What do you think? Can Madrid afford to rely on limited players? By facing a busy schedule, players are definitely required to remain in top condition. Isn't it ideal that having anticipation could be a solution? Next month restarts the UCL and Madrid doesn't take advantage of the transfer window?
I think Ancelotti might be too confident if he doesn't recruit more players for his extremely thin defensive line. Perhaps they are putting all their efforts into the Mbappe deal, and they also want the media to pay more attention to this deal. In the coming time, we might hear about additional names for the defensive line because I don't think Real Madrid will perform well with just center-backs Nacho, Rudiger, and the makeshift defender Aurelien Tchouameni until the end of the season, especially in the Champions League matches.

Another update regarding guirassy's transfer. Bayern has been reportedly interesting to recruit him as a partner for kane. It's amazing to see that we will see the duet between kane and guirassy. I can't even wait for this to be real soon.
Bayern seems try to make sure stuttgart will be losing its key player than the club will not able to compete at the top positions. This is amazing strategy from bayern by killing its competitor through buying their players.

I do support guirassy to join in the bayern munich instead of manchester united caused by guirass will able to play in the UCL along with kane anytime without even worrying it.
The fact that Bayern Munich has been dominating the Bundesliga was a crucial consideration for him when deciding to join Bayern instead of other clubs who were also pursuing Guirassy.

Quote
Guirassy has drawn a host of admirers after shining for Stuttgart in the Bundesliga. The 27-year-old has scored 17 goals in the German top flight, meaning only Harry Kane has outscored him in the league so far this season. Bayern have now joined the race for his signature and could be willing to pay the £15.1 million (€17.5/$19m) release clause in his contract, according to The Sun.

I hope guirassy will be smart enough for not to destroy his career in manchester united.

Even Enrique seems tried to talk about Mbappe and he is not going to talk about this player however Mbappe is an effective player for PSG and obviously if he leaves the team this won't be easy for Enrique to find a replacement for this French player easily.
Currently, Real Madrid is not the only teams that want to hire Mbappe but other than Real Madrid, Liverpool is also interested in hiring Mbappe during January.
Enrique probably will try to talk with him to ensure him to stay in PSG. But I believe Mbappe already decided his future to play as a Real Madrid player. 2024 is the perfect time to leave PSG because Mbappe's contract expires and there will be no obstacle to move. So, whatever Enrique says, it is unlikely for Mbappe to stay a longer time with PSG. There is no future to achieve with PSG, PSG isn't a capable club to win UCL title. If Mbappe still dreams to win UCL title, he must leave PSG in this year.

Actually, there are many clubs interested to sign Mbappe. But Mbappe seems to choose Real Madrid because it is his dream.

It seems Liverpool is now accepting the fact that they are going to lose Salah soon and that's why Liverpool is trying to find a replacement for this player. Since Salah is an effective player in Liverpool finding an alternative player can't be easy for them but Liverpool is trying to make a list of players they can have to fill the place of Salah in this team.
The young player of Crystal Palace, Michael Olise is their first option and currently, this player is linked to Liverpool.
However, that won't be easy for Liverpool because Chelsea and Manchester City are both interested in hiring this player.

I can't remember that correctly but someone has posted the news related to the new player to be a replacement for mbappe. If shall not need to compare this new player with mbappe as mbappe was one of greatest of all time. Enrique will be missing him so much caused by sometimes mbappe alone was carrying the club. PSG will be missing the most important player in the club and this reminds me when messi and neymar were there. They were also carrying the club together but mbappe is going to be the last one who will leave from the club as soon as possible.

Im not feeling so damn good with it but enrique has been trying to talk with him so many times. Mbappe will choose his own fate then we can only put a lot of respect toward his choice to continue his career as a football players.
This one of best player was always giving a lot of contribution to the club. Mbappe really needs a good club that help him to develop his performance in the field. Madrid was the only sense choice for him now.

FCBInside, a site that is usually very well informed about FC Bayern, reports that Xabi Alonso is to succeed Thomas Tuchel after Real Madrid extended Angelotti's contract. Although Alonso still has a contract with Leverkusen until 2026, he would be free to leave the club if he could move to one of his former clubs. It could be as early as the summer if Tuchel does not achieve the goals that are expected of him.

Source: https://fcbinside.de/2023/12/31/trainer-beben-in-muenchen-xabi-alonso-will-offenbar-zum-fc-bayern/

What can we expect from Thomas Tuchel as Bayern Munich's manager? Is it winning the Champions League and the Bundesliga at the same time? This should be the most they can ask of him, and they should threaten to fire him if he fails to meet both. If not, Thomas Tuchel is doing well at Bayern Munich, and the team's situation has not reached the point where it is unbearable to handle; they still have a lot of hope, just like the other teams that are also strong contenders for the Champions League and the Bundesliga.

So having Xabi Alonso in mind as a replacement for Thomas Tuchel is because he is currently leading the team in the standings which he may likely win at the end and if he later joins them, they will be able to win the Bundesliga next season after this one. This should be their expectation for having Xabi Alonso in mind as a replacement for Thomas Tuchel if he does not achieve what they want from him this season.

At Real Madrid, they have a strong liking for Xabi Alonso's potential as a head coach, and they believe that sooner or later, he will take on the role at Real Madrid. Recently, Real Madrid extended Ancelotti's contract until 2026. It will be delayed Xabi will leave his current club for Madrid before 2026. Summing up the substantial timeframe, he might consider moving to one of his former clubs during this period. Anything is possible, and Xabi Alonso has certainly earned the opportunity to work with a top team as a head coach.

Seriously I was one of those anticipating a Xabi Alonso and Real Madrid reunion because I didn’t see this Ancelloti’s contract extension as a possibility with the news surrounding then that he had agree with Brazil on being their next head coach now a renewal till 2026. This year is a bit far to me because that’s like two full season again and with Alonso potential and what he is displaying at Bayer Leverkusen then it will be hard that there wouldn’t be a offer from another club then. His past three clubs that are his dream to coach are not actually needing his services at the moment. Liverpool seems too comfortable with Juergen Klopp and If he even wins the league now again then a new contract extension will be handed over to him. The only past club he could coach is the Bayern Munich because since Tuchel arrival, the club hasn’t stand on the position that they want and a turn of fortune mostly will mean he could lose his Job and they sign Alonso.

ahat is certain is that both parties are equally defending the position of their coach. I mean like Leverkusen will retain their coach at least until the end of the season or several seasons to come and also Real Madrid will retain Ancelotti to continue bringing the team to get the UCL title even though Real Madrid really want to get Xabi but at least they will be more patient in waiting for the next few seasons .
Signing prominent players for Bayer Leverkusen will strengthen their team and improve their performance on the pitch. Bayer Leverkusen patient enough for their prime and Xabi Alonso leading them to road to trophy, they've grown to become a full competitive team for Bayern Munich. Bundesliga title will definitely go to Bayer Leverkusen only if they're able to maintain their unbeaten run in the system. Bayer Leverkusen coach, Xabi Alonso have become acquainted with Bayer Leverkusen and he's not ready yet to leave his position as headcoach, there's existence of possible links to other clubs.

Referring to the link report shared above, I did not find any official statement that Xabi Alonso will replace Thomas Tuchel. on the same page, the big boss of Bayern Munich only included Xabi Alonso's name on their wish list. that's the scenario if Thomas Tuchel fails to bring Bayern Munich to a title, especially the Bundusliga title which he usually has in recent years. so, I think this is just an ordinary rumor which is not necessarily true. if that is the case, it is not certain that Xabi Alonso will be willing to become head coach at Bayern Munich next summer. although, actually Xabi has an agreement with Leverkusen that he can move at any time according to the agreement with the club.

From the same source, it seems this rumor is circulating after Don Carlo extended his contract at Santiago Bernabeu. then, BILD reported that even though Alonso has extended his contract with Leverkusen until 2026, it is not impossible that he will leave the club at the end of the season. well, things like that could happen, especially if Thomas Tuchel fails to make Bayern Munich better. regarding Kane, I don't think that's the situation. in fact, previously, the club really wanted Kane's services to join Bayern Munich. maybe it could be due to other factors, or the most logical thing would be if Tuchel failed. but I still have great confidence that in the end Bayern will return to the top of the Bundesliga standings. I'm sure it's only a matter of time, so let's wait and enjoy as football fans.
With everything that's happened in the German league from the start of the season till now. I'm certain that it won't be an easy ride for Munich. Alonso is making the manager's seat hot for him and Tuchel is striving to be meaningful to the team more than he currently is. The team won't want to be submissive to Leverkusen that just came out of the blue, even though it's really not a criteria for Tuchel's job to be retained, he just has to make the team stand out and prevail against Munich.

The two sides are currently in thesame range and tempo and assuredly, the next few weeks would be heated up for the Bundesliga as both teams would take every game extremely serious.Tuchel has to regain Munich's pride, there's chance for him to do so, he just needs extra effort while hoping on a little of Leverkusen's back slide.

Real Madrid seems to remain firm in its stance not to recruit new players, especially to fill the back line this season. Ancelotti relies on existing players or indeed Anelcelotti does not want his current stability to be disturbed by dealing with the adaptation of new players. In my opinion, additional options are important when financial conditions are favorable, but there is no harm for Madrid if they are able to bring in new players who can fill gaps in the back line. Ancelotti placed Nacho and Rüdiger as center backs, then his options were Tchouaméni and Carvajal.

What do you think? Can Madrid afford to rely on limited players? By facing a busy schedule, players are definitely required to remain in top condition. Isn't it ideal that having anticipation could be a solution? Next month restarts the UCL and Madrid doesn't take advantage of the transfer window?

I think what they are doing right now is just fine, and if they can keep it up then they will face no problem. But my question is can they keep it up? If you look at the injury list right now it is quite big. There are some key players in that list. Vinicius Jr. , Rodrygo, Camavinga, Tchameni, Alaba and many more. They started the season without a proper number 9 as well. Joselu is there I know but I wonder if he will be enough. He can perform against low tier teams in La Liga but in UCL against Leipzig and upcoming other strong opponents, I don't know. But either way, I trust Ancelotti and I believe in his plans.

Regarding Jadon Sancho's future, he is now starting to enter a new phase and as we know, previously there were rumors that Dortmund were interested in buying him again from Manchester United, but on the other hand, it looks like it will only be on loan. Maybe Dortmund are not completely sure whether Jadon Sancho can contribute fully to Dortmund with his current performance and if you look at the difference since he left Dortmund several years ago, it is clear that his decline has been significant. But in these discussions Dortmund is also willing to cover Jadon Sancho's salary.

Apart from that, previously there were also rumors that Juventus were also interested in bringing in Jadon Sancho on loan and it seems that now the competition to get Jadon Sancho in the January transfer window will be led by these two teams. Well, because the problems between Jadon Sancho and Erik Ten Hag have not yet reached a peaceful point, at least this would be a good option for his career rather than continuing to be absent at Manchester United.

That's going to happen only if xabi will be agreed to join in the bayern munich but it's not yet clear whether alonso was willing to leave from leverkusen before his contract will end. Im doubting xabi to leave from leverkusen earlier if he will able to get a lot of achievements with leverkusen.
So, bayern has prepared itself to sack tuchel once he will not be able to deliver for the club this season? that's a harsh hand from bayern. Tuchel may be in a very big pressure at this moment. It seems his position is not yet safe at all.

Did kane's transfer give another burden to him? I meant since bayern has spent a lot of money and the club needs the manager to deliver more for bayern. Another big challenge is awaiting him.

To be honest I don't think it is going to happen. It is the first season for Xabi as Leverkusen's manager. If anything I understand that he is not ready for a big team like Bayern Munich. The fans are crazier there and the expectations will be higher, I don't think he will be able to cope with it.

On the other hand, Tuchel is doing very well at Bayern Munich right now, and it may seem that he is in 2nd position, and that makes him bad if you look at the previous season, no team like Bayer Leverkusen went undefeated. Bayern's performance in the previous season is worse than the current situation. But in the end, it is true what you said, if Tuchel cannot meet the goals, he will be replaced. I just don't think it is going to be Xabi.

With the current conditions I still feel confident if Tuchel can give the 2nd Bundesliga title this season. But for the UCL, I'm a little pessimistic. Because there are many other great clubs that are ready to compete with Bayern Munich. So if they see the basis of the UCL champion then it is quite difficult. But if later Munich sacked Tuchel, I think it's not the best solution. At least 2-3 years is the best time to evaluate. Changing coaches in a short time is also not good.
Considering they are doing very well in Bundesliga, it's quite possible for Bayern to get the title this season again, Leverkusen seems to be the only opponent that Bayern has right now, if they can just get beyond them, I think it would be quite possible for them to get something out of this. I know that it's not going to be that tough to handle all this, we should be considering them as possible candidates for the title.

But if you ask me, UCL doesn't seem to be likely, they did get out of a very weak group, but they are not really all that great and even in the group games they did not look stronger than everyone, they looked like they barely won their games and I feel like it could potentially be not that easy for them.

He is definitely willing to leave if an interesting offer is coming. He would have left the club to Madrid if Real would not have extend the contract with Angelotti.
Xabi Alonso also had it written into his contract with Leverkusen that he can leave the club before 2026 if he could move to one of his ex-clubs (namely Bayern, Real or Liverpool). He wouldn't have had such a clause inserted if he didn't have that goal.
A coach always has goals in his career, leading a big team is one of his goals because he can easily win trophies with the support of quality players. He has just emerged as a classy manager after successfully making Bayer Leverkusen appear consistently this season. His ability to formulate strategies means his name continues to be linked with Real Madrid as an alternative if Ancelotti leaves.

The offer to train a big team like Real Madrid is very tempting, apart from being able to win trophies, his name also carries a reputation for his success in bringing his team to victory. Currently, it is better for Xabi Alonso to stay at Leverkusen to hone his skills further, he also has to consider all the consequences when leading a big team.

That's how Bayern Munchen maintains its dominance so that it can continue to dominate the Bundesliga. Great players or coaches at other clubs will be teased to join them, I also understand that only a few will refuse an offer that comes from them, including Xabi Alonso. I think it's not something new either, we've seen this scenario happen many times, but the most important thing now is to see to what maintain Xabi is able to bring Laverkusen consistently.

On the other hand, Tuchel also cannot be said to be bad even though his team is currently not leading the standings, because in terms of opportunities Bayern still has the potential to defend the trophy again. In fact, I see that Bayern are very favorites in the UCL, it is true that their elimination in the DFB Pokal made Tuchel a little depressed. If Tuchel is fired, then no manager ever won the UCL in the Bundesliga.

But don't forget that Bayern Munich can be very hard when it comes to making very important decisions. Back then when Heynckes was the coach and won the treble, the Bayern Munich bosses were already negotiating with Pep Guardiola. And despite the incredible success that Heynckes had the bosses decided to fire him. Or I don't know if they fired him, but they did not give him another contract. Heynckes was in shock. I think they would do the same if they feel that Alonso would be the perfect coach. Tuchel isn't very popular because of his strange character. If he struggles a tiny bit, Bayern Munich will be looking into new possibilities.

To me it looks all set up for Xabi Alonso to go to Real Madrid in 2026. Of course this all depends whether or not we will see some coaches get sacked and so on. But if Ancelotti fulfills his contract with Real Madrid and Xabi Alonso does not get bought out from Leverkusen or does not get sacked until then, I think that would be a smooth transition and enough time for everyone to do all the necessary planning for the future. Leverkusen knows that there is hardly any chance to keep Alonso beyond the year 2026 when his contract ends.
