The more you spend time in this forum the more you will explore new things. There is a forum rule that is compulsory to follow and there is another thread for newbie that tell you how to start and what is necessary for you to know. I am giving it here just Tap on it and it leads to that thread. One another important tip is you have to show some patience, this forum nor Bitcoin quick rich scheme rather it takes time, if you are doing it fast it just increases the chances of error and may lead to a ban on your account also I recommend you to look the other forum users posting take the idea how they are writing it increase the chances of getting more information in an easy way. so be careful and good luck.

I think the earliest steps are actually easy. I'm referring to your forum experience. It's probably a different case as regards your Bitcoin experience.

In this forum, I guess the earliest that a newbie must do is explore. Of course, that's after signing up and all. I'd even suggest that you don't make posts and open threads right away. Save them for next time. Try to explore and familiarize yourself with the different sections and boards in the forum. Read first, I guess, before writing.

I believe you already did the first step but if you're still having a hard time navigating the forum, try the 'help' function.

Another thing I can suggest is to always read the sticky thread/s of the board you're interested in cause they're pinned for a reason. To be honest, to know the forum takes one to live and experience it...I know you want to go through this by not making mistakes but less face it, just like any other forum the basics will always to know the rules to avoid being in the wrong books of it and then from there livr and after several months of the forum you will be okay.

Welcome to the forum. Do well to abide by the rules and regulations supplied for you by others ( that's if you'd read it though) so you don't flout them and risk having your account banned and then having to create another so you can repeat this question again..

Personally, I think you've already started the first step. Because joining this forum is your first step. Then the next step, you just need to read the regulations that apply to this forum. Once you read the rules on this forum, I'm sure the next steps you take will be easier. Because more or less you will understand more about this BTT forum. Then, once you understand all the rules in this forum, all you have to do is decide which board you want to study on. Do you have an interest in investing in bitcoin, or do you have an interest in trading altcoins, or do you want to explore other things available on this forum (discuss). So in essence, your steps after reading the rules in this forum will indeed be easier.

Others have pointed out and give you the links that you need to read and understand. Just remember that this is a community, and just like any other real life community, you need to observed rules and regulations and follow then.

And after that, you can go browse the forum, learn as much as you can and if you have doubts then you can ask questions.

Don't expect there's easy step for us to know more about this forum since there are so many technical topics that needed to research before we participate in a discussion so that we will not create any trouble just for the wrong info or idea that we share to the public.

You are already here so maybe start with the pinned threads of this forum since those are helpful threads where you can learn a lot about this forum. Also all post are authentic its just you need to get those idea coming from different people so that you can learn on bigger scale. It doesn't mean they show some great ideas here you will follow them but rather take those other opinion and make all of it as a basis so that you became more better forum member and have more knowledge about crypto.

Beginners help will be the best section regarding on newbie discussions but for other altcoin go to altcoin section so familiarized the forum and each section so you can go directly on the board if you are searching for some information's.

Bitcointalk is a discussion forum, if you like discussing then it's easy. You just need to join the threads you are interested in and share your opinions and ideas regarding the issues being discussed.

However, if you have other goals such as increasing rankings, participating in signature campaigns, and earning bitcoins on forums, of course you need to read a lot of forum rules. But all of this can be achieved if we discuss it. So basically this is a discussion forum so get discussing

So you try to take things easy without finding everything so difficult, first you try to skip the topics which you find difficult in this forum, you keep doing those which are easy, no one will force you to learn the difficult topics.

First start with easy topics and slowly when you try to learn about difficult topics, things will be much easier for you so there is no need to be disappointed beforehand. Welcome to the forum mate, i don’t get your point from the subject of this thread but if you meant that the more you grow the easier it is I would say yes. The forum is guided with rules, you can read the links above. I will like to add the Beginners and Help Encyclopedia, it encompasses almost all the useful topics on the forum you can go through them gradually.

Secondly this a forum where you can ask just any questions related to bitcoin and cryptocurrency at large but since the forum is almost a decade old most of this questions might have been discussed before so the right way is to use the search function first before proceeding to create any thread about your question.
Here is how to effectively use the search function, this way you don’t get to spam the forum with repeated threads
