Honestly there are more reasons to quit? When I see my rank become a newbie again I feel empty and nothing to do. And in the other side I see the market price falling without changes. But it keeps on falling down. Literally like I am far on achieving my goals. Can someone help me on what strategy I will do to get some merit points and how to do when the market price is low?

Giving up is never an option, and I perceive you had a meltdown when you got demoted to newbie status, now you have a merit now and obviously not from this topic you created. If you had given in to the prevailing circumstances, you wont have gotten it

Many have suffered from this innovation on the forum, but this is not the end of the world. If you came here to receive information and communicate, you can do so despite your rank. This should not prevent you from gaining new knowledge. If you have a goal, the main thing is not to give up and go to it. You will definitely succeed.

but why did you come here? because you wanted easy money ... because you imagined it all so. You came here not for the sake of knowledge, but simply to get extra profit on the wave of popularity ... I'm glad that this year was the fall of the market. less will be rascals.

No matter what you do, you should not give up, even if the times are not easy with the current market.
Only those who continue can benefit from crypto and be successful.

Agree. O lost my money also but I continue to invest and I get them back in other coins! So you just need to learn how to pick right coins for investment!

I guess right now is the worst time ever  to leave. It was hype about ICOs ( crazy fast money ) and now is time to build Industry. It is time to be a part of future. Because in 5-7 years people will say - "Oh!, they are lucky, they began in the right times!" ))) Its the same as we are speaking about guys who started with crypto  from 2010 or 2011 or 2012-13

As what i saw your account isn't newbie anymore, does that means your feeling to be quit from bounty campaign gone?
I think you were too easy to say quit, just as the prove you could get that merit to make your account back up again.

Sure . It's easy.

1- ignore all bounties
2- read mastering bitcoin from Andreas Antonopoulos
Available for free here
https://github.com/bitcoinbook/bitcoinbook/blob/develop/README.md

You will learn a lot about cryptocurrencies. You will be safer to invest and able to help people and get merits.
why should you ignore all the bounty? in the bounty, you can not make bad money, but now it is not easy but in full possible.

Every newbie needs merit but I knew merits are gain through a helpful post in the forum.Patience is helpful for us.I tried my best and hope for the good result.
Try to join on high ranked thread and take some opportunity to add idea on their thread, somehow they will read your commend if you got a one. Some high ranked here is generous when in comes of sending merit. So if you stay here in altcoins discussion section, you will stuck up and nothing will happen to you. Try to go in serious discussion or meta sometimes, but be sure that you post fact and some nice idea also.
Honestly, everytime the market is dumping, sometimes I feel panic but not quitting because I know it will recover soon. Although sometimes it take a months before the market pump again, but I know in the end it will be fine. Quitting is for weak people because it means they can't face when there's a problem. But those people who stay, they are enough strong to continue to used crypto.

Dude, think about this... that is strategy of those admin here in bitcointalk.org to eliminate those weak mind.

For me, that is a good opportunity to take the challenge and give my best to rank up more.

Quitter has a zero percent to win, so move on and take the challenge and be a man...

If you have worked in this market for a long time, you can search for articles that need help from the newbie so you have more merit. You need to send it to the moderator of that thread for faster confirmation. That is what I can help you.

Cryptocurrency does not revolved around this site. There is still a lot of opportunities other than doing signature campaigns. Try other campaigns and look for projects outside and you can also invest in cheap altcoins that have the capability to grow in the future.

Yes. If you feel that cryptocurrency or earning are limited only in this site. You are wrong. Life doesn't just here in forum. Earning profits are all everywhere. You must not set only yourself here in forum. There trading, investing, lending , games and even gambling. You can all earn on different platforms. You must know how to explore outside of your comfort zone. Don't quit. Rest and earn again!

I can feel you and I fully sympathize with the way things are happening in the world of cryptocurrency. I think it is safe to say that most if not all of us are actually disappointed since right now the picture is not that rosy and it is ironic that the market is looking for a positive signal outside of itself -- the approval of the ETF by SEC. We don't know for sure if there will be a bull run within this year or if 2019 can be a rosy year for cryptocurrency. However, I think the best thing to do is maybe not to fully leave cryptocurrency but to diversify our time and attention to other matters. And I think that should be our strategy here in order to not get wholly affected when one of our focus is not doing well...we should have out our brown eggs in many baskets as possible.

Blockchain and Fintec field generally is the technology of the future. Now we live in the age where information is accessible for free. There are websites like Khan Academy, EDx, Coursera and many more. They provide opportunities for people that want to educate themselves. My primary advice would be to educate yourself, believe me when you will know how to analyze cryptomarkets and when you will learn some basic info about blockchain technology, you will see everything from different perspective. And i can understand you, the "rank issue" bothers many of us, nevertheless be constructive and knowledgeable when posting here.

If you want to receive merit, you need to actively contribute to the forum and if you are lucky you will receive merit from the good and liberal.
To the market, we are all being driven by big guys and we just have to wait for this time. The adjustment will take much longer than we expected, but if we go through it all will be great.
