op I agree with you that the current Brazil team is performing very poorly and is getting various criticisms due to this poor performance. All of us will have hope for Brazil team before 2026 World Cup to come back to their previous form they know to prove themselves by performing well that surely Brazil team can play well. 2026 World Cup If Neymar recovers from his injury, maybe the Brazil team will improve a lot. Brazil's poor performance since the 2026 World Cup qualifiers is really disappointing because we never expected such a performance from the Brazil team.

Jose Mourinho will be Brazil head coach? I don't think with Mourinho interested to be national team manager because he was talked with some media not get challenge when becoming national team manager because few match play in every years and difference becoming club manager have many matched every season.
I am waiting from CBF - Confederação Brasileira de Futebol official announcement who will be the next Brazil manager after loss possibility for signing Carlo Ancelotti, for Jose Mourinho seems impossible because he want focus to be club manager than national teams manage.

I think everything is still under consideration because the CBF certainly hopes that the new coach who will be appointed will really bring changes to the team which has been struggling for a long time to become world cup champions again.
However, it is quite agreeable that the CBF must be able to quickly decide who their new coach will be to build this team more quickly because the new coach will have quite a lot of time to build his team, because it would be quite a shame if the 2026 World Cup Brazil could only reach the quarter-finals like several other world cups, moreover, the 2026 World Cup will be held on the American continent, which usually makes it a little easier for teams from that continent because of the weather they usually face.

But the big question is whether he is interested or not. For the last three years, he has been coaching AS Roma and I don't know whether Brazilian federation can offer a better compensation package. And the chances of Brazil performing well in 2026 World Cup is minimal, and therefore apart from monetary benefits there are few other attractions.

Maybe that's not a good idea to use Mourinho as the coach of Brazil because I'm not sure if Mourinho can have a good performance as a national coach for any team since he doesn't have the experience of working at this position and that's going to be the first time for this coach also he couldn't have good performance recently and maybe its' time to say his strategies are not working well it was working in the past.
That's why I think Brazil can start seeking a better coach who has the experience of working at this level, which is going to be more safe for the team.

I think Mourinho needs a chance to coach a big team like Brazil.I am pretty sure with the experience Mourinho has and the players Brazil has this is a winning duo and they can go very far in the World Cup of 2026.I doubt though the Brazilian management would give him a chance after Mourinho it is a long time that has not won any real serious trophy except the Europa Conference League which is not one of the major ones like Champions League or at least Europa League so that these trophies could have boosted his chances to be an orchestra master for the Selecao.

Times have changed, at that time Brazil had good and responsible players, today Brazil has players who are constantly involved in controversies and when they lose a game they don't stop going to party... look at Neymar, the guy won't play well anymore As in the past, he will not play for a long time and it is not yet known whether he will continue playing in Saudi Arabia or not after he is cured. The other players on the Brazilian national team, despite being good players, have also not done well when it comes to scoring goals. Since it is all rumours being said, it is difficult to guess what will happen later but from what I heard and read, it appears that Jose Mourinho is hoping for a contract extension with Roma!
His contribution with Roma is just normal, nothing special in term of results, the ranking of Roma is always outside of the first four spots dedicated for Champions League..
I don't know if he could be successful with the Brazilian team if he ever joined them. I know he could improve the team but the results might not always follow for him.

Jose Mourinho doesn't have a good situation in Roma and he is currently in a situation in which we can expect him to leave the team at any time because the way he performed in the Serie A and the recent games was not as good as the fans were expecting him to see.
On the other hand, Brazil is also losing for another coach, and that's why it's pretty much normal to see him linked to Brazil but I think Brazil should make the decision faster because they need to rebuild the team for the World Cup.
  

Firstly it's not possible that a coach have two jobs at the time with secondly most chances Jorge Jesus will be free after the end of this season as Al Hilal having just one season contract with him so he can join Brazil national team without any problem with currently things are not clear what's going to happen in Brazil team after Carlos Ancelotti contract extension at the Real Madrid.

Brazil and their performance are surely currently top talk of the soccer community with mostly peoples love to them at the top, but sadly they are having quality, but lack of leadership is bringing them down and Neymar Jr is also having too many injuries which are hurting him and his team hopefully things will be clear in coming days, and they will be able to fight back in near future with the tag of world's best.

Brazil has always been known for their rich historical heritage when it has to do with football and their unending pool of talents as the country is known for their football prowess over the years and then it's natural that regardless of how formidable a team is they get to a point they suffer some rough patches but their ability to get pass such stage makes them stand out.

Brazil currently having poor performance in their appearance tho it has become a thing to border over but then I see it as temporal and I believe before the world cup they will be able to recover and bounce back in to a better form that will help them through the world cup. They have a little of coaching problem and anceloti would have helped them fix that but then it's sad he disappointed them and I feel it has got it's effect on them ever since. They have anticipated his coming and hoped for that transformative effect which would have helped their performance, they can look for another alternative to fix that before the world cup because if they go to the world cup with this performance it will definitely not get them far enough.

Jorge Jesus can be a really good move for Brazil national team, and also i think maybe he can make the two jobs at the same time, im refering to keep being the Al Hilal coach and also being the Brazil new coach, right now Brazil is coached by the coach of Fluminense, and he doesnt give up in his club work, so this can happen.

You are right that Brazil is a successful team but that was in the past and it has been a long time since they could not become champions, even when the World Cup was held in their own country they lost badly to Germany in the quarterfinals, and if I'm not mistaken the quarterfinals are the stage of the round where they always eliminated after the last becoming champions several times, it's quite a shame that Brazil is like that with quite a number of talented players, maybe the coaching factor is the reason why Brazil hasn't found a coach who can unite all these good players to form a strong team.
After the rumors about Ancelotti were answered, now there are rumors that the one who will become Brazil's coach is Jose Mourinho, he is an experienced coach and has quite a lot of achievements and could possibly make Brazil better, but unfortunately, this is just a rumor because Mourinho said that no one has contacted him or his agent about Brazil wanted him to become coach there.

Well... unfortunately Brazil's situation has been getting worse year after year... they are totally different from the 2002 or 2006 World Cup team.

The Brazilian team is a excelent team, but it has some problems, we don't have a leader or any other player like Neymar, unfortunately Neymar is not like he used to be, and he is getting older, another crucial point is his injuries, chemistry between the team and other variables.
Talking about a possible coach, Jorge Jesus is a good candidate, I don't know if this could actually happen, but if Carlos Ancelotti went to Brazil (which is unlikely, unfortunately to happen) it would be a turning point for the brazilian national team!
But I have no doubt that Brazil will be able to turn things around and qualify for the World Cup, I believe the Brazilian team is in a bad phase, and that this will soon change... I imagine, we just need time to see this change happen!!

A coach like Ancelotti is not at the same level as Jorge Jesus and these two coaches are in the different worlds and this means if Brazil targets Jorge Jesus they could have options for hiring other coaches instead of Jorge Jesus. However, I think Ancelotti was too big for a team like Brazil even if they got many titles in the past but a team like Brazil doesn't have many superstar players, and joining this team can be a great risk for any coach who joins this team.
