Soccer game is wonderful because i believe that performance in soccer game sometimes can not be use to judge a team or predict match, because as it stands now no body could imagine that Morocco will be the people to win today i will not believe such, because almighty Ronal is there in Portugal, because since this world cup Portugal has being performing well, and it get to the point they will showcase their performance and they get defeated by Morocco.
how beautiful is this world cup? full of twists. for the moment Morocco is winning 1-0 who knows how long this result will last and who knows if they will be able to win this match! it would be a record for Morocco as they would become the first African nation to reach the semi-finals in a world cup
Now that Brazil lost too, I'm rooting for the most improbable and craziest final of all: Croatia and Morocco.
It's insane, I know, but seeing so many "favorite" teams lose to teams that we didn't even imagine would make it this far, I see that the dispute of the final between these two teams is not so unlikely asism to happen.
Morocco is currently beating Portugal, so this is no longer an unlikely scenario to happen.
Croatia managed to dominate the first half of the game and demonstrate superiority to Brazil, managed to hold the score in the second half. With a lot of determination, they tied in overtime and took the decision to penalties.
There are no more small teams in this world cup, anyone can lift this trophy.
This world cup has been full of surprises as a lot of the favorite teams got eliminated and the last team to join them is Portugal who just got eliminated by Morocco. So far bigger themes like Germany, Spain Brazil, and Portugal got eliminated from the World Cup who were thought to be big contenders for the trophy. I have to say that Croatia played extremely well against Brazil because holding off an attack like Brazil's is a really tough job which Croatia did really well. It was always thought like that, that penalties are a game of luck and unfortunately Brazil came out second out of the two teams.
When En-Nesyri scored his awesome goal, even CR7 didn't believe the way he did it. A nice jump and a permit to pass to the semi-finals! Then it cames the missed opportunity for Morocco at the end of the game, I laughed when Zayech run to catch him because he missed the goal. The red card was very bad for Morocco too since they were defending and lost their counter attack capabilities. The substitutions made were risky. I could not imagine what could happened if Portugal scored a goal.
When looking at Youssef En-Nesyri's jump it reminds us of Cristiano Ronaldo's jump when he was young, it is a higher jump than that of a goalkeeper. We can't deny that this match was so tough and what was frightening for Morocco was their counterattack, the Portuguese defender was often overwhelmed by it, but unfortunately several opportunities for the Marcos players failed in front of the penalty box. If earlier Portugal had scored a goal, then a draw would have led to extra time or even a penalty. Of course, the Morocco players didn't want that and hoped that the game would end in just 90 minutes.

I feel France will be victorious tonight, though England have all the stars any team can hope to have, i just believe that France are more organized and have what it takes to get to the final again, and they will have to beat England in this quarter final to have any chance of playing in the semis, and a possible final game at the end. Broken 💔 Dream's for Cristiano Ronaldo and all of Portugal National Team. I feel gutted seeing the side and my favorites knocked out of the FIFA World Cup. Morocco defended like never before, blames are on the coach for dropping Ronaldo on the bench.

It was all Portugal destiny, and now everyone has to accept it. Morocco is a very surprising team where they have eliminated many top National teams. Morocco drwa versus Croatiain grup stage and beat Belgium, Spain loss at round of 16 and today they also beat Portugal in quarter final. I have never been convinced and aware of Morocco's strength in this World Cup before until today they really showed their strength to the world that they are not a weak team. No about luck, they have all worked hard to be recognized by the world. A win for Morocco is a win for all but I'm a bit sad seeing Cristiano Ronaldo going off the FIFA World Cup competition so early.

Ronaldo can be seen shedding some tears as he leaves the field into the dressing room. Who would have thought that Morocco, the only African country to still remain in the tournament just beat Portugal by a goal and thereby sending them home and out of the tournament. The dreams of Ronaldo lifting the World Cup has now be eliminated by the Moroccans. I think it was a great game and in my opinion, the Portuguese underestimated the Moroccans and got beaten. I almost felt pity for Portugal as their players took the loss badly. In all, it was a great game. Just not the results I was expecting but that’s football for you.
Football is just something wonderful the way the unexpected things just keep happening you can never predict an actual winner in a match until the match is played after the 90mins mark. This world cup has continued not to dissapoint and have brought great memories to the fans as well as the teams playing the football.

Another unexpected day and surprising win by Morocco, they literally deserved every bit of it what a phenomenal game they played and what an outstanding defense. The goal was a cherry on top and they marked their name in history as the first African team to qualify for semi finals and waiting for them to be in finals . Portugal and Cristiano hard luck and sad day for them although they tried alot to score goal but the Morocco's goalkeeper stopped all their attempts .

I am a Messi fan so I really enjoyed this, Portugal out of the World Cup meaning Cristiano Ronaldo out of the World Cup. I personally think that things aren’t working out for him, he is a great player with citadel standard greatness but ending this way is crazy.
Not only is it sad to see Cristiano Ronaldo out but to know that he could not also make the first team in the Portugal team as he normally do is a decline to his standard.

Everything has its expiration date. I think Ronaldo's date has come. He's old now, man. I know, I know, one man can't change the whole game or carry the whole team. But back in the days, CR7 was capable of somewhat doing that. His presence alone had a great impact in the overall match.
But today it was different. His presence was not felt and that one goal from morocco put them in a great pressure. That dream ends here, even it is hard to accept.

the reason why Brazil lost the match against Croatia was that they underestimated Croatia too much, they played too relaxed, even when they were winning 1-0, but Croatia had an extraordinary mentality, they continued to attack without stopping. (livakovic is a great goalkeeper, croatia are lucky to have him)
Nah I don't think that Brazil underestimating us is the reason they lost. We were simply tactically better, our midfield completely outplayed theirs (Modric completely dominated Casemiro who is very important for them) and Juranovic neutralized Vinicius who is one of their main players. If anything, they were scared of us. If you noticed, they didn't do their little dance after Neymar scored, as they knew they are not out of the woods yet, which was true in the end.Kudos to Morocco, first African team ever that reached semifinals. I remember how disappointed I was after we played 0-0 in them during group stage, but they proved to be a very dangerous team. Hopefully we meet each other in the finals.

This is a good wish and I hope the keeper gets rewarded as the best keeper for the tournament. Yassine Bounou has made goal bound kicks not only from the Spain match but today's match with Portugal. Morocco is looking like a very serious team aiming for the ultimate price, the world cup victory. I guess playing the next match with either England or France will be a thing of pride for not only Morocco but Africa continent.
