what happening in crypto in the moment.
I never had time to sell at a high price after listing the coins on the exchanges. until I know that the listing has happened - the price has already fallen.
You have to put a price when you enter the market and after the price is sure you want to be able to sell, and indeed regret when you see prices going down and do not know prices are rising.

Most countries you have to pay tax off of your investments and if you use a centralized exchange that converts your crypto to fiat then you will have to report it.
To avoid this, just go straight to the buyers.

That's a terrible advice. Going directly to the buyers, like all the trustworthy parties involved... ahum  Roll Eyes

Commit a felony in tax evasion and then go on to likely get scammed in the process. Going p2p with any significant amount of funds is going to leave you broke or dead. Go to an exchange and pay your dues.

What is your exit strategy?

I would like to have a clear vision on how to extract my funds if another bull run happens.

What are your opinions? I am trading in USTD

Thanks!

USDT is still my choice when want to avoid storm, even though recently USDT has many bad news and many investors lose lots of belief with it but if you look at its capitalization, if it collapse , whole this market will collapse too, and its price have also raised again and overcome 1 USD

I have no exit strategy, since i will not leave the market.
The prices are currently not nice, but leaving the market is not an option for me.
I think crypto will recover sometime, the question is just when.

Just wait for another wave of hype that is going to happen during the first months of the upcoming year. Do not sell your assets for pennies and try to find some other hobby till the next bull run starts.

Well, trading will not be able to provide instant benefits for you, you must be patient and wait until prices rise because if you are very easy to panic then it will be very difficult to get profits, holding coins for several years is a safe way.
Well, in crypto there can be very quick price grows, so during holding you need to always look after the market in order to sell on time and then buy again when the price will fall

Right now best strategy is wait.

And when bull comes there can be a strategy. I hope we don't make the same mistakes we did last year.

What exactly do you mean in "exit strategy"?  The easiest way to withdraw your funds and exchange them for fiat would just be through crypto-fiat exchanges. There are plenty of them, just do some Googling.

Also, the more anonymous way would be through Localbitcoins. Trade your bags of whatever coin/token you are holding into Bitcoin and then use Localbitcoins to get rid of them.

Well, understanding and learning how to use technical analysis will not just benefit the traders but in your case, to exit the bullish market. Learn how to use resistance because if the resistance is broken, you can now sell your tokens.

I think am gonna watch the market trends then make decisions based on the unfolding events. These days it is pretty difficult to say exactly what would happen

I will sell all my ETH and BTC to USDT and wait for the market to move sideways. At that time I will buy  BTC and ETH and will sell them at a profit of 1-3%. It will be less risky and I can participate in bull run as it happens

Exit strategy is depend your money management to set take profit point, in this topic your mindset as trader/ investor take big part. Meaning who are you exactly, opportunist or safe person?. Time and calculation will create stop loss and take profit point depend your idealism. Up to you my friend but let me remain you never enter market before set your stop loss and take profit point.

If you long-term investment is surely good, you likely have USDT but the value will be stagnant. Why? If you look at last price an annual markets the value cannot more than one dollar (USD) it worth stable.

I don’t know if the stablecoin price will up (high) and I think it which why us can say stablecoin is to stabilize the fluctuations in crypto. We can see crypto used as investment assets so impressive all the community too me, so no problem.

the question major:

1. Do you want to invest to future if that's true, you did not get income long-term the more in usdt.
2. If you feel it is good because the price was stable, to be for you.

but, return to plans you want to playing long term or short term.

Cashing out profits is the way forward, what I normally do during bull run is to cash out my profits as it comes and leaving my initial capital to keep growing. Although leaving your investment for a long term is also advisable but since we can't predict the future when it comes to cryptocurrency we have to act with caution in hodling for long.

holding the altcoin the best choice for the long term but not that easy too, if you focus on the long term it means you are looking safe by looking for delayed profits. but back to your abilities too. if you can trade or want quick profits, maybe you can try trading on a large market and not just focus on one coin. but remember to trade risk is very high, so think first before acting ...

If you look at the market, now when the price goes down, many go to Tether or other stablecoins
