I was aware of that previous price adjustment. I agree that some sort of price adjustment is probably past due. I'm unsure when that adjustment will take place & how that'll effect their backlog.

I read this that there will continue to be four product lines and they will ship pretty much independently of each other, excepting that some product types share board types (e.g. both the Single and the Minirig use longboards) - so basically when all the Jalepenos have shipped, I think they'll start shipping the 5 GH miners - especially since they are the only ones that use the shortboard (small case).

But we'll see.  I enjoy a good wager.

Will, I think you just lost.  I would never have taken that bet at that definition.  I have a feeling once the Jalapenos hit the price change, none will be shipped until all product lines hit the price change.

I've bet several times now against timely delivery of mining hardware by various vendors, and I have yet to lose such a bet.

Sure I'll take this bet for 2BTC - with the definition of 'shipped' being
that an USPS tracking number has been assigned and the USPS has picked up
and barcode scanned the package (i.e. it's on the USPS website).  This
avoids issues with customs etc.  The bet is that BFL ship all Jalepeno
orders made by, or before, July 6 2013 by end of September 2013.

I'd be guessing/hoping a lot of Jally pre-orders kept their place in line (bird in (semi)hand vs. 2 in bush) for the purposes of this bet, but strangely enough hoping they make the Sept. deadline on behalf of the buyer who purchased 2 Jally pre-orders from me.

Do not forget that some may have upgraded their orders to the new product offering coming 2014.

Oh for me this is simple enough: they said they'd get through orders made by July 6 by the end of September. Had it all graphed out & everything. For the purposes of this bet, that would only include Jallys.

I fail to see how they can pump out 5 months worth of Jallys in 1 month when it's taken them 1 month to get thru a 3 month backlog recently.

So if they *ship* all Jallys ordered by July 6 by the end of Sept, I'd be out 2BTC.

Doesn't matter too much to me I also have a small bet on the *other* side regarding a sold pre-order & a small profit.
