Well it may kill you if you eat only fastfood but it's okay to have a burger per week, that won't hurt you.

 Nowdays, people eat a lot of fast food , this is of course really bad for health , I am happy that in my country.  we have delicious foods , not fast food:D

Fastfood is known to be very harmful by majority of the popularity but for some reason they keep eating it. I dropped eating for a year now. Everyone should do so.

I must say, healthy food is as much additive. Once you get used to a light feeling in your stomach, clean skin and energetic body, you will not want to get back to junk food. The problem is healthy food is not that cheap.

We all know that fast food is addictive even though we know that it may potentially harm our body. Most of us just don't care about its negative impact on our health, all we care about is eating what is delicious that's why there are many people who are obese and is struggling with their health conditions. There are two potential threats to a person eating fast food every single day, and that is Diabetes and Heart disease. In the US according to Mary Kekatos from Dailymail, half of all deaths due to heart disease and diabetes are caused by a poor diet, which consists of heavy intake of sodium and unprocessed meats.

Why do You think people still eat these foods everyday? What can You suggest them to do to quit this addiction to fast food? Are You one of those people who are always eating fast food?

With this fast changing phase . People are very busy, and they wanted to have everything instant. Thats why they are relying on fast food they dont prioritize healthy food they just wanted to have something to eat.
I do not think it's a problem with fast food. as long as we can keep our diet, and not excessive. because in the present day everyone needs an instant. as long as it fits the pattern, I do not think it will be a problem for us.

maybe fastfood can potentially kill us.......but i don't care... sometimes i like to eat fastfood..mostly when i have a lack of time.....i. enjoy it..... it can be really delicious.... of course i can't eat it every day.. ..

Fast foods are ready-to-eat foods served promptly after ordering." The more junk food you consume, the less likely you are to consume the essential nutrients that your body relies on. You know that junk food can hurt your health, but you may have not known about the effects of junk food on how your brain functions.
Most of those food might have got expired before the due date unknowingly the consumer will take in the harmful material into his system which will definitely leads to diseases and all kind of sickness

Recent studies have revealed that fast food can affect the brain negatively. The researchers found that those who regularly eat fast food have a risk of increasing insulin that can change the brain sususan.

In addition, fast food also contributes to the increased risk of dementia, caused by high levels of cholesterol and blood pressure.

There are just dangerous ingredients that fast food contains and the sad part here is we are all aware of how dangerous they are and yet we chose to ignore it because we seldom hear any tragedies or sickness involving consumption of fast food. But, we still need to be mindful about what we eat and how many we eat for a healthy lifestyle.

I dont think people eat fastfood chain everyday because for me in my case even if i can afford to buy or to eat there everday i still dont manage to go just simply because i can have another choice other than fastfood chain in which i prefer to have healthy body and eat healthy foods.Its just a matter of self control.

 Anorexic people that eat only grass and smoke "grass" saying it's healthy and from times to times are at the hospital taking medicine and treatment because the fragile health conditions. It is fast because of the ingredients and how it is prepared. Since fastfood is prepared easily, it also has to be long lasting and because of that there are ingredients added for it to last couple of days or weeks that maybe harmful for the body.

You can eat some fast food and be healthy, just have it in moderation and don't eat too much of it. Life is short too you know, if you're afraid of dying your whole life you're just going to live a boring a dull life. Fast food is good and convenient too!

Fast food isn't really a good food for our body I think they don't really have enough nutrients for our body ,
But other's couldn't really help it because they don't really have time to prepare their food and there are some who just enjoy it because it is delicious.

In my country, a lot of people wants to eat in fast-food chain. They actually know that eating in fast-food is good rather than eating only at the house. They does not see the risk in eating in fast-food chain. They don't care about their health. In my opinion, we can eat in fast-food chain but be also conservative of what we will put to our stomach.

Not all types of fast-food is bad for the human health and not all of the regular food joints are beneficial for the human body. I am someone who used to take fast-food every day for around 7-8 years. I stopped that habit a few years back, but I never faced any health issues or complications resulting from it.

I daresay yes, fastfood can potentially kill us if we eat too much. It is fast because of the ingredients and how it is prepared. Since fastfood is prepared easily, it also has to be long lasting and because of that there are ingredients added for it to last couple of days or weeks that maybe harmful for the body. While it is delicious, it is also wise to stray from it little by little.
