Na wa for some people Sha. Not only girl dey disguise, men do as well. For the case of this lady, she just use her fake life spoil her relationship. She has forgotten that man wet go marry you if you tell her u no get anything, go still marry u. Now she build the relationship on lies and she ended up losing everything.

The truth is that any who is engaged in fake life is very difficult to stop,the end part is always a failure it make them not to be their real self.

There’s a saying in Lagos that’s “fake it till you make it” this wasn’t created in Lagos but was adopted by Nigerians from their Europeans visitors who mostly fake being rich to Nigerians to get preferential treatments, This has further eaten into the Nigerian youth system of the nation where young guys pretend to have it all just to get young girls to do as they please same goes to young girls who even though at home can’t boast of 3 square meals they go out looking very lavish In borrowed clothes which most times they paid to just wear for 24hrs and it has to be be returned or will attract extra charges.
It even goes so deep in the social life of Nigerians we can see the fake life practices in places of worships like in churches most people don’t go to church if they don’t have a new dress they are more concerned about their image to the public than their righteousness.

We need to look inward and speak the truth to ourselves so we can overcome this fake life trend and go back to living a simply and just life where people are contented with what they’ve got and work hard to achieve more this is the kind of life we should pass down to our young ones.

na low self esteem and pressure(like peer pressure) dey cause this fake lifestyle. E get why "some" wealthy people no dey too stress themself for this this type of thing. Their high self esteem just dey enough for them to enter anywhere.

Some girl wey dey do fake life are just doing it to prove expensive lady in order to get rich guy wey go fit spend real money for her.

Imagine a girl borrows an iPhone 12 just to go party and do fake life oo. luckily enough in the process of the fake life acting phone fall screen break she begin dey cry and sweat, say she borrowed the phone from some thug guys wey dey her area just for the party and now phone don break she know know how to explain give the thugs wey get the phone. Abeg this one no be wahala she go buy by her self because she no go gain anything but only enter new problems again, wey solutions for those problems self go hard wella.

All people care about is self respect and they want people to respect them at all cost so they will do anything possible to cook up lies just so they will earn that respect and that is why will are having a lot of issues now in how country because a lot of people are fake and when they get tired of been fake then they wont mind to go to any level just to get money to fit in that fake life some of them can even go to the extent of killing just for that life which is not even worth it. and just because of their pride people wont want to help them because they act like everything is okay which deep down they clearly know they are in a very deep shit. they can not talk just  because of the way they carried their self but i pray many of them will know that its wrong. and some of them are gamblers they will even go to the extent of gambling without paying money.
 not only people that work but people that are serious with their life they will not wont the person to look done on them but if you not smart they will even influence you that is serious with your life.

The youths are now leaving to impress and intimidate other people, forgetting life is all about stages. life is gradual, step by step without skipping one, to become rich and wealthy some criteria must be obtained if not, one will slash back to his beginning which becomes a very big slab.
It is important to know how to manage available resource, those who comes from the dust will understand better, life is not always too rosy some days good and some days worst, it's left for us to be mindful on how we spend.

I dey think say na impression they cause all this thing, but as a person that have faith in God you will not allow impression lead you to waiting you no fit do, if I no get, I no get be that and I go try to make a way wey be say me too go dey see small change for hand, and the other thing wey dey cause fake life for boy's no pass girls, girls don't want to date person wey no get money and we men also want to date a girl wey dey fair in completion, and girl wey be say people go talk say the girl set or the girl fine.

I no see reason why, youth of nowadays go forget all the hardship wey Dem don pass through, then try to use small money wey Dem get to impress person wey fit no give a dam about them. I know of a friend wey be say e like to chop everything now, because he dey always come up with a quote day what if we die now. And guess what? After e don chop em money finish e go still run back to me for help, forgetting say after too much flexing come broke lifestyle. Small money go enter your hand you go forget all the time wey you dey soak garri, go sp ND theonry anyhow, no use comparison take spend irresponsibly oo.

The competition amongst the youth of wanting to live a luxurious lifestyle in order to be praised by their fellow compatriots is what is causing all this. They want to impress their equals that they are living a big lifestyle in order to be well acknowledged and seen with high esteem in the society is what is breeding all this. Even when they know the end of it not being great, they still continue to do it. Another cause of it is the social media, everyone wants to live a big life like the ones they see in social media, little did they know that they’re all fake life’s and not real. If you’re the type that want to follow the social media trend, you’ll be disappointed and wish you never did.

The kind of fake life wey some people dey see for social media na dey make them to dey depress , because they with the flashy things wey dem see for people wey dem sabi e mean say everything don better for them. Fake life too full for social media which somebody no need to take ahm serious, many people for social media are only trying to impress people to see that they are doing okay, and if you take wetin you dey see for social media you fit even dey depress to give in life. Social media is just a place full of fake life.

The fake life is very much expensive as you said, but come to think of it, does it really pay to live such life, what will be my benefit not to live my life according to my standard, I think some people need to be advised if they will take the advice, is only here this things happen, where every one want to impress irrespective of what it will cause them, they dont mind, what matters to them at this point is to satisfy their themselves at that moment to impress even though it make them to be in debt that isn't a problem for that moment, it is a pity for people with such character.

Nigeria is the headquarters of fake life, you see some people not having anything to boost for, but the will come to the public to the show up and say something gum them, but it would have been better for someone to live his or her normal life, be real, don't fake it because there are people that wants to help too, but when you fake it, they will feel that you are among the happening guys and you will miss out if you do as if you know or you follow, people we keep you in that standard even though the realize later that you need help, they will never render such help to you because of your lifestyle, some people are swimming in poverty today because of this lifestyle.

Some people live this life in other to compete with others or even be recognized, but let's be sincere so many people will appreciate the real you more than your fake self, so be mindful of what you do in other not to be an object of mockery later.

That one don turn habits among Nigeria people. But mostly girls. Because I no see reasons to why man dey borrow clothes because men nu get time to inpress wonan but rather women borrow to inpress man. If man borrow clothes to inpress woman na big fish e wan catche.

Lagos people dey like p ackaging like mad. but for me I see no need to borrow clothes dey try inpress person because who wan help you fit see am say you get and see as say wetting em wan give you, say you no go fit like accept am based on your level, not knowing say nothing gum you.
