If you are holding good solid altcoins for sure you wont be worried about hoe these coins be able to recover from these huge crashes,bloodbaths are part of the market cycle that is why we need to be immune with these bloody market if we want to surive the wave of these market dumping! probably someone in the upper bracket of whales are dumping his/her bitcoins that is why our market suffers.

If you are here long enough,you will be immune to any of thee bloodbaths beacuse you have enough experience and you have experienced worst than today's bloodbaths,if you cannot take the 90% losses you wont get the 900% gain in the market,that is why we need to be sure that our portfolio has the best coins in the market because these solid coins will always recover faster than any shitcoins in the market.

I bought bitcoin in January at 12500 and hoped for a monthly income from riding the waves, but....but my briefcase sank 2.5 times.

You shouldnt be worried about if you are holding solid coins and less shitcoins your portfolio soon be recovered from these bloodbaths,it is indeed the very best timing to buy those cheap altcoins,if you have some spare bitcoins you should buy now! take advantage what the market is giving you make monery from the bloodbaths!

Do you know this philosophy of the market? If there were no big price drops, then there would never be a big profit. Unfortunately, probably this will take more time to recover than everyone expected before. But except to wait, we have no other choice.

Hello every one i just joined last august 2017 and during those time almost all coins are going upward bitcoin lead the way for a record breaking run up but after that bullish market we are here right now where bearish market hurting our portfolio i almost lost 2/3 of my investment but still i keep holding and confident that anytime soon bearish market is over and bullish market will take place again. would you think this bearish season will take longer?
Bullish season will come to our market,sooner or later because these bears need to rest after taking the market for months.Bulls are going to be massive for sure because they have rest too long in the market,might be the reason why bitcoin is going to another bull run? but who knows what will happen only God can tell what will happen.

Everyone is hurt, no one is immume to this unless you have not invest in Crypto but we need to know where we are coming from, the market has grown very fast and we have all made profit, more than some of us can even imagine all we need is to keep faith

Keep calm, we are all experiencing huge losses for now. Things were going too good before, there were no major downs and it seemed like investing in cryptos is a really easy thing to do, because the prices just go up whenever you join. Now we can see the market teaching us a big lesson, because all the newbies got scared and the governments are probably doing their best to stop mass adoption and lead cryptocurrencies to their end. But I don't believe they can do that. Most of us expect full (or really close to full) recovery this summer. Before that we just have to be patient. March 30, 2018, 02:27:03 PM

I agree with you, the euphoria in which we stayed from October to February was a temptation for newcomers to the crypto industry. But I would like to believe that the coming summer will bring hot trade.
it's possible, but people comparing this individual year's movements to the previous 3-4 years should take into account the monster that just happened. that's crazily distorted everything and we don't know how much of it is left to play out.
the aftershocks of that will have much more effect than anything that happens in the short term. it can't be shrugged off and go back to business as usual until it's been worked out of everyone's system and there's been a reset.
anyway, fingers crossed there isn't too much pain for everyone, but the market rarely lets anyone off that easily.

the bearishness could last years. i hope it doesn't, but it could. litecoin, which is one of the few coins to survive and thrive from the 2013 craziness, lost 98% of its value until it started to recover.
people who arrived in the last few months got an easy ride and should not have been fooled by the endless gains. nothing's that easy and nothing lasts forever. at some point all that craziness has to be paid for.

Only the patient can overcome a time like this. Although i might be disheartening to see the prices of the coins you are holding coming down, but the good news is the bearish time is almost over. If you are not in serious need of money, i think it is best for you to hold instead of loosing what you bought at higher price. You can also go into trading if you want to make some fast profits, at least to coverup for the losses you may be having now. The assurance i have is that the market will get better soon. You only need to be patient.

I am likely in the same situation for my portfolio , the value of my coins decreased about 50% because I made a mistake in one of my investments but anyway I still confident that this bearish scenario is going to be over very soon , we have many causes of this decline and the most important thing is that big investors are not participating anymore in the cryptocurrencies market and the total market cap explains every thing . When we had a bullish market the market cap of all cryptocurrencies was around 1 thousands billion-dollar but for now it's around 300 billion-dollar so that explains that more than 60 % of total investment is gone . We need that money into crypto again for increasing the price . Otherwise we are in deep shit for long time .All true, without big money in the field we are in deep and year long shit!
To the OP: once you figure out you're in a bear market it's usually too late to sell
Also don't believe anyone who claims that technical analysis works in crypto. It can pull of some self-fulfilling prophecies but other than that.. it's all about sentiment and big players skinning the tiny fish that follow technical analysis.
