Not all young people desire to get rich.
Seriously? Are there really some set of people that don't wanna get rich?... Jeezz  Tongue

I don't want to go off-topic, so I'll drop it here. Think as you please.

Exposing young people to Bitcoin at young age is a good thing, in my opinion. Only don't try to teach them trading, investing and that kind of thing. Explain to them what is blockchain in simple words and what is Bitcoin in simple words too. And if they will understand most of it and at least will become familiar with these promising technologies, it will be enough.
I certainly believe that it's an edge for them if they learn bitcoin at a younger age. Now it's up to them how will they're going to make use of their knowledge, enhance it if they're interested or ignore it if they don't find it interesting.

However, don't force them to learn bitcoin if you think they're not ready for it, or their minds are still engrossed with other things. They will chose to learn it in the future if they will realize all its advantages and benefits.

I'd reconsider this question as "is exposing new technology good for people at a young age", and the answer is yes. It's important for young people to understand the economic system we live in, what money really is, and what types of technological advances are out there exist (such as Bitcoin). Learning about all new technologies is important, but it's also young people don't blindly follow what is "trending", like the shitcoin and NFT rage that has been happening in the last few years.

In whatever way the question is framed, the answer will definitely be yes! If you don't learn at a younger age, learning at old age will be very frustrating. It would have been a different case in some other aspects of technology but in bitcoin to be specific, it's more appropriate to learn at a younger age since it has to do with finance. You have a limited source of income at old age especially if you have no investment while you are still young to be fetching you income but at your younger age, you have multiple opportunities.

The more old you grow, the more your problem increases and even if you really want to dedicate time to learn about bitcoin at that old age, the love for money due to excess problems at hand will not allow the process to be genuine. You might be probably be doing it simply because you want to make enough money to settle your problems. At a younger age, you can purposely learn without attaching it to money and your investment will be purely based on your understanding of the new technology and not driven by the get quick money mindset.

I believe responsibility has nothing to do with age, bitcoin investment is something that involves some level of risk and its an extreme volatile asset which can change price from the to time and if a teenager can handle himself in such situations then it's nice and there is nothing to worry about.
Wrong mate because Age defies on how we are understanding matters , because maybe at young age they wanted to earn or learn but they are deciding differently from mature and from knowledgeable people.
so better not to engage too much when you are young  or better to invest and invest and never trade in matters as long as this is about bitcoin.

Quote
Investment in general would be a great thign to expose to a child, it would teach him how to handle his finance properly and also cashflow management which im sure is a good lesson to teach to a child or teenager.
correct, this is why at young age i tried explaining and teaching my kids about bitcoin and about possible investing in the time of their right age.

Teaching the young about the economy early on is a good move, as the sooner they know about all the pitfalls they can fall to, the sooner they will take good decisions, however it is wrong to encourage young people to invest at such a young age on bitcoin, and this is because even if they had the right knowledge about this market, it is unlikely they could apply it as they should, which could create bad habits it will be very hard for them to get rid of to.

I actually think a bit differently about this subject. Although I agree that there is nothing wrong in letting young kids know about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies or other economic things, I believe some of the concepts might be too complex for them to understand and comprehend and it might disturb their minds since they wouldn't have a vast mind and critical thinking abilities like us adults.

So maybe it can be useful to let them know the basics in a way that wouldn't make them confused or force them to put a lot of pressure on their minds, but we should let them do what they should be doing in their age which is to focus on their studies and what they want to do or become in the future. If we confuse them with Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and other economic terms and stuff, they might get lost in all of these things.

I think it really depends on the individual. Some young people might be ready and responsible enough to handle exposure to Bitcoin and understand the risks and rewards. But for others, it could be overwhelming or lead to impulsive decisions. So, it's probably best to educate them about Bitcoin and financial literacy in general, but also emphasize the importance of patience and responsible investing.

That's a very good point because teaching the children about the economy on there early age will serve as a guidelines for them because as they are growing up they have already known what they are in for, but in terms of exposing children to Bitcoin investment could sometimes not be advise able just as you observe because with there age they may not really understand the risk and also since investment is something that has to do with money it could actually expose them to some illegal just because they need money to invest.

Do you think that exposure to bitcoin at an young age is a good thing in general ? I feel it should be taught based on individual personality and not to very young guy. This is because all young guys might not be responsible enough to invest and track with patience at young age. However, those who have the required patience can make very high returns on their investment by investing at an young age. So, which side are you in this aspect ? Do you feel that all young guys should be informed and educated about bitcoin ?
One of my regrets in life is not have been exposed to Bitcoin since an earlier age. Instead of having spent my time on videogames, playing on the streets with other kids I would be already earning money online for my future, so I could be right now in a better financial condition, without any fears, insecurities and uncertainties regards what is going to happen next with my finances. Moreover, I could be already proportionating my parents a much better life condition, allowing them to do everything they have already dreamed about accomplishing in life, which they never had the opportunity to do so due to financial limitations.

The sooner you start working and making income, the better, I suppose... Especially if you are going to begin from zero!

Well, you do have a point, I think bitcoin or crypto currency is too much for young age if you will introduce it first to them, I mwan yes its a good thing to learn at early age, but I think its better if a parents will trach their children at erly stage how to have a good mindsent when it comes to money, or becoming more money oriented and money smart so that they could adopt to it and for sure they are the one that will explore themselves and if they take interest in bitcoin or crypto currency then that's when you can guide and teach them, If I will have my own kid that's the thing I will do, self development and having a good mindset when it comes to money first, because they can later on discover crypto by themselves and for that they can handle it with little guidance and support.

How can they become good investors if they don't know how to manage their finances? So, there is no point in us trying to teach them bitcoin and force them to invest in bitcoin when they know nothing about basic economic and financial knowledge. That is like forcing children to study university programs when they are still in elementary school.

Many people have never had children, have never understood children's thoughts, what children need and want at their age, but always give their opinions on how to raise children to others. This is really funny.

Having early exposure e to bitcoin investments does not mean they will definitely become good investors in the future, there is no scientific evidence to prove that. That is not the way for us to create geniuses, everything needs to be educated at the right age, with the right method to bring the best results.

As long they are above 17 or 18 years,  I can educate my siblings to BTC business because it will help them in the future, if they can know it in early age and they will remain in BTC business for long and it will reduce the load of our parents when they enter higher institution.

It is good to know the risk in BTC before learning or investing in BTC, which is what is making some newbies not to invest in BTC because they are afraid of the risk which BTC price is not predictable no matter how expert you are to BTC market.

Even though, you are going to forget somethings in the impact, don't forget to teach them how to exercise patience when the bear run is taking a long years in the market, which is the major thing that will make them to believe in BTC.

For me any age that is able to account for things is enough to invest on BTC provided means if funding or accumulating is available even if the source of money is been funded by parents it save more to even the parents as it's a very good decision for their child sort means of generating money in it's own. Those resourceful parents the level of money they give their children for up keeps enough for a wise person to invest even if it's monthly as it's part of savings as well generating more money.

In the real sense joining crypto investment at early age is the best it gives you room to enjoy the investment if throughly one is holding for long term you will still have time to enjoy the benefits at good age even before older age.

I have also nothing against teaching children about cryptocurrency and everything about it, but I am against parents willing to fulfil their unfulfilled dreams through children. Majority want to introduce cryptocurrency to kids, because they wish their kids to turn into early investors and hope that kids will become rich. Imho we should not program kids that money is everything in this world and their lifegoal is to get rich. Parents must teach kids to be kind and happiness.
This one is the best thing that's been said here, forcing someone to be a clone of yourself isn't really the best thing, the thing that someone would get out of this, is probably a rebelling child that would do everything in their favor to not be a clone of yourself, I mean look at it this way, if you've wanted to achieve your dreams, you should've done it for yourself and if you wanted a clone of yourself, you should've just made a whole house full of mirrors so you can look at yourself, it's the same thing anyways.

If you’re not into greed and wealth, you will definitely teach your children to be kind and be happy in simple life instead. However, I cannot also blame these parents why they are in a hurry to train their kids to invest, maybe because they don’t want them to experience the same poverty that they have been living since birth. So as much as possible, they want to give their kids the best life they can have, even if it means putting a pressure to their kids to learn investing even at an immature minds. I understand this kind of parents but for me, it’s just that their kind of mindset won’t work for young kids.

From my point of view, kids have whole life ahead and lots of chances to earn. As a parent, I would not push kids towards earning money. I would explain them that money dont fall from the sky, but I would not insist on becoming early investor, doing something as early as possible. I dont want to copy my life goal on them. My duty as parent to provide them; to earn so much, that I would have chance to give them first capital to start something on their own. Not to make them make their first capital on their own.

I think there are both pros and cons to being exposed to Bitcoin at a young age. But I think it's better to learn about Bitcoin at a young age to get used to modern technology in today's modern age. Because it can play a big role in their future cryptocurrency and future economy. There are many people who are afraid to invest about digital, if they can take the right idea of digital investment in advance then they can take a proper plan in the future from which they will be able to earn good profit. I can't force all youths to teach bitcoin but I want to tell them, whether you learn about bitcoin or not is your personal decision but you should enjoy knowing, learning and study bitcoin for future days.

Indeed, there is no harm in teaching their children not to be greedy or make money everything and they choose to live simply. Of course this will really depend on a person's personality, but I really agree with what you said if we educate children about Early investment is of course to be able to prepare what they have invested in their child and not give up all of what they invested and when they feel that their child is worthy of carrying out the investment, of course this will enable them to carry out it well.

First introduction to Bitcoin for children at a young age and then about investing or trading Bitcoin all depends on individual decisions but the most important thing is that someone understands and understands, I think it is quite important for young children and I have even practiced it for my brothers and sisters. who are still young, I think this is quite important for their future.
Young children also have a certain age limit to know about Bitcoin and investment which is accompanied by trading too, because if a child is under ten years old I think it is still too early for him to know about Bitcoin and also about the trading market. Even though it won't be bad for them if we tell them from the start, we ourselves who have become parents also have to see whether their age and thinking are really ready for this. Because at a young age there are many things that need to be trained well, even though in the end it is training to earn more income through various kinds of businesses.
There is no need to force too much to educate children about Bitcoin at a young age, we also have to look at age before explaining about Bitcoin, I think only children aged 17 and over are worthy of being introduced to Bitcoin and it must also be under strict supervision because children Children at a young age have big ambitions so if they don't have enough knowledge then it will be a loss for themselves.
Apart from that, I think all parents know the right time to teach their children, but if we talk about interests, I also think that this is very important.
We shouldnt throw our kids into the crypto pool before they can swim, right? Dont underestimate the kids, either. I know some smart 10-year-olds who could code circles around me!

Bitcoin goes beyond trading digital currency. Decentralised, transparent, and safe financial systems must be understood. Kids will be better prepared for the future if they understand that early on.Imagine learning a new language. Learning is simpler when you start young. Bitcoin also serves as the future economy's language

Of course, its all about finding the right balance. We shouldnt overwhelm kids with sophisticated ideas before they're ready. However, by starting with the essentials in a pleasant, engaging approach, we can spark their interest and encourage financial literacy. Remember, knowledge empowers. Bitcoin power is decentralized.

op First of all you didn't mention the age until which age is ok to use bitcoin. However, it is questionable how acceptable the use of Bitcoin will be for children because children will not be able to acquire much knowledge about Bitcoin. But teenagers can invest in Bitcoin if they want but before investing they must be careful about the investment and gain a lot of knowledge. He can definitely invest in Bitcoin at any age if he has enough knowledge about investing in Bitcoin investment. Bitcoin is definitely risky if we have to invest keeping it in mind so we can get high profit if we keep enough watch about Bitcoin market before investing. Bitcoin investment is done by everyone to make money. But becoming an overnight millionaire is not that satisfying. If we always keep a long-term plan and invest in the market, we will definitely be one of the successful investors.
