If users are discussing paying for the vaccine in bitcoins, then this suggests that people should buy vaccines for themselves. In my opinion, the state should provide every person with a vaccine, since in this case there should be no inequality. In addition, if we are talking about public procurement, then there must be a state security system that will detect fake vaccines.
Absolutely, why bother getting it somewhere else if you can get it directly from hospitals or even from the government. It's scary to take a vaccine even if it approved by the government since there is no assurance if there are no long-term side-effects from it, what more if you will get it from the black market or deep web. If you can get it from legitimate source or if it's from the manufacturer it will be dumb to get a vaccine via deep web even if they sell it cheaper, never risk your safety and health.
People are trying to purchase it from the dark market, because the vaccine is not available in the hospitals. Limited doses of the vaccine is available and they are reserved for the priority population (i.e elderly people, hospital staff.etc). General population may not get a chance to get vaccinated at least until Q3 2021 in most of the developed nations. For the developing nations, I don't expect it before 2022.
Dumb or simply suicide kind of decision but there are still actually who do really buy with these unknown vaccines specially to those who are desperate fellas that had been affected by Covid or their kin or relatives which might really be that interested on buying in a dark market.It is really just dumb for you to consider this option knowing that there are no proofs that this one is legit or not because if there is already some cure then it would really be announced publicly.There no way that they would get ahead before the official announcement and distribution. I don't mind if they bought these vaccines using bitcoin but I hope they would not use them. I know that there are a lot of people like them that are so desperate for the vaccine but it is really worth the risk? They might be able to heal from that vaccines but since we are still in the effect of the pandemic especially right now that there is a new virus, they can still be affected by that.

Who in their right minds would buy covid-19 vaccines on the black market? Even if it were the right product there's no way to know whether it's been stored appropiately. Even mail delivery times would already cause trouble, at least with the Biontech/Pfizer vaccine.

Exactly, who would do that? And why in the first place anyone would buy vaccines with crypto currencies. In countries like India, vaccines will be given at the Government built booth (already set up) and will be done at the expenses of the government money. I don't think anyone would want to pay in bitcoin for this purpose. Even in the private hospitals this is impossible because doctors will call such person crazy one because they don't have such provisions anyway.
On the other hand even in developed countries no GP or NHS will allow such transaction. That would be just dream for this pandemic.
Companies like Serum, Pfizer won't get involved into crypto payments because that doesn't make sense to them.

The internet is known for a lot of bizarre and dangerous things, and the fact that there are not proofs that these vaccines are even true makes it more reason to not buy them. The main idea of it being sold in risky sites or places reeks the smell of a no-no.

There is a similar incidents in my country recently and even wasn't paid from Bitcoin yet this is about fake vaccine or should i say vaccine that's not confirmed by FDA but was injected in Police force for the reason of under investigation.

Lots of us are still doubtful about the current vaccines so I hope that they would prove to us first their effectiveness so we won't put our lives at risk. There is no supply right now of vaccines. Every offer you see is a 100: scam. Don't trust them you will just lose your money. The pharma companies just started mass producing the vaccine and distributions are done on a national level. It's just not possible to get your hands on them right now. Maybe in 1 year it will be different.

There is no way that you can escape bitcoin as means of payment when you are dealing online and currently, more institutions are also beginning to use it for transaction. So you need to move with the trend, if covid-19 vaccine are put online for sales you need to help yourself.As already explained in this thread, the vaccines won't be available privately for quite sometime now. Because the governments around the world have already pre-ordered billions of vials of the vaccine and until all these doses are delivered the pharmaceutical companies won't be able to sell them privately. And I don't expect that to occur at least for the next 6 months.
Vaccine still not selling to public just created and under government control right now, if you get banner ads about selling vaccine for covid 19 I think illegal vaccine and is not secure if you wanna try. I am waiting government announcement about vaccine will giving free or we have buy because so far just focus vaccine for medical healthy only and public people waiting for next round vaccine coming, I think is good choose because many medical healthy have pass away with their risk job.
In our case it seems the vaccines are not arriving in the country yet as the government has no announcement or update about it. They're currently busy in different issues especially in incidents involving the police. The sad part is there are another variant of covid 19 that can spread easily if not controlled. Some countries already have the funds ready to buy their stocks of vaccine from different suppliers. Its also good to see some countries helping other countries by creating the vaccines available as soon as possible. There are already some news of these vaccines being smuggled and used without authorization which sucks since unauthorized vaccines should be labeled as ILLEGAL DRUGS since its not approved by any government agencies.
