Hope everyone is fine. The Finmail mailbox service has been re-launched since Aug 1st 2022 and, operated by Finmail Limited based in Hong Kong. The original company "Securechain ApS" in Denmark has also been closed.

The new Finmail supports AI/GPT through the AskGPT feature, which will be a great help to streamline users' daily work, such as composing, briefing or translating documents. Users can send their questions/messages to [email protected] and get AI’s response immediately, then they can reply with more questions or requirements under the same context.

One of the benefit using email is that, if a user needs to change AI context, he/she can simply modify old emails then send to AI again. It is not possible in traditional chatting environment, in which a user can only add additional information to current chatting to update AI context.

Another feature is Finmail Git, which enables users to create own public/private repositories. We hope all these features will make underlying infrastructures earlier to use and, promote users' productivity especially as freelancers.

The freelance marketplace has not been re-launched. It may be re-launched in future, but not decided yet.

On the other hand, Securechain and SecureCoin will be maintained by an independent group, so it will be irrelevant to the company. In future, all Finmail related posts will be replied by "finmail" instead of "securechain".

I am pleased to read your updates, and I would say that a 20% increase in registrations is a pretty good achievement. Perhaps you should also consider applying to participate in mit100k, I am sure this step will help in scaling. If you make it to at least the quarter finals, your project will be talked about all over the world. By the way, it was with mit100k that the history of ProtonMail began.

Thank you for your comment and idea, which is very valuable! It is true that probably we need some investment, but we will consider it carefully before moving forward.

Trying to register such a unique username is kind of like getting a digital "souvenir" (however, you should have kept such rare usernames blocked), though if you think about it, what is the use of early access? It's nice to see that you are quite active, but you probably need a lot of investment to scale. Try contacting Protonmail, they support this type of project ... and I also recommend that you post information about the project on producthunt (let me know if you need help).
