That's the issue with Ghana right now. They came on the match with a mind set of getting a draw if they could manage it. There formation speaks loudly of it and so does there lack of courage. They aren't taking much of there chances of counter attack. I might just applaud Mohammed Kudus and Alidu Seidu to have trued to push forward in an attempt to attack.
They had a chance in a 4-5 Ghanaian players to a 3 Portuguese defenders from a lost ball by Joao Cancelo but still, they just ran up front and relented on an attack.
Them haven't conceived a penalty with Ronaldo haven't scored the goal, they came out a lot more to seek out an equaliser. They shouldn't have be holing back.

I was really not impressed with Uruguay today. This team has the most efficient strike force in the World Cup. With Darwin Nunez, Luis Suarez, Cavani and also a strong midfield and defense.

Definitely, something I love to see because it is the real football that I love to watch. I know it's not going to be like this at all times but it's going to be something a lot better if Portugal keeps this up. People were saying it would be near impossible for Ronaldo to bring Portugal to the finals but if they keep playing like this then there is a possibility that they could end up with a chance to win it all, not a big chance but there is a sliver of hope for them from the looks fo it.

Danilo at the centre isn't really a good choice. At the end he was kind of sloppy and should have done better in defence in that 2nd goal. Ghana played great with the comeback and the second goal near the end. They almost had Portugal but Portugal won in the end. Honestly was surprised to see such sloppy defending from Portugal today. It was tough scoring against Ghana yet they conceded goals so cheaply.
Portugal need to strengthen their defence especially at the ending minutes if they hope to see the quarters.
The match between Portugal and Gana was also a great game. Portugal had to struggle a little bit with the African team. The struggle was such that for instances I thought the game would come to a draw.
I have to say that Gana did a surprising match and that they are a team that can cause some concerns.

Portugal goes top of the group with the final assist from Bruno Fernandez and Ac Milan attacking player Raphael Leao scoring the third goal to put and give Portugal a better chance of winning the match. For me, it was payback to Ghanaians for knocking Nigeria outta the qualification stages, although Nigeria haven't had a good look in that game.

All fine goals in the second half, Ghana would have equalized finally, but Athletico Bilbao Striker Inaki Williams slipped off, that would have been a huge error from Portugal goal keeper for not observing who's behind him before serving the ball on the pitch.

Very good. Portugal managed to grab 3 important points for a good start to the World Cup. It looks like this victory was predicted, but Portugal actually got strong resistance from Ghana.
