All types of Fast food are not good for human body. Because so many chemicals are added to get taste that fast foods. there for health conditions of human body is reduce. There are two potential threats to a person eating fast food. That is Diabetes and Heart disease. Therefore i think we should not eat fast foods daily.

Diabetes and heart disease is caused by the consumption of salt beyond a tolerable limit and due to the lack of exercise. Consumption of fast food may be having an impact, but you can't blame it as the main culprit. In my area, diabetes has almost become like an epidemic and even those who have never tasted fast food have fallen ill from that disease.

A 15 year study of over 3k people found that eating fast food is linked to weight gain and insulin resistance,
fast food restaurants are catering to consumer demands to produce healthier options. The problem is, their definition of  healthy is quite lax.

If you have an increased urge to consume fast food, then drink water. You will see that desire will disappear faster. Drinking plenty of water also reduces appetite and helps weight loss.

Many of us were raised from birth to eat such foods. They are often more convenient, and appear cheaper, though a well-chosen slow-cooked meal can be even cheaper if you know what you're doing. Then there is the relentless advertisement and lobbying. Some fast food chains use all the tricks in the book to get children hooked: mascots, bright colors, playthings, happy songs &c.

Much of the science demonstrating severely reduced lifespan, as well as severe impairments in cognitive function, emotional regulation, and metabolism, is relatively new. So is the introduction of these food-like substances. Neither our bodies nor our cultures have had time to adapt. And we are not taught anywhere about this; why is there no life-skills or health class in schools? Because this is meant to be taught by parents, though of course it rarely is.

In addition, fast food is often more available than real food. It is an absolute disgrace to see diabetics and morbidly obese patients being rolled into the queue for the hospital's local Burger King and equally shameful that schoolchildren, college students, servicemen and (perhaps to a lesser degree) prison inmates are fed a diet that is essentially hostile to our metabolic system.

Fastfood cant kill us when you know your limit..obviously those that eat too much have the potential to get any disease from it..eat fast moderately,

Rather than avoiding fast-food, we should rather focus on exercising. I am not saying that you can have 10 Big Macs a day. Fast food must be consumed in moderation and at the same time at least 15 to 30 minutes every day must be dedicated to workouts. A healthy diet with no exercise can be more harmful than a bad diet with plenty of exercise.

I agree with your opinion!
To blame is a diet that is too excessive for fast food. Efforts to be done is to raise public awareness about dangerous fast food if consumed excessively.
I think the most basic step to foster public awareness among others, can be by making banners, foster or advertising about the dangers of consuming fast food in excess.

May or may be not. Man knows what is good and best food to take and foods which are not good for health. If carelessness in taking all available foods then not only potentially but surely kill us.
I also think not all fast foods can slowly kill us but most of the fast foods are totally a lot of preservatives added. It is also depend on a person on how they can maintain their foods intake and what food should they need to buy on a fast food chain.

I think, you are right. Fast food kills us, but it also has some pluses like price and taste. All kills us, but nobody doesn't think about it
We need moderation, everything that we eat will kills us. But it depends on you and how you work for your lifestyle. Don't eat to much fatty foods. Don't blame the fastfood.

Man gain energy when they eat food but eating much food specially those food that can gives more cholesterol to affects bady part like our heart to work normally in pumping blood. Not only that because of uncontrolled eating. That is why Eating fast food can potentially kill's us for we do not know what they do, what kind and how many of ingredients they added.

eating and eating foods on fastfood chain is very attractive. the taste and smell of the food there is so good in the smell and it pleasures the stomach. but what we do not know about fastfood is, there are certain ingredient that even it tastes good and delicious, it can also harm us that we do not notice. and those ingredients can potentially kill us softly and slowly. maybe, we are not aware of that but sometimes, it is good to eat in fastfood chains even just for a single time or just once in a blue moon.

Fast food had many more disadvantages in the past couple of decades. Today, the industry is expanding into offering types of foods that cater to virtually anyone. The disadvantages of fast food such as lower quality food and more fattening. However, now days there are many people prefer to look for fast food because the claim than it is more efficient when they are in busy doing their activities.

We all know that fast food is addictive even though we know that it may potentially harm our body. Most of us just don't care about its negative impact on our health, all we care about is eating what is delicious that's why there are many people who are obese and is struggling with their health conditions. There are two potential threats to a person eating fast food every single day, and that is Diabetes and Heart disease. In the US according to Mary Kekatos from Dailymail, half of all deaths due to heart disease and diabetes are caused by a poor diet, which consists of heavy intake of sodium and unprocessed meats.

Why do You think people still eat these foods everyday? What can You suggest them to do to quit this addiction to fast food? Are You one of those people who are always eating fast food?

Easy. Because it's cheap, it's convenient and to be honest, it also tastes good for the price. It also eliminates the need for grocery, clean up and the general stress of cooking. I wouldn't say it's an addiction but it's more of general laziness. We tend to create things for the sole purpose of being lazy. Take for example a car, would you say that we are addicted to cars instead of just walking? No! We tend to do things out of convinience that is all.

You are what you eat, eating healthy can seem expensive, but its totaly worth it and in the end is about 5-10% more to buy better food, in some cases you can even save some money on buying vs cooking, and cooking isnt so expensive anyway.

Try a good steak, some salmon has a muuuuch better taste than fast food and a decent steak should cost you about 15-20 bucks on the market.

I agree. If you do it everyday. It is advisable to eat on a restaurant were they cook real food not pre-cooked. Fastfood can really shorten our lives because of the preservatives. It is proven that preservatives can cause harm to humans especially if its a large amount. Eating in a fastfood everyday was an example. When I was a teenager, I ate at McDonald's every morning. I noticed that I was gaining weight and I got tired easily during my workout. I stopped doing that and started to prepare my own meal. It was time consuming but it's worth it.

Indeed, but fast foods are not bad at all, but i agree to the fact that some are having a serious eating problem and most of them are looking for fast food meal that if not moderated can give you serious health problems,
At the end of the day the fastest way to go to hell is by intention.

Good question. Lots of foods are high in fats, sodium etc. Everything in moderation is important. Of course we should only eat white meat, nuts and the like, but if you want a burger occassionally - I say enjoy it!
