People have made the fastfood as their primary food...& this is the problem...Let the McD a surplus food store and do not turn it into a main course food store...

We all know that fast food is addictive even though we know that it may potentially harm our body. Most of us just don't care about its negative impact on our health, all we care about is eating what is delicious that's why there are many people who are obese and is struggling with their health conditions. There are two potential threats to a person eating fast food every single day, and that is Diabetes and Heart disease. In the US according to Mary Kekatos from Dailymail, half of all deaths due to heart disease and diabetes are caused by a poor diet, which consists of heavy intake of sodium and unprocessed meats.

Why do You think people still eat these foods everyday? What can You suggest them to do to quit this addiction to fast food? Are You one of those people who are always eating fast food?

Three things why people love fast food.
1 its fast, hence the name. You call and have it delivered tp you in less than 30 mins. Or you drive in and come out 5 minutes later with warm food and drinks.
2. Convinience, much like any other food enterprises, you don't need to actually cook to eat. You could just pick up the phone, drive by, or enter the establishment to have good.
3. This maybe debatable, but fast food tastes good. Maybe because of all the chemicals and preservative that makes it tastes better. But hey they're there.

Yup I pretty much ROFLed at potentially it was quite the laugher. I mean that is common sense is it not? I never eat fast food and every time I do I feel so crappy afterwards now I literally avoid it like the plague. Change your taste buds and your diet will follow.

A constant diet of fast food is the reason why obesity is currently at an all time high in the world and with obesity, we get the risk of diabetes, High Blood Pressure and even Heart failure and sometimes Cardiac Arrest as well. So fast food will definitely kill when consumed on a regular basis.

Yes, it's definitely the fat and sodium which happen to be very heavy in fastfood menus because they make the food satisfying. And since it's cheap and easier to order a takeout than cook at home, eating from fastfood became increasingly common.

It is hard to just switch quickly though. The tastebuds take time adjusting to less salt and fat. Not to mention the temptation is everywhere. Oh those chicken wings!

It's just convenient for the most people to eat fast food.
Many people work all day or more jobs and just don't have time to cook or prepare food at home.
They also don't have much time to eat so fast food is perfect solution for them.
I'm sure that most of this people understand that fast food is bad for their health but have no choice.
There is no easy solution to this problem.

Fast food may be unhealthy, but doesnt mean other foods out there are. Any excessive or low intake of sugar, salt, fats, dairy and even water can damage your body. Basically anything. A balanced diet is the key.

People eat these food because its easier to buy it than cook yourself at home (for me not). You need to spend time on it - first you go to the market and buy healthy fresh food, than you need to cook it, after it washing etc.. Anyway there are various types of fast-food and If you want your meal right now, go pick something healthy : salads, grill etc...

Yes, I've heard of that many times. However, we all know that fast food is what satisfies our cravings. Though it is risky to have it in our daily routine, it is still something that gives us satisfaction by enjoying the foods there. I'm one of those who always eat at fast foods but I'm not afraid of the risks since it gives me enjoyment.

Fast food  not potentialy, but really killing. Seems that a lot of people are too lazy and just don't like to think about the future. Choosing to get some guilty pleasure at the moment. And it takes time to change gustatory habits. People can start to eat healthy food, but if they don't see the result in a couple days the become disappointed and returning to fast food. I see a lot of girls who dreaming to lose some weight in a week, then start to eat as the used to and keep being slim. Smiley

I think it already gave cancer to a lot of people. Though people aren't taking the danger of fast food seriously. One, its convenient. It's not that expensive and with most of us living a fast paced lifestyle, the concept of fastfoods suite us.

I am lucky when i'm not one of those people who are always eating fast food . When you are addictive to fast food , you really hard to give up it .
If you like eating fast food , you should  play sports  regurlary that will help impove your health .

unfortunately, not only fast food, but also a lot of the usual food that we buy - vegetables, fruits, semi-finished products - they can also harm our health, because now they are cooked and grown with the addition of so much chemistry that I don't think our body can cope

Everything that is too much is bad. It's the same with fast food, you eat too much, then you'll get all those sodium and sugar.

But if you are eating it just once in a while then I  don't think that you'll have a problem. Most of us eat fast food not because we are addicted but because we can afford it. If taxes will at those products is higher, I don't think that everyone will be buying it.

many health researchers and food researchers have been telling negative thing about the fast food, and it is true that consuming fast food too often can harm our health.
I myself always remind my family not too often consume fast food and get used to cooking their own food .

I have been taking fast food for the last 20 years and I can vouch that my health is perfectly fine. And as we are discussing about it, around 2 billion people around the world are taking fast food on a regular basis. If fast food was that bad, then these people would have been dead long back. So my advice is rather than whining about it, just enjoy your piece of fast food.

leaving fast food in total may have difficulty,but at least reduce is the best way to do.Some of them by adding fruits and vegetables so that fiber needs can be met,reduce the portion of fast food and reduce fried foods,replace carbonated beverages with fruit juice,milk or mineral water.Obviously,anything that is consumed in excess will be less good for health.As well as fast food,during normal limits,health risks can still be tolerated,but if you have a bad health condition,maybe avoid fast food.
