Soon the most prestigious matches around the world we will witness, in this year's world cup matches, in fact, many clubs that are everyone's favorites have been eliminated in the qualifiers, especially Italy who are usually always present at these prestigious matches but for this year they can only watch the matches of other countries, and who are champions for this year I am more confident of Argentina because they are very good in every game  which took place during the qualifiers and friendly matches, especially the star of the field that many spectators liked the most can still play well, namely lionel messi, and they have also won the Copa America cup last year, then this year's World Cup Argentina is the club that opponents are most afraid of.

Uff, Italy hurts me a lot, it is one of the countries that has cost me the most to assimilate that for the second time in a row Italy is not going to the World Cup and that is something that at least makes me sad, however, things happen for a reason , this is a way of seeing that in the soccer qualifiers nothing can be given away, nor be neglected for a single minute, because that can mean losing a golden opportunity to qualify, what happened with Italy and Sweden is something that should not have happened, not to mention Norway, we will not be able to see Haaland in this World Cup, that is something sad, however the countries that go for them must represent their geographical area very well.

Well, I hope that these teams, when they are in the World Cup and already playing, can have a better performance, I really would like that at least Portugal could go very far, the truth is, I don't know if the Nations League is also taken seriously in these teams that demands it, because I didn't see that they played so hard either, they may also be saving the best for this World Cup, because England is a team that always commands a lot of respect, for his part Kane is not doing badly, and France is a very complete team, I hope Karim Benzema is in the line-up too, and Germany led by Mulle, so I hope they are saving the best for Qatar.

I am not sure about this. All the major European teams performed poorly in the UEFA nations league. Maybe you are right and they are saving their best for the world cup. But what I have seen so far hasn't been very encouraging. Less than a month remain for the world cup and I am not sure whether they can rebound in a big way. Anyway, I am pretty sure about one thing. This time there are going to be a lot many upsets, and many of the top European sides are going to fail to qualify for the knockout phase.
Yes, the truth is that this is something very true, the performance of those teams has not been as overwhelming as we all hoped, however I have seen the games of Argentina and Brazil on occasions, because they do not show that much level, but I base it on a simple theory, for now the line-ups that will go to the World Cup are not officially known, because in the case of Argenita Dybala it is a piece that they can lose and be left without a World Cup, in Portugal there is a great loss, and all these players who are so emblematic they are the ones that make the difference and if their teams are left without them, if it will affect their performance, then all this can affect them negatively, and positively for others.

Lionel Messi have picked Brazil and France as the favourites for the World Cup citing their team players who have played together for longtime. Messi hadn't mentioned Argentina to be the favourite as more players are into injuries and are playing fixtures for clubs even though the World Cup matches were scheduled.
Lionel Messi picks Brazil, France as World Cup favourites

In my opinion, this is a fair forecast, it's hard to argue with the fact that Brazil and France are the main favorites of the tournament (although many add England). The fact that Messi did not mention Argentina may be due to the unwillingness to take on the responsibility of high expectations, or even the fact that Messi is afraid to jinx his national team. Inside the Argentine national team, I'm sure everyone is discussing only the possibility of taking the gold, they are all ambitious.
I think this is most likely the reason why he did not mentioned Argentina, we know that Messi has always been under enormous pressure whenever he was playing for his national team and until recently he had won nothing with them, so it is very likely that he prefers to not create expectations about the Argentinian team because if he does and he fails to win the world cup again then he will receive endless criticism for saying something and then being unable to make it come true.
Well, I don't blame Messi, he knows very well that the team that best suits Brazil apart from Argentina is France and maybe France's only job is to eliminate Brazil as it has already happened since the World Cup in France 98, which, It was a World Cup where we could all see the magic of Zizu, and apart from that we had the best players in Brazil such as Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos, among others who were a Golden generation, which I clearly remember as the French goalkeeper, Barthez, he showed off in a great way , then Messi's prediction may not be far from reality, more so for him who has been so close to winning the world cup and has not been able to.

Just under a month and then we start the World Cup in Qatar. We have seen a lot of wealth in Qatar from reports, I think many people have a negative image of this country, but it does have a lot of wealth and also a beautiful culture. It is sad that so many people have died and that human rights have been damaged, but the players can't do anything about that and the organization can't do anything about it now. I think this is the most luxurious tournament of a World Cup we've ever seen.

Only one month left for 2022 world cup to start, i must say i have big hope that it going to be most of successful version of it this year in Qatar with all the money they spent and the cool features of the stadiums and hotels. Beside we saw new players this year shining and they are going to represent their countries and play with full power. This version i must say that Brazil has more chances to win it but let’s wait and see and enjoy

This may be the most expensive tournament (both in terms of money and human lives) in the history of the FIFA World Cup. Qatar is splurging billions of USD to showoff their wealth, and thousands of laborers lost their lives while constructing the stadiums. And this is also the first world cup after a long time where European teams are not favorites to win the trophy. Most of the sportsbooks are having Brazil and Argentina as the clear favorites. The reigning champions (France) are not even among the top-3.
I can't be more agreeing with you. Quatar and most of gulf countries like to show off their wealth and by saying that i mean with any price. They don't care about the workers they just want everything done done in time no matter the price is. They don't even announce that or try to fix things for the workers and as i heard the worker are not even well paid.
About this year world cup also i say it's more in favor of Brazil to win with much super stars but we use to surprises nobody know if even Brazil will pass the first stage it's so unpredictable

There seems to be a possibility that the injury situation of some Argentinian players will have an influence on the performance of Argentina at the World Cup. Di Maria was injured and Lionel Messi also got injured after that. Last but not least, I heard that Dybala has also been injured. Obviously, this is most likely to negatively affect Argentina's performance in the upcoming matches.

Prior to the injury problems, I could have easily said that Argentina might be one of the most promising teams entering the world cup and might even be considered to be a force to be reckoned with in the tournament. However, I believe there is a significant decrease in the chances of Argentina winning the world cup this time.
Argentina is the top contender for the World Cup in 2022. Di Maria, Messi, and Dybala do not make up the entire team. Although they have a great deal of influence on the team, that doesn't mean Argentina won't have a successful World Cup campaign. Winning isn't going to be dependent on the starting players but on the coach's tactics, how well the players are able to play as a team, their discipline on and off the pitch, and how determined they are to win the cup.

There is no doubt that tactics play a crucial role in the success of a team. But I think when you don't have your key players available it is obviously meant to be less effective no matter what tactics you use.

I cannot stress enough the fact of how many games Lionel Messi has won for Argentina single-handedly. And not having that player available is going to be a big loss for Argentina. I also agree that only two or three players do not make up the whole team. But we have to remember that those two or three players are basically the backbone of Argentina. So, if they are not available for Argentina in the world cup I think Argentina is going to have a hard time in the world cup.

We all can't wait to see the biggest football competition in the world. Yes, this is the time we have been waiting for for quite a long time. There will be 32 countries that will compete in Qatar and for sure they will show their best game. This is one event that will unite as all eyes will be on the World Cup. I want to see the creations of each country in welcoming the World Cup this time.
We are all eagerly waiting for the World Cup. Because every time we get a different kind of joy, since the World Cup is held every 4 years, the interest is a little bit higher. But this year's World Cup is going to be even more spectacular. We are all confident about our favorite team that they will give us something good.

Speaking of France, I don't think France will qualify for the round of 16 in this year's world cup, because of the curse that has been believed until now, by many people around the world talking about it.

As an example :

1: Brazil won the World Cup in 2002 (Korea/Japan), did not qualify in the last 16 when the World Cup in Germany in 2006.
2: Italy won the 2006 World Cup (Germany), did not qualify for the last 16 at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
3: Spain won the 2010 World Cup (South Africa), did not qualify for the last 16 at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
4: Germany won the World Cup in 2014 (Brazil), did not qualify for the last 16 at the World Cup in Russia in 2018.
5: France won the World Cup in 2018 (Russia), Will France break the curse of the 2022 World Cup this year, from what I have already mentioned?Huh?
I think this not worth comparison with France chance can't qualify in the last 16 round depending several national team failure after success won at least World Cup edition. Seems different looking how player listed composition in France, they have confidence after Karim Benzema become the winner Ballon d'Or and easy lead to next round. France have been in group D with Denmark, Tunisia and Australia, not any favorite national team I think could be easy for France lead to 16 round and broke the myth about the World Cup winner difficult lead to 16 round.

All your statistic above is true about several national team failure for next time edition after become the winner, from Brazil, Italy, Spain until Germany have the same problem can't qualify to 16 round. I think France seems different looking on participants in group D make easy can qualify to 16 round.

To say that Messi won nothing with Argentina is an exaggeration - at least he has World Championship silver and one America's Cup. But this is really not enough, especially considering how many attempts Argentina failed before winning the America's Cup (if I'm not mistaken, 4). For a player of this stature, the public expects corresponding achievements, and throughout his career, Messi has been under the pressure of these expectations. This is his last World Cup where he takes part, so he probably does not want to think of the tournament as a last chance and he talks about the chances of other teams.
Great expectations must be obtained by star players like Lionel Messi, not only Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo also gets high expectations from the public about achievements in this world Cup. As we know, these two star players are players who have excelled both in teams and individually in the last decade. But this World Cup will probably be the last World Cup for both of them, so surely they are expected to come out and give something at the end of their careers as professionals.

Since the golden generation (Figo generation) Portugal have never been the favorites of any tournament and even when they won (and there was even a big victory - the European Championship 2016) it was against all odds. Football is a team game and despite the presence of any of the top players, if the team is not capable of great accomplishments, then one player does not change anything. In general, both Argentina and Portugal have good teams but are not the favorites of the tournament.

I don't know if this has been a topic here already, but its a pretty horrific story. A Spanish football fan who was walking 7,000 km to attend the World Cup in Qatar went missing just before reaching Qatar. His friends haven't heard from him since October 1st. There are rumors that he may be held captive by the Iranians.

Quote
Man goes missing while on 7,000km hike to football World Cup in Qatar

A Spanish football fan has disappeared while attempting to complete a 7,000km trek to Qatar. Santiago Sanchez Cogedor, 40, was crossing Iraqi Kurdistan, also known as Southern Kurdistan, as part of a huge hike from Madrid to the World Cup tournament when he went missing

A sad story. I hope he turns up again and is doing well. Otherwise, the FIFA World Cup in Qatar would have claimed another victim.  Undecided

From the start before several Argentine players got bad news due to injury, Messi had said earlier in advance that France and Brazil had a big chance of becoming champions on the occasion of the Qatar world cup.
this is inseparable from the depth of the players they have, both France and Brazil have very qualified resources from all lines. it was clear to Messi, he saw that both squad strengths were very, very capable of winning the championship in this tournament.  however, as we all agree on how the outcome will be, will be largely determined by the teamwork plus a bit of luck.

I personally favor Argentina to win the title as champion in the Qatar world cup later, but the probability is not too great considering Brazil is one of the most favored teams in this tournament.

There seems to be a possibility that the injury situation of some Argentinian players will have an influence on the performance of Argentina at the World Cup. Di Maria was injured and Lionel Messi also got injured after that. Last but not least, I heard that Dybala has also been injured. may be.

but Messi has returned to play with his club PSG, Di Maria only suffered a minor injury, Dybala is reported to be able to participate in the world cup after having to miss a minimum of six weeks.
it seems, the case that experienced by the Argentine squad will not have a bad impact on their campaign in the world cup later.  the only thing that worries me the most is Dybala.
however, Argentina actually has another option that is not too far less great than Dybala's role. I've mentioned it in previous posts, so we don't see this as a real threat to Argentina.

Argentina, still one of the top challengers in this world cup and a team that is quite scary for other squads that will face them.

The world cup starts on the 20th of November 2022 and ends on the 18th of December 2022.
The Fixures of the World Cup and The Fixures of the World Cup

FIFA World cup 2022 will be interesting. It will be like a thug of war. Just that my favourite club, Nigerian
Super Eagle has been nocked out in the Qatar qualifiers stage. But i am still hoping to support another club (Country) in the tournament. Preferably, African club, but what I am afraid of is the referees. World cup referees are not friendly with the African Teams. That not withstanding, fair play can bring out the best in the world cup. European clubs, Asian clubs and African clubs are my prediction to win the world cup.
On your own prediction, whom do you think will win the tournament and carry the Golden Cup? Remember every country's plan is to win the world cup tournament but not every team will win and the three (3) best will be selected. And that should be:

1st winner
2nd winner and
3rd Winner.

Say your mind.
.

Well I don't think African teams will go that far apart from Senegal . It  would been better for NIgeria to go Qatar than  Ghana Because Ghana will not go far considering the quality of players their got .. my favourite team to win the cup is Germany.

Argentina player's around the clubs are in a good form if you check also, but Brazil has the upper hand in world Cup like this, they are like Real Madrid when it comes to Champions League

My bet is also between Brazil and Argentina.
I believe that Brazil has a better chance of winning the world cup, because even without a team of great stars (let's face it, Neymar is not doing so well), it's a young team that has actually played very well (undefeated). in all the qualifiers and friendlies in which he participated.

I really expect things, but I'm more inclined to tell you, that Argentina will come out as world champions, if I look at the many complementary players that Argentina have at the moment, it's not that Brazil doesn't have great players, but I look from The side of the game that Argentina has is more superior than Brazil, that's why I dare to say that, because we know that maybe this could be the last World Cup title for Messi who is not young anymore, surely Messi will make his way of parting with Indah and at the end his career..

In any case, I see that France is also a team with a lot of potential to reach the final.... let's watch carefully.

Speaking of France, I don't think France will qualify for the round of 16 in this year's world cup, because of the curse that has been believed until now, by many people around the world talking about it.

I think this is most likely the reason why he did not mentioned Argentina, we know that Messi has always been under enormous pressure whenever he was playing for his national team and until recently he had won nothing with them, so it is very likely that he prefers to not create expectations about the Argentinian team because if he does and he fails to win the world cup again then he will receive endless criticism for saying something and then being unable to make it come true.
