For me, crypto and bank are completely different so why must I bother ?

Different ?
Crypto is digital money so it's impossible for digital money to accept by bank because each bank have their own policy for fiat
Yeah your right mate, you don't need to compare whether the banks or the cryptocurrency because they are both helpful with us. Just let them bank and crypto having a problem with the government because as what you have said banks have different policies for fiat where is the source of it. Well, how lucky I am here our country cryptocurrency and some banks are friendly to each other, I can deposit my money from bitcoin through banks.

Why many people think that the bank is detrimental, better invest in cryptocurrency. Maybe they do not need a bank anymore, but there are still so many people who need it. We should be proud of the existence of banks, without our state banks will not grow and the economic turn around is very bad.
The banks should also be better in service and there should always be innovate developing the program. So that banks can keep up with the development of digital era.

Banks will need to make significant changes in the next ten years. I think they have already felt the pressure, which is encrypted to them. I think banks should be a service industry in the future, and reduce the financial attributes of banks.
They are obviously feeling the pressure and that is the main reason why they tried as much as possible to attack it, but now, if you cannot beat them, you just have to join them or find a way to stay relevant which is what I believe the banks are trying to do now and are beginning to gradually consider. This is the competition we need and have been in dire want for, and it is good the banks are going to be feeling it and will make them to readjust over time.

I have notice that some of us here in the forum have this kind of bitterness feeling in banking sectors. They always compare banks and cryptocurrency and to the extent that they want to eradicate banks and to be replace by crypto. Are you sick and tired of reading this kind of post?

I'm not sick and tired of that actually, banks have screwed up, fiat has screwed up, there is some truth in what they say.
Brother I think this can be only your own ray about this topic. While if you ask from unprivileged people, you would be amazed to see the response. Majority of the population of world is living a miserable life and for that you have to wait for analytics.

Things are fine in both fiat and bitcoins but the difference is all about thinning. You are tired of using fiat and want to update yourself that is okay.

when we save money in the bank, we just keep it without expecting any profit. actually our money can be reduced for storage costs. better to invest in bitcoin, we can expect profit.
Yes I will agree with you that if your money put into bank the only profit would you have has 0.25 percent that could only 2-10  pesos only, but depend upon to your initial deposite do you have, plus deduction tax depend upon also to your saving account but(low risk) ,although bitcoin it would better to invest and trade, but we have also risky move if your not experience both of them

Yeah! You're right. Why there are so many people who compared banks and crytptocurrency. Banks will always remain for a long time and so as cryptocurrency. So we with them as part of our life.
I am not sure my annoyance with the banks will really be lower than anyone else but I totally agree with you that this would not eradicate the banking sector no matter what as they would still always remain relevant and that would be too much to expect anyway for those who think banks would just fade off one day.

Worst part is that they would find a way to blend into rendering services in the cryptocurrency sector with some form of regulation by the government.

banks will not have the chance to over come cryptocurrency because most of the people today are finding an alternative way in order to earn more income daily or monthly and one of the answer is cryptocurrency trading.

No, I do not want the missing bank, I use the bank as a medium to receive profits from crypto by changing to local money, so I can use it to meet my daily transaction needs.

Actually im not tired of always reading this kind of post, because its nature that sometimes the topic will going back to discuss again, like this comparison  of banks and cryptocurrency investment, because the real thruth happen is theres no competition of banks and the digital system instead that there's treaty between bank and crypto to help each other to promote economic growth of exchange market by collaborating each other resources.

I am neutral into both sides. Each one of them has their own role and has their own platform that they had focused. There is also no point on comparing both of them, but the fact that they want to eliminate both sides is the one major problem that complicates the situation. This becomes a competition between the government and cryptoverse.

You get to learn something new with these kinds of post. Their frustrations with banks have no valid reason aside from personal vendetta or something else. Banks will stay no matter what we do as they have a solid and necessary use in our financial sector. It's just one of those things that we have to live with like our mistakes.

Yes I have read several posts like that but sometimes the bitterness are justified but not to the point of crypto replacing banks because that won't happen. Banks all over the world expects that you cannot transfer certain amount of money from your account without reason and such reason must be valid to the extent that even today in my country, if you want to pay for school fees abroad the bank won't release foreign currency to you rather they will charge you, then pay the fees to the school account directly invariably they are dictating how you use your money and how much you can have access to at a particular time but all of this rules are sure not applicable to the high and mighty of the society. But for crypto, there is no discrimination whether you are a senator or a teacher,  an ambassador or a civil servant. It does not matter.

Maybe your right, people’s sentiments on how screw the banks are hot topic for certain people. They become too radical about their feelings due to their bad experience. We cannot blame them if they rant about the banks.

I read that banks are paying 1.3% interest p.a for savings account ??

I have read that these Banks are giving Billions of Dollars to Sport sponsorships. That interest could have been 10%, but they prefer to give large amounts of money to charities and sport sponsorship. Why? Well, because they get tax money from the tax payer or they pay less taxes on their profits, when they do that.

This in turn, increase the profits for their shareholders.  Roll Eyes

Just analyzed where you can feel safe in banks or in crypto. Both has a risks in banks it is supported by the government although the return of profit is small but you can less risks. While in crypto their is a huge risks also but can gives us a good profit than banks. If doubt, search what is better.

You are definitely right. Both the bank and cryptocurrency are at risk, but the saving and investing in the bank sector has low risk and low profit. Apart from having low profit when investing in the bank, many people prefer not to invest in the bank because most times, the bankers use their money to invest without their consent and yet won't allocate them any profit nor interest.

I dont think of it as bitterness but people are only stating a realistic point of view. People are stating that it is better to shift your funds to cryptocurrencies rather than saving your funds in banks because profits is bigger with cryptos if compared to the interest that banks gives to their depositors which is true.

I think in Crypto we are free to store our coins or money, without any monthly dues only there is a fee for the delivery of coins and the fee is very cheap compared to the bank. In terms of profit crypto is very superior from the bank, because we save coins that can make money and earn profits if prices rise, on the contrary if the bank interest earned is very small. So crypto much in demand of others to save as an investment compared to investment in the bank.

If you find the bank is not as sweet as you think, then you can invest in this virtual world, you can buy digital money and sell it when it is growing, you have many options to Investment is not necessarily bank

Do not compare them. To each his own. Someone likes to store money in banks. Someone likes to keep money in the cryptocurrency. Everyone plays by their strategies. Think with your head.

Keeping money in your bank account is something even the traditional kingpin investors find a horrible choice, especially so with how interest rates on savings are lower than ever before. Some banks have even introduced negative interest rates, which is something that people find hard to swallow, but it's the reality. In other words, owning money costs money, can you believe that? As if that wasn't enough, your savings also lose between 1-2% value every year. It's basically capital destruction without doing anything, and that's the worst part -- this system is made to make you lose, that's obvious now. Currently the highest interest rate the bank can offer me is just under 1.2% annually, but that means I won't be able to touch my deposit for 5 years. Even in that case I will still be losing due to the value loss of my deposit....

its a true story, even some banks that actually charge the person who keeps the money in the bank, without giving interest to savers. How ironic is not it? although in my country still the interest rate on deposits such as time deposits are still slightly higher ie 5.5% but still, that number decreases every year. Therefore, we must be smarter in making decisions for the management of our assets and money.
