I will use both in my life. Cryptocurrency is currently very popular but it cannot completely replace Fiat. In many cases we need to use Fiat to pay for what is needed, and the future of cryptocurrency is not yet clear, it could be banned and collapse at any time in the future
Let me say, from those option you give, i choose both of them, because in actual way i really need both of them. Crypto for trading and Fiat when the time to use my money has come. In my country, use of cryptocurrency is not so familiar, so i need fiat to make them useful for my daily needs.
Exactly, investing in cryptos gives us profits which we don't get when we just have FIAT but after all our investments we eventually have to cash out our profits and that's when we convert into FIAT because not a lot of people accept cryptocurrencies as a means of payment. it's one of the factors why many people still choose fiat, because the use of crypto is limited, even in some countries it is prohibited. even though there is a credit card I still want to use crypto, I actually don't want to deal with banks, because it's controlled by the government. several times using crypto is very convenient, low cost and fast transfer.
Indeed the Cryptocurrency is still new currency if compared to fiat money that has been used by everyone for decades. Crypto is safer to use than fiat money, because Cryptocurrency is decentralized which is not regulated or controlled by the government and banks.

well for me both are very important and somewhat fiat is more important than crypto here, cuz we can't buy everything with crypto atlest in current world maybe after 20 or 30 yrs we can buy everything with crypto..for me crypto is like an investment ..sell when you need hard cash or keep them in safe place if no need of hard cash or hurry but keep collecting through sells, deals or exchange sites via small or long terms trades.

Both of them I need it, both crypto and fiat. Crypto in my country cannot be used as a means of payment, so far I have used fiat for various purposes, such as paying bills, buying food and others. Whereas I use crypto to invest and trade to get profits.

Why compare it when we know fiat will prevail in this comparison since we all know the government withhold the strength of the fiat and it will never devalued by crypto since for sure people will think on it as second option asset and it's really hard to trust on crypto especially if we talk about huge figures of money(I can't feel safe since any wallets is hackable or easy to steal) while in fiat we can safe store in banks and if you are worried for inflation then for sure you will not feel it since your money in fiat will never get dump huge when volality strikes on it.
I'm crypto users and maybe crypto lovers but don't mean i hate fiat because i need fiat for my life and i don't have any plan to eliminate fiat from my life because i have limited used for my crypto assets then i admit for my daily life i was more often to use fiat than crypto and although maybe crypto have more advantages than fiat money but in the fact crypto still cannot be used for daily transactions and more likely as investment tools rather than payment tool
Your point is right that in day to day use, crypto is not using all the sectors. We generally use Fiat more than crypto. But in this modern world, the uses of crypto is increasing rapidly. Crypto has some benefits that fiat hasn't. So we should support crypto for future purposes.
i dont think that crypto creates an equality to all countries because not all countries treated cryptos the same and also not all people treated the crypto the same . equality is hard to achieve but i think fiat can provide that somehow because all countries are using a fiat and majority of the people treat fiat currency likey the same . for me i would choose fiat and crypto because i used them both . i use crypto to play online and i use to convert my crypto to fiat when i play offline .

Both of them are good, but in the world we are living in today I will choose fiat over cryptocurrency and that's because no one is using crypto yet. People are still getting to know about cryptocurrency and there isn't a lot of people making use of it and those that do mainly sees it as an asset and they use it for investment. Where I live there is nothing like cryptocurrency ATM or shops where you can buy whatever you need with crypto, people never talks about it. Cryptocurrency is good in its own ways but the problem is adoption. I don't know why it's hard for people to adopt cryptocurrency. I hope the time is coming when things are going to be changed. And based on my research cryptocurrency ideas has been around for a long time, they just came out open this time.
I will choose crypto every day but that doesn't mean i detest fiat because fiat currency carries the symbol of the nation and every patriot must respect that.
With that been said, i think the problem now is that some crypto enthusiasts actually misunderstood Satoshi's vision cause we need both fiat and crypto to survive in this world.

I can't do without fiat money currently , there are simply no traders or stores that accept cryptocurrencies , so if I choose crypto I'd most likely
starve or won't be able to buy what I want to buy , the world is not ready yeat to get rid of fiat money

The world needs fiat currency and there is nothing that could replace that, i do not want a time where you can only transact only with digital or any other form of crypto and we need to have the option and freedom to choose any form of transaction as a free citizen and i do not want any government nor anyone imposing one form of transaction over the other. starve or won't be able to buy what I want to buy , the world is not ready yeat to get rid of fiat money

Both currencies are essential for me. No need to choose, Cryptocurrency is for long term holding just like any investment hold it and sell it if the price goes up. For the fiat, it is needed to do micro-transactions just like spending it and buying goods in small shops. If we choose one of them and destroy the other one, it will bring us an unfortunate consequence, so for me, both are important and need to be kept. Cryptocurrency for investment and fiat for daily needs.
Fiat will become an ancient history soon as the crypto currencies are finally making their way in to the currency world. Many advanced countries are planning to bring crypto coins in 2020. This definitely is a sign of digital currencies’ era. With fiat, the main problem is that the governments can manipulate it as they please to. Their movements highly affect economical health of a common man. Digital currencies solve this issue.
