Yap the site is down now, too bad no official updates form fastbets on what is goin on. They shoud be actively inform their users like you if there is something wrong so their players will not so worry about their money. Hope they will back soon

@thaina, I feel sorry for your trouble but in my experience I can say that burns/support do the best they can to assist players. I hope your problem is already fixed.
thanks jamyr, i have do chat with him when his online and chat with other player, but when i ask him, he was gone and leave my ask without answer or say anything that is only 2 or 5 minute after his say WB to other player.also my email never they reply. and now they site down always down, its down for 2 day.
see,this is one of the many cases when burnsbank is trying to dodge the problem, soon as a player report an issue, he leaves the chat and will only come back once the player who reported an issue stops chatting/playing. It's almost 3 days now and the site is still down.

This site has been down for 2 days now, there was a lot of issues about missing bits of the players, i was there a few times it happens and nobody can help those players with their missing bits. The site's support/admin provides a very poor/slow resolution and cant provide a concrete explanation which makes the players give up or forget about their issue. In addition, their appointed MOD "Buttspank" is not a very helpful and just makes the problem worse, I was there when he was cursing(profanity) other players who tried to help find the missing bits, he was rude and threatened people, the sad thing is he's probably has a strong connection with Admin "Burnsbank" who CANT handle him anyway and just overlook any unpleasant things the Buttspank do. I really hope they do a major change when it comes to their administration because i think we all agree that the games offered by the site are very addicting.
Yeah, i try to access the site, it's currently down. And now where is the admin? why an admin let they site down for 2 days? If like this people will think this site is deliberated to down. There must be a reason behind of this.

You guys need to be more active here in order to attract more gamblers. iam so realy annoyed and so realy realy confused, when iam playing into refused minus wagering i check was -563435.24 then the server down, and i do back login iam found the wagering up so realy high again become -1584733.24

Uh, no? I wagered 5k bits and than it became 0 bits. I needed to wager a total of 10k bits to be able to withdraw. And no, I could not withdraw instantly after completing the wager - the minimum withdraw is 5k bits.
But usually peoplr are not dumb enough to send lower than their minimal amount so this is not really big problem
You'd be surprised at how much people assume that their isn't a minimum. I lost 1.4 mBTC once depositing to Fairlay back when their minimum deposit was 5 mBTC. It's quite easy to forget.

Because the first time I gambled I always try for 0.01 btc although you can't afford to lose them, you can bet small on their site and left the rest to be withdrawn so you did not lose that minimal amount Nah, I had a few sports bets placed for an arbitrage and was short 1.4 mBTC to have a perfect arbitrage (equal profit for everything)
