facebook are just being scared of bad omen poluting their platform with scam project. no serious organisation will want to help criminals promote scam on their platform. It is painful how some pyramid scheme scammers have spend their tentacle into creating scam initial coin offering which has led to some of this ban. This is true a sad moment especially for some ICO that really have great idea and comcept because they will not be welcome on such social media platform where targeted investors may be reach. however maybe after crowdsales and a working products and services is already in place then they can start making use of ads in such platform for further growth.

I think this is an unnecessary competition. Perhaps facebook recognized the overwhelming development of the ICO.

I think the managers of facebook have realised and seen the huge members that they have who are all into cypto activities.

Facebook is used by criminals, scammers, people into illegal business and even terrorists. Facebook must look into facebook first.

This can be a good thing to spread the good about cryptocurrency to everyone. i think twitter may follow this too.

just calm, iti do not have a big effect on the existence of crypto in the market. it's just an alibi to make bitcoin look bad in the public world and it turns out those who hate bitcoin just fight their own alibis.

sounds good but have no effect with price of bitcoin
These such of news have no impact with the bitcoin's price.

If facebook start telling that they are investing to bitcoin, you'll see bunch of investors that will feel FOMO on this moment. But removing the ads won't increase the market cap until there will be money that's added to the bitcoin market. But the good part of it is this can expose bitcoin/crypto again, not ICOs.

Definitely good news and many aspects
First, it is a kind of legitimization in one way or another
Second, it is propaganda and giving confidence to trade as a whole
I think the rest of the big sites will follow Facebook

It is absolutely a good news to the crypto world. By and by all anti crypto will begin to appreciate the future in crypto and come along. Waiting patiently for that moment

sounds good but have no effect with price of bitcoin maybe it's because fb is dying and less and less people using it or maybe because crypto still able to advertise during the time fb ban them that it doesnt much matter anymore but the thing is that it has no effect at all on us.

It was about time that Facebook removed this ban. The crypto market is just too big now to avoid it completely. They are just going to be missing on the huge revenues that they could be making instead of nothing at all. Also the younger generation is going in favor of the crypto currencies and Facebook doesn't wants to miss out on that too.
I think that it is a good news for the crypto currencies, because facebook is a good mean of advertising the ICOs and other altcoin, but as i am using bitcoin so regularly, so i never say any such ban on facebook. However it is a good news for bitcoin and other crytpo currencies, and i think that it will bring a good effect on bitcoin and other crypto world.

I don't understand why Facebook banned crypto ads before. Do they really care who will pay them money for the ads and what will be advertised on Facebook? I doubt.

I think this will be good news, updating policy to allow ads that promote cryptocurrency to be a good step and crypto ads can provide many profit for facebook.
If this is indeed true then it’s one of the best news that Bitcoin has had in a very long time and I believe that it’s going to help to rise the value of the currency up. I am counting on it.

this is good news and I think it is a wise decision. crypto requires the facility to spread its vision and mission to the public, with the aim to attract the attention of investors and the world.

but on the other side, some ICO scams make some mistakes, which consequently is facebook involved to market the scam ICO's ads.

Crypto/blockchain is a movement that can not be stopped easily, it is a revolution the earlier you understand it and stop fighting against it the better. Crypto currency is winning more war.
