I don't expect that such move would be profitable, since governments will probably give out the vaccines for free.
There's much more money into infiltrating into the supply chain and deliver the vaccines to the official institutions and getting paid for that.

Also the dark web market, although I expect to be rather small (because the vaccine will come for free), it's still there. There are quite a number of desperate people(*), who want to go out and get back to "normal life" or their jobs/businesses and expect miracles from the vaccine. Those may try to buy in order to not have to wait and unfortunately those may get scammed big time.

(*) This is based on the news that in Japan, more people died from suicide last month than from Covid in all of 2020.

It's not that I'm critical of buying vaccines with bitcoin, but if it's not the right thing who guarantees the safety of those who have used it?
Even in the country itself, there is a discourse about giving vaccines free of charge to the entire population, but if they themselves (the government) do not vaccinate first, why are we risking our lives? because life is not money that can be sought again when you don't have it.

Don't trust any vaccines that are being sold online, the are all fake and scams. The vaccine is accessible by ordinary people as the purchases are done via governments in large quantity. Also there are special requirements to store the vaccine, if it would be sold via the postal services it would likely be ineffective.

Even that falls short because the conspiracy basically says we're going to be injected with some nanoparticles that are supposedly inside the substance itself. Those who are against the vaccine will likely not want to be vaccinated whether it's from the dark market or not.

Obviously most of them wanted to be the first ones.

They are desperate and I think even with the bitcoins they have to buy these fake vaccines, they should stop doing it. As they've said, it is not bad to buy using Bitcoin but they should also be careful as not all of these sources are authentic or legitimate, that is so dangerous.

There is no problem in buying and selling goods with bitcoin, but....
It is highly discouraged to make transactions through unofficial and dangerous channels such as on the DarkWeb. The vaccine is not an ordinary cold medicine, but it is a liquid that will be injected into our bodies, mix with our blood, flesh and bones, react with the brain and other body organs.

Taking the risk of transacting on the darkweb just selfishly using Bitcoin as payment, is the most ridiculous thing to endanger yourself. This could be suicide.

Typical thing to exist just like even with fiat transaction where everything can be faked and those sellers in Darknet had really came up with an idea on taking the advantage
of the current pandemic situation where they do claim out that they do have some vaccines and due to desperation then some people who do have bitcoins will really risk out
on buying those and if it turns out to be faked then you cant possibly go after with the seller since its anonymous.This is a common scenario where criminals do really

Jesus christ, the people attempting to buy a vaccine on the dark web are getting exactly what they deserve- a dangerous concoction of god knows what with no oversight and no recourse if something goes wrong. It is obviously a scam, the covid vaccine is probably the most sought item in the entire world right now so I will not be surprised that in many countries the vaccines are being guarded by police officers or even the army, very few of those vaccines will be stolen and even if criminals could get their hands on it that does not mean they have the necessary infrastructure to move them in a way for the vaccine to remain effective, but as you say it is possible the people that are buying this vaccine in the dark markets are already taking medicines from dubious merchants so they do not mind trying to get the vaccine in this way.
