^^^ The Earth is a stationary plane, a test that proves this directly is most certainly on topic. If the Earth is actually rotating then the machine is harmless and you have nothing to worry about, you'll still be alive and the truthfulness of your claims will be yours to proclaim!

^^^ You are incomplete. Why? Because you forgot to add the forces of centrifugal, and gravity, which cancel each other out in ways similar to the way Coulomb force cancels itself out, from above to below the object.

1. Every electrical engineer understands how the electric universe matches electricity in such a way that it is viable. And every nuclear engineer who has a strong minor in electricity understands how the electric universe fits the facts better than a nuclear universe.

If the 10 million tons of water had wings of the right size, it could fly away against gravity, just like a mosquito. Take the wings off a mosquito, and gravity drags it to the ground, just like the 10 million tons of water.
