Yes I think so too, he will retire with Bayern Munich and Bayern Munich themselves will certainly be in the middle of it. it would be a surprise if the transfer eventually happened. because previously there was a statement that Toney would not be released by Bretford. although Arsenal and Chelsea have expressed their interest in the striker.
I don't see Arteta needing Toney. maybe he has his judgment as a coach. but Arsenal's attack line was not dull. Maybe Arteta wants to let go of some of his players who don't contribute much. it can be done. don't let the transfer just waste their money. Arsenal must learn from Chelsea.

I always see Toney as a good player and because he is premier league proven,i always say he will be a good addition to this present Arsenal sqaud,but after i watched his performances on YouTube last night,i found out that he is no where near Osihmen,he can be a good back up player to Gabriel Jesus,but he is nowhere near Gabriel's dribbling ability,forcing ability,and attacking ability, infact,Jesus is better than him because he is also a better team player,he makes other Arsenal players more better, therefore,if Arsenal would sign a player,it should be Osihmen,and a right winger who can assist Saka because Saka is beginning to have a drop in performance,and need a proper back up right winger.

It's pure gambling. I would not even try to agree if arsenal will try to get toney. I think that being a good striker was not also the main consideration. We shall also try to take a look at how good his history. Anything about him shall be considered as important factor too.
Remember he has bad habit and he may be affecting his friend in arsenal too. There are so many considerations to be taken before try to determine which striker that is worthy to be bought by arsenal.
Arteta is not a type that is rushing to get it once he liked it. I don't think picking toney as a new striker for arsenal is a good choice. Toney is also getting banned from playing football too.

@QueenVera Manchester United are also courting Phillips so he has many options to chose from and he maybe spoilt for choices if he decides to leave. Furthermore whichever club manages to get him will be very lucky as he’s a very talented player and he can definitely help the team succeed and at this stage both Juventus and Manchester United need someone like him and it could probably trigger a bidding war.

Kelvin Phillips is one player I really admired alot while he was at Leeds United, then his performance was so brilliant that, they had to include him in England squad for National team, however when he moved from Leeds to Manchester City I thought we were going to see another quality star rise under Guardiola but the reserve became the case, and since then he's not really had much playing time for the club, mostly sitted at the bench on a regular basics, which I don't think is good for his career despite that he's playing for City.

 Juventus are in desperate need to midfielders that would replace their suspended ones and I think it's time for Pep to allow K Phillips go explore somewhere else since he doesn't got plans to use him. As for Icardi I think he's really done very well this season and would suit Madrid's attacking 9, but then they need a  player that would last for a long term, like Osimhen or even Guirassy.

CIty was good but there are so many great clubs that can give him a chance to play and show how good he was. The competition in the manchester city is very strict for him.
He can't keep up with the good players other than him. This is a common thing in the football. Just because he will leave from city and it doesn't mean the club was disrespectful toward him.

A move to Juventus was much anticipated for Kalvin Philips, I think they're still in talks with the player with a potential move to get him all signed up. Manchester City and Pep Guardiola didn't give him enough chance to play, they didn't at all. Since he moved in, he has been Injured and took a long time to see him recovering from Injury.  Leaving Manchester City is the right thing to do if you ask me. Pep Guardiola had no plans of using him. I don't think Pep Guardiola was in charge when they signed Kalvin Philips from Leeds United.

Mauro Icardi seem like a good option to lead Real Madrid attack for the next few months ahead, he had done well for Galatasaray, he could still do same for Real Madrid.

To be honest, I dont think Arsenal should make a major move for Toney. Although he is talented, I dont think he is a significant improvement over Gabriel Jesus. Undoubtedly, he possesses strength and a noteworthy physical presence, but will that suffice for Arsenal? They ought to set their sights higher, like a world-class striker, in my opinion. Arsenal needs more than just Toney's potential offensive punch. Not simply a physical presence, but someone who can completely change the course of the game is needed. Furthermore, Arsenal should exercise caution when spending a lot of money on players who dont represent a big improvement over their current roster, given the amount of money that is being spent on football these days.

Players do need minutes, and when players are in a very good team but they don't get minutes, then it's natural that they want to leave that team. It seems that Kalvin Phillips feels it now and he wants to find a team that can give him enough minutes to play.
If Juventus or Newcastle want this player, then it is good news for him, because the team that wants him also has a big name like Juventus. They have Big games coming up in the UCL and La Liga. They are already 1 point behind Girona and Leipzig is quite a good team and Real Madrid are facing them in UCL. So it is going to be very hard to be consistent in performance if injuries keep growing. So it is very likely Mauro Icardi coming to Real. His recent performance is good as well.
