Such is the phenomenon with goals. It opens channels for more goals. You can imagine the Wales 0:2 Iran game. Same thing happened with Portugal 3:2 Ghana, the goal just don't stop with one, it progresses until the whistle goes.
England 0:0 USA today wast meant to be an easy game where you would see England just come and take the lead, USA already had a draw in there first game with England being ahead in there group, they need to keep them away from having much securities with the group still open.

I don't know why England can't win against the United States. England actually have a lot more quality players than the US at the moment but somehow this draw is the outcome of this match.

England has 4 points at the moment, so it might be safe to go through the next round as Iran and USA might beat each other. It should be an advantage here for England but at least a draw against Wales will automatically see them through.

England attackers had a very poor game tonight; and their coach Southgate did little to fix or correct the few tactical imbalance in the team. This draw means that the group is wide open for any of the 4 teams to get to the next round. Will England defeat wales to top the group and go to the next round?

Yet another surprise as I also thought that England would win quite easily against the USA. Only saw the last 30 min but they didn’t play great also.
Also just checked the odds for the match Belgium vs Morocco, Belgium got an odd to win at 2! Is it just me or is that not a real value bet?

The USA won because of the understanding of their position knowing that they were the team expected to loose and disciplined themselves to defend properly. In this kind of competition, One point is good when you play against a team with some of the best players in the world, and that point is enough to progress in the competition. England had their first real test in this competition, the United States and England have good chances to qualify from this group.

USA has indeed played very well, even if I look at it and compare it, I am actually happy with the performance that USA did in this match compared to England.

Wayne Hennessey's red card really made Wales have to be willing to lose points in this match because indeed with this red card it was clear that Iran was very favored and 2 goals in extra time were clearly the decider in this match.

I am a bit disappointed that England did not win this match because they are the better team. But they just mange to get three shots on target which is not impressive for a team that has some of the best players in this competition. They now have to wait for their last group match against Wales for their qualification. This result means that all the teams in the group has opportunity to qualify for the next round.
