The Guardian has published power rankings for all the 32 teams:
https://www.theguardian.com/football/2022/sep/28/world-cup-2022-power-rankings-32-team-two-months-to-go-qatarAs per the new rankings, Brazil is at #1 position, followed by Argentina and Spain at second and third spot respectively. Brazil has lost only one out of their last 29 matches, while Argentina has gone unbeaten in their last 35 matches. I was surprised to see Netherlands at 4th spot ahead of strong teams such as Germany and England. Another surprise is that Denmark is placed ahead of France. Serbia is placed at #10, and I have a feeling that they are going to be the surprise package this time around (back in 2018 it was Croatia).
European teams have lost face (and rankings) because of the Nations League
Argentina seems to me the most overrated team of all, plus this streak...can't it be endless? It will be necessary to think about betting on the defeat of Argentina, and in case of failure, increase the bet - the odds will be great, so such a Martingale will not lead to a significant increase in the bet.
Why do you believe that Argentina is over-rated? They have performed exceptionally well ever since Lionel Scaloni took over the coaching duties. And this is also going to be the last world cup for Lionel Messi, and the team will try their best to win the trophy. Apart from Messi, Lautaro Martínez, Ángel Di María and Alejandro Gómez are also in very good form.
IMO, Argentina is the only team that has the capability to defeat Brazil (and they already proved that during the final of Copa America 2021). I am predicting the final match in this world cup between Brazil and Argentina. I don't know who will win, but I am 75% sure about this.
Well yes, you are right about that, although I really see it difficult for a Brazil vs. Argentina final to take place, although the European teams have not seen themselves very well, they really do show a performance well below the norm, maybe because of the Ntions League they don't want to risk their main stars being injured, it could be a great reason, I think something has to be remembered, this will be the last World Cup for Messi, CR7 and I think for Neymar Jr, so for me the looks they are set on Portugal, Argentina and Brazil, and who I see much better of the 3 is Brazil, but beware, nothing can be said so far, it may be that a European country is keeping many things that they have not wanted to show in the Nations League.
There is no doubt that at this point, Brazil is the strong favorite to win the world cup in Qatar. Almost all the European teams are in bad shape. England got relegated to League B of UEFA nations league after finishing at the last place in their group. Germany was in the same group, and they did slightly better by finishing at the 3rd place below Italy and Hungary. Belgium is another team that failed to perform, as they finished beneath Netherlands in Group 4. France avoided relegation, but they had just 5 points from 6 matches in Group 1.
My bet is also between Brazil and Argentina.
I believe that Brazil has a better chance of winning the world cup, because even without a team of great stars (let's face it, Neymar is not doing so well), it's a young team that has actually played very well (undefeated). in all the qualifiers and friendlies in which he participated.
In any case, I see that France is also a team with a lot of potential to reach the final.... let's watch carefully.
@alegotardo Brazil has many important player’s like Casemiro, Anthony, Fred and currently they’re all playing for the same club which will further strengthen their bond heading in to the World Cup. Furthermore while Messi will want to win it and retire in style, but I personally feel that Argentina will just fall short and miss winning it and I’ll say it again that if Brazil fails to win then it’ll be really disappointing for millions of fan's who’re sincerely hoping that they win the World Cup.
Your point is very valid, for me this is something that can be decisive, I think that a person like Messi had his chance to win the final and he didn't, and I've learned that opportunities in life shouldn't be missed, it's something that they must manage to do so as not to go through moments like this, we cannot forget that Portugal, alongside CR7, is also looking for the same feat and something tells me that the spotlights in the world will be in the sights of Brazil, Argentina and Portugal I don't know, but I think that we can't underestimate the other teams either, that there are many very good ones, these teams can be left out, they have to beat the powerful France, Germany, Croatia, they are icons of world football that promise a lot, And not to mention the Netherlands.
My bet is also between Brazil and Argentina.

I was all in for Argentina. But then, most of their main players are down with injury at this point. And among them, Dybala's injury seems to be the most serious concern. And there should not be any doubt that Paulo Dybala is a very crucial member of the Argentine squad. In the recent past, the combination of Messi-Dybala-Di Maria-Lautaro have done wonders at international level. I don't know how fit these players will be when the world cup starts. If they are 100% fit, then Argentina would be the only team capable of posing a real challenge to Brazil.
Well, we must not forget that France has always done damage to Brazil, and the Brazilians know it, I imagine that they already have the strategies for all these teams, both for Argentina and for any country that comes to face Brazil, Argentina is a very complete team, but they are in trouble, Dyabala getting injured does not sound good for them, possibly Dimaría noodle too, all this causes some concern for them, Messi's dream I see more and more far away, as About I see it far from the Cup, as a good South American it would be excellent to support Argentina, Brazil, but I cannot ignore Portugal and other countries that give everything on the field.
